Hello. This is Vivian Blevins, and Gary is my husband. I want to express my thanks to owner/manager of the Mayflower, Lisa, for the ways in which she is working to make the Mayflower a venue to which Miami Valley residents can turn to fill that need that most of us have to experience the arts. She is organized, creative, and has high-level communication skills. She is connected with media and is astute at marketing programs. The Edison State Community College Womens Untold Stories was successful on April 1 because of Lisa and so many others. The Mayflower is a jewel in the crown of arts in the Miami Valley.
This is a great place to go for a night out! They have so many different things going on at the Mayflower Arts Center. I love it because there is something for everyone. I recently went there for a painting night and my children have participated in a summer drama camp. The woman who owns the place is so friendly and she has turned it into a real community place. You can even see movies there and they have live music and comedy from time to time.
Quaint and comfy. Lisa made us feel right at home. REALLY enjoyed the gallery. (Audrey Zofchak)
How exciting to see this creative venue blossom before our eyes! Keep your eye on Lisa and what she will make happen next!
