This is a great place to hang out with family and friends. Great food selection. Staff were polite and very helpful. The wait time was long (about 45inutes) even though my party had a reservation. The bathrooms were clean, stylish and easy to use. The decor of this establishment was up to date and eye catching. You must wear a mask upon entering, but can take your mask off amongst your party. Overall a wonderful place to have fun and play a game of golf.

I bought my first set of golf clubs from golf galaxy yesterday. I went in and was greeted by Zach. Even though he was busy with other things he still took the time to let me try different length shafts and analyze my swing. Zach was full of knowledge, answering any questions I had about the clubs, grips, and different equipment. He then took the time to get my clubs together to be lengthened, helped me pick out grips, and explained everything very clearly. I am pleased with my experience at Golf Galaxy and would recommend them to everyone! Make sure to ask for Zach, hes a great guy!
John was extremely helpful in getting my putter and driver Re-gripped, as well as helping me fix the dreaded slice. He was so nice and polite, I will for sure be coming back for all my future golf needs. Thanks John!
I went to Golf Galaxy to get fitted for a new driver and had a great experience. I worked with Dave and I was blown away with the time and attention he gave me. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences in each set up and how they will affect my shot. I bought my new driver and Im very excited to use it out on the course! If you are looking to get fitted for a new set of clubs, ask for Dave.
Had both my irons and driver fitted here and they spent the time I needed to get things just right on my driver shaft/head combo. Shout out to D.E. for spending a crazy amount of time with me and even providing me with some swing adjustment tips with a couple quirks he noticed in my swing!

I would have gave the store an 1 star rating if it wasnt for Mike, the associate that helped fit me for my driver. I stood at the hitting bay area for over 5 minutes. Mike,was was busy, walked by and I told him that I wanted to tryStry the SIM driver. Mike let me know that he would get the driver after helping a customer. Mike adjusted the clubhead and changed out shafts and took his time until we got the right setup, which led to the purchase of the TaylorMade SIM. I understand that stores get busy. However, you should always let the customer know that someone will be right with you. Acknowledging the presence of someone who wants to spend money is key to good customer service. Mike was awesome, thank you Mike. I played with the driver today and hit it 285yds on the fairway, just like on the launch monitor! Without your patience I would have bought the driver at Carls Golfland.

I wanted to change my 5L grip in my ping G hybrid and the guy that answered had no idea about the grip and hung up abruptly saying there is no 5L grip at all in Ping. His knowledge about the products and his manners over the telephone literally discouraged me from even visiting the storeIn another instance, I got an email with discount offer. The new supervisor/store in-charge that day said the premium golf balls are not covered and when I asked couple more questions he got very rude and said he has to handle other customers. But the guy at the counter said the coupons work and applied on my purchase and they did work.It is very frustrating that the supervisor himself does not know how to treat customers and have no knowledge about his own stores offers and discounts.This place used to be good. I have been going there for the past 10 years. The new personnel are very rude and disrespectful. They are only interested in the sale and judge you by the $ of sale as other reviews have pointed out.After all these, I have no interest to visit this store again and I have taken my business to Carls and just ordered new set of irons.

Sales people not friendly or helpful, waited 5 minutes for help, when I went to the front of the store, three employees talking. When I pointed out that I have been waiting employee (chewing tobacco) went off on me. Will not go back.
I love coming to this store to try new clubs. Ive bought plenty of items and the staff is pretty good, but my favorite part is being able to practice my putting and work on my swing using their simulators. Ive had a couple of repairs done and the service was fast and inexpensive.
Worst shopping experience of my life I went there to try and buy $1,200 irons good job losing by business all I wanted to do was try them and hit them the kid that was helping left the club and me in a cubby to try it said he be back never came back couldnt get any stimulators working store wasnt even busy dont waste your hard earned money at this place trash. Go to Carls or anywhere they will actually help you. Like 1200 dollars isnt alot of money.
We decided to take up golf again after a decade break. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They put together custom sets for both my wife and I. Having clubs the correct length, grip size, and flex has made a world of difference.It has made the game so much more enjoyable.

I am a newbie to golfing so I greatly appreciated the extra tips the staff passed along to me when selecting clubs for purchase. They are very accommodating with returns and special orders. Great place to go for all things golf.

I got fitted for new irons here by Mike, He was polite, funny and extremely informative. I learned alot about my swing as well as some helpful tools for how to measure myself for clubs in the future. He went above and beyond to make sure I found something I liked. 5/5 customer service

I have come to this store in the past, thought it was okay. Now it is total garbage, club salesmans are to of no help and give no advice on club selection, they obviously care about there commission checks more than the place staying in business. Donald the salesperson is one aspect that brought my experience level down to this store. His attitude is horrendous.
This is literally THE WORST GOLF PLACE TO EXIST. Staff walks off with the clubs Im going to buy so some older man can go buy them, they give no help whatsoever and are extremely inconvenient. If I could Id rate ZERO stars. SOMEONE NEEDS TO END THIS GARBAGE BUSINESS.
