Dont look for areas best pizza here. Kids love this video paradise, even in the absence of Chucky walking around and no creepy animatronic characters while me and my grandson were there. There was a kid about 4 cussing like a New York sailor. People bring their kids and let them loose. No supervision whatsoever. A grandmas nightmare! A kids dream!

Nice place to hangout with kids. Every kid loves this place. Good place to hangout with friends and kids. Party hall is very good. Always they do have offers and deals going on so make sure you watch them in social media or groups to get beat for you. This place is just opposite to Oakland mall so its easy to hangout here and do shopping.

Hello, my son and I took his daughter to this location, I was so impressed, the employee took our temperature when we arrived . The toddler area was very nice for an 17 month old . The whole place was clean, the employees were constantly cleaning the machines with sanitizer. We will be back . Thank you

Havent been to a Chuck E. Cheese in years and was impressed! This place is clean, the rides are fun and all work, and the pizza and cake were very good. Was here for a birthday party, all the kids had a great time. The only small negative would be the employee letting us in and out had a frown and never said a word to us.

Nice place to enjoy kids time, I play side by side with My 4YO and we got great memories everytime we visit this place, is clean, machines works well, try to avoid weekends because is crowded, the reason for 4 stars is the price, could be 20% less and will be perfect.

The cashier was kinda rude, The salad was not fresh. He didnt tell me that my minutes for the rides started right away.

Great for kids to burn their energy and have fun. Super expensive. Played $64 for the 2 hour pass. A pizza and 4 drinks for the five of us (2 boys had to share a drink) was an additional $29. Had fun, but it left a hole in my pocket

My friend from out of town treated us. There were three of us and it cost $150 for a one-topping pizza and salad bar for 3 with three drinks and 90 minutes of games. The games go by time. The pizza was okay. The little chicken they give you from the back for the salad bar was still frozen. The games by time instead of token alone earned 5 stars. The food expense and quality was the disappointing aspect of our experience.

Came here for a birthday party a few weeks ago. Never been to this location, but everything went great. Staff was friendly and super fast on getting food out and clean up.

Its really hit it miss with Chuck E Cheese. This location is definitely better than the other one on Gratiot. If you are late, that will cut into your time that you have reserved at the tables, so be on time. Other than that, bathrooms are always clean and the food is good.

There are lots of games and entertainment for kids which is niceI wish if this place was hygiene and safe for my family but unfortunately you can tell right away once you enter it is not clean at all.And the food quality is too bad, I had problems after eating from there not only once, thats too dangerous for kids, I wonder how do they even pass any inspection

The fact that they now to delivery of their amazing pizza gives them 4 stars. Pizza was amazing. Stopped ordering from other pizza places since they deliver now. Little expensive but well worth it.

I just celebrated my Daughters 6th Birthday last Sunday and we had a blast. I only invited her closest friends. We got the super mega star package and it was worth every penny. The kids had the all you can play, play pass and they enjoyed it!! They dont care about the food all they want to do is play and take pictures with chuck E. Ccheeses so this package was the best !! Olivia our hostess was Great. I recommend this place for your Birthday celebration!!

Had my card taken from me by a kid and then i talked to manager they first said no then they fixed it but still lost like 20 dollars bc of it. I wouldnt recommend this chuck e cheese. Zap Zone is honestly better.

I like to say that this place is good for kids in the winter time they also have a special program at every first Sunday for children with autism so that they can enjoy and have fun with no lights and sounds

Very very busy! Keep a close eye on your kids when you visit. We had a great time. The place was relatively clean. The pizza was delicious and the employees were nice. Ideal for birthday parties. We spend $85 for 2 90 min play cards and a #3 meal. Expensive. Next time it will be for a special occasion.

Nice venue, filled with many arcade games, service was pleasant, visited for my friends year old birthday party. I would have loved if the playscape was still included for the children to be active in, Im noticing many locations removing the playscape

Not like some.of the other run down chuckie cheese Ive been to. This place was CLEAN with FRIENDLY helpful staff. All the games worked and appeared to be mainly new . No run down old stuff that works half the time here . The prices for the unlimited play were good too. I bought a card and won so many tickets(many places with unlimited play dont let you earn tickets so this is a plus in my eyes) for my son while we played together. We had a blast and will definitely be back.

Think overpriced cardboard pizza and arcade games that consistently malfunction, tied in with thieves walking around picking up things off your table. The manager refused to do anything whe we told them things were taken off our table and allowed the other guest ti get away with it

The kids love it!! I took my 3 yr old here for his Bday 1/15 and he had a Blast...We ordered pizza pop and ordered the All you can eat Salad bar for adults...I brung in his Birthday cake and we all song Happy Birthday to my Little man...It was awesome and inexpensive considering other places...Also if you go online sign up you get coupons which come in hand lol..My son even got a chance to dance with Chucky Cheese and raid the Prize bar !! Its a win win with Chuck e Cheese and I definately recommend for toddlers up to age 10

OMG the veggie pizza is out of this world all three grandkids ate every piece! The salad bar is complete and offers such variety! For a childrens arcade play area you couldnt ask for more.. except more stations with hand sanitizer would be really helpful! If you have little children we recommend getting the card with the ticket value on it as opposed to the hour value... They take a lot of time just goofing around between games and rides!

Games were fun, pizza was good, cake was decent.. Staff wasnt bad but not good and Chucky well the guy doing it just really didnt want to...

My kids had fun. That is the most important thing. I felt that the games were reasonably priced. I went to their website and saved a few dollars using coupons. My kids are little (3&5) so a 45 point card was plenty for them to play games and ride the rides for a couple of hours. I knocked off 2 stars for the food. YUCK! The salad bar looked ok, but I can just imagine how many dirty little hands had touched it, so that was a no go. We got pizza and breadsticks. I figured that would be safe. I was wrong. I can say with absolute certainty that was the worst pizza I have ever had. The flavor was off, it tasted like burned garlic and disinfecting spray. It was literally dripping with oil or garlic butter. My son had diarrhea for 2 days after eating it. On top of the fact that it was nasty it was EXPENSIVE. We paid about $30 for a one topping pizza and 4 soft drinks. The breadsticks were awful as well. They were a small portion for around 7 bucks I think. I would take the kids again for the games, but we will definitely be stopping somewhere else for food first. On a side note, I was under the impression that Chuck e cheese had adult beverages to dull the experience a bit, but unfortunately this location does not serve beer or wine. Bummer.

Pretty Good food hadnt been to one in awhile. Got a sandwich and it had mold or something on it but manger went above and beyond to reconcile the matter to my satisfaction. An pizza was good must have changed the recipe or the cook or something last time I had pizza at a Chucky Cheese it tasted like a card board box but not this time big thumbs up made me look forward to a return visit with kids

One of my favorite Chuck E cheese locations. Always busy and me and my sons always have fun. Located in a great area multiple shops to shop at before or after the trip.

Disappointed beyond ever returning to this location of Chuck E. Cheese. Staff is rude. When game misfired, they said my child wasnt good enough to do the game (FYI, he had the highest score to date) - Another time, after taking very long to get there, they made him do the game again to prove he could do it, after some nasty remarks. When I reported this to the manager, he turned his back on me and left the building. We went to our car and saw him sitting in a car, to avoid his responsibility. 1- children should not be treated with this degrading and disrespect, 2- this establishment commands high prices for inferior food and service, 3- employees should be trained to respect the customer, even children, or should be replaced with employees conveying a genuine interest in children in your business. Childhood is too short to be degraded and children bullied by employees at a paid establishment purportedly designed to being joy to children. Parents, dont take your children to this Troy franchise.

Very fun experience! Cleanly, helpful staff and the best time to go is in the morning. You can basically run the place, there wont be so many families there at one time. One thing is I think the amount of tickets you have to spend on the prizes are a little high in opinion perhaps. Other then that I had a great time with my family!!

Had high hopes walking into this place. The staff immediately was no help from the minute we came there. We sat at the counter for over 10 minutes to get our playing cards, we ordered a churro which took forever to come out and then when it came to get things with our tickets the guy helped someone that came after us. Then when it was our turn he walked away from us! The co workers were SO RUDE. You can tell they are very lazy and have noInterest in being there. They wander around and I seen them eating several times instead of helping their customers. First and last time here! Waste of our time and money!

Got my wallet stolen. The staff is very young so they didnt know what to do.The manager was helpful though. I ended up calling the police. Apparently this is a hot spot for stolen items. Be careful.

Celebrated my daughters birthday here and had a great time! The hostess assigned to our party was very helpful and attentive. There were preschool and elementary aged children in our group and they all seemed to find age-appropriate games to play. I felt like it was a very reasonable price and was totally worth it. My daughter loved the light-up birthday crown that came with her party, plus all of the prizes she won with her game tickets.

Not the same as it used to be, not impressed with service given here... I would recommend finding another place for my childs birthday, employees who would rather sit on there phones than actually help customers... Sorry Chuck after growing up near the old ferndale location 40 years ago youve lost your luster and my loyalty ...
