I love this place and have been to this place many times to the point where I saw someone break their legs and get escorted out on a stretcher and into the ambulance. It’s a great place but you have to sign a contract to bounce that basically makes it so they legally are not responsible for any harm that you cause yourself on their trampolines. Just be aware about that. But otherwise I love the place a lot!

This is a great place to take your children to enjoy having all their energy. There is literally wall to wall trampolines here, dodgeball, basketball, foam block pit etc... plus they have decent pizza and other snacks.

I loved bringing my kids here, it kept them entertained while I read my books. It really stinks that they are permanently closed now.

Lots of fun. It has lots of activities and a good snack bar.

We Celebrate my Daughters 7 Birthday. Everyone had a good time that we even didnt care that they forgot to bring the ice cream that was included in our package. I didnt give it 5 stars because they only give you one table for your guests so only the Children can seat and eat and the parents just stand around like we dont matter (so not good) it wont hurt to at least put two tables per Every Birthday reservation.

This place was awesome. I booked my sons party here and we had a blast. The booking process was easy. The staff was super friendly upon our arrival. Everything was on time, there was always constant communication. The hostess was great. I wish I wrote her name down to recommend her. She was very nice. Very patient with all the little kiddos running around. I would totally recommend this as a party place for little ones or even for older kids. I’m glad we picked this for our celebration. The food was also great. We got to bring our own cupcakes in. Our hostess helped sing happy birthday and everything. The manager also came by and checked on us. The prices are pretty good for what you get in your package.

Had my daughters 3rd birthday party. Staff was super friendly, fair prices & excellent for any occasion. The manager, James was awesome and made sure we were well serviced! We are regulars there and will continue to go there.

The new owners are wonderful! I had my daughters 7th birthday party there. The owners went above and beyond to make her party special! They were very attentive to our needs and kept checking up on us. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. I also was told that they are planning major renovations so I can’t wait to see what they have in store! 10 stars for airtime-troy!!! Thanks for all you for did for us!!!

Not as good as the nearby location. To expensive for what is offered and no foam pit. I feel like the heavy rules ruin the fun as well. I understand why they are needed but maybe lay it off a little bit.The food is too high and low quality.The party packages are crazy expensive and not worth the price.

Was a fun safe place to take my kids. Price was a little high but I have a big family. Staff was good and interacted great with the kids.

This was a great place overall, me and my friends enjoy it. The trampoline park part is awesome. Expect employees (kids) are really strict, they ruined my friend’s 12th birthday. They are to scared to do anything. I mean that is your job, to monitor the kids. Great place but bad employees.

Awesome place to host a group event. The staff was amazing from booking the event a month out to making sure they were meeting our needs the day of the event. Our group of cub scouts had an awesome time and we will be back for sure!!!!

Great place to take your kid. Its clean and the young staff is pretty much on top of things. Advice, get a liquor license and create a small area for parents to relax while the kids are tiring themselves out. FYI, they provide the socks needed to play with a charge. Bring singles for a locker to store the kids shoes (change machine inside).Food and drinks are available if needed.

Kids had a blast jumping for 2 hours and are completely exhausted!!! Early bed time! Facility looked pretty clean and it didnt smell like phys ed so bonus...

My family and I drove from toledo to go there, waited in line to speak with the counter lady, I asked her if this was the 1 with the new attraction, she rudely replied with no its one of our other locations I simply pulled out my phone and went to go in my email to pull up the wavers we did previously online and she really rudely said sir, is there anything else I can do for you and it was said in a way that it meant, get away from the counter so I can help who was next. So I I was so mad in the 5 seconds I was greeted I took my family and left.

Took my kids on Black Friday instead of shopping. Great place to take the kids for a couple hours. Lots of fun and a good workout.

This place was SO difficult and unwilling to make accommodations to have to pay SO much i want the accommodations I need. Where are the lockers? Cubbyholes? Something! Then I had a baby (1 yr old with me) who was a bit scared and nervous at first so I’m trying my best to get him to get used to the place. Then the employee explains that’s I cannot be on the kid side (even though it was clear I had a scared kid) also - there were no children other than mine in the kid section so it wasn’t like I was impeding on others experiences. So i take the baby down to the other end with much bigger kids (teens) hopping all over the place. Obviously I’m a lot more hesitant to let the baby down with all these kids around so I’m holding him slightly bouncing and was told I cannot do that. I just couldn’t win for losing!!!! I will not be returning here by no means in the future. For all that money accommodations can be made at some point. Thankfully the baby began to get comfortable with the surroundings and was able to play a little bit but we couldn’t be in the child section even then (still no one over there). I have been excited to come to this place since I learned they opened these but I can say I won’t be returning again. I don’t blame the employees though who just were doing their job I blame the ridiculous rules

Vibrant atmosphere, the staff does a good job monitoring/enforcing rules...games cost extra, including the hurricane simulator that costs $2 and lasts 35 seconds. There are water fountains and clean restrooms, and and additional refreshments/food for purchase. You cannot simply wear your own socks, youre required to purchase special grip socks from them so we saved ours for next time.*****The one thing that really bothered me was the lack of security. Any predator could walk in and bypass the check in counter altogether and be amongst the children. At fun places, parents often have to drag kicking/screaming kids out when its time to go, so the lack of security from the get go is alarming (predator could walk in, grab a child and take them out kicking and screaming without anyone even noticing). Even Chuck E Cheese has a black light stamp and a person guarding the front door. Just food for thought.

My kids love going here and you can’t beat the price. I asked if my kids could have a cup to get water, and they said they couldn’t do that because we had to buy our own. Sitting right next to the concession stand, someone brought in their own outside food from chipotle.

Fun place but your employees are the worst!! One of them kicked me and my brother out ON HIS BIRTHDAY!! This place should get way better employees, and me and my brother didn’t even do anything we just ran on the trampolines. Good place but terrible employees

Our first time here and it was easy enough to get here besides the traffic and not hard to spot. The staff was super friendly and were everywhere keeping an eye on the crowd which was nice. We were there to attend a birthday party and it looked spacious for one too. I saw the staff patrolling all the time around the hosts ensuring all went well. The place was also clean. We will be back again for sure.

Thought Air-Time was a fantastic spot. Its huge and it seemed clean and like good-ole fashion fun! Employees maybe arent the best ever, and yes it can be quite dangerous, especially if you land on the hard mat after a big jump- ouch! But hey thats life, what did you expect! Would definitely recommend this place.

Loud and crazy but usually well run and lots of fun for a wide range of ages. We had a birthday party there for an 8 year old and kids from age 4-10 loved it. Many older kids there seemed to be having a blast too. Its not cheap but the staff is attentive both to party groups and open bouncers.

This is my second time visiting Airtime and I wasnt disappointed. The only thing that I was irritated by was filling out the waivers at Kiosk that took awhile for me to do. The prices at the snack bar were overpriced. My children had a blast!

Me & my husband just had my daughters party here on 4-20-19. Her party turned out so amazing we so very happy!! And are host was absolutely amazing he was so helpful & on everything to make my daughters day special:) Thank u so much for everything! We will definitely be coming bk & recommending this place.

My wife and I used a Groupon to go here for an hour for $12! We left after 45 minutes since our aging bodies cant handle it. But it was incredibly fun! The kids around us were having a blast. The staff does a good job of making sure everyone is following the rules. Well definitely be coming back.

My children enjoyed themselves and let out a little energy being inside most of the winter. A little expensive. For three kids the cost with socks and one drink was $75.

Kids loved it, if your kids under 5 years old, then you get access all day for just $5. You will need special sucks cost $3 and you better keep it for next time. Usually packed in the weekend and there are always a birthday party going on there. Not a bad selection of snack .

So disappointed with my daughters birthday experience. This was our 3rd party at Troy Airtime - it was disorganized, rushed and no longer worth the money. My daughter did not get to spin the wheel and did not receive her group picture. Im not sure what happened this year...maybe it was an isolated incident... My younger daughter has her birthday party later today - hopefully it is better than this one.**UPDATE**After posting this review, I received a note to call the owner, I called and had to leave a message. No call back!**UPDATE**Second party was worse than the first! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!

Absolutely amazing place to have a kid party! Super clean, very accommodating, and amazing experience overall. I have been going to this particular facility in Troy for quite some time with my children. We have had parties there before, and they have been great. But today they took extra special care of us and just went way out of their way to make sure all of the kids were having a good time. The workers were friendly, and the host who helped us with our party was amazing. My daughter had a huge smile on her face and all of the kids had a really good time. The owner even came out and talk to me for a little bit and asked me if everything was going well. Customer service at its best! I would highly recommend for a drop in or any type of party. The prices are pretty reasonable if you look around.

The oven doesnt work and its spring break with hungry children around. So obviously theres no pizza. But theyre selling Jets pizza $3 a slice. If you ask for a whole pizza its $3 a slice. But you cant bring Jets pizza inside the building. They also have chips and ice cream but its cash only because the internet is down. This place is a mess. Very unorganized.

Visit airtime Troy frequently! We visited the location this afternoon and John Z was absolutely amazing to my children! The customer service we received this evening was great! The staff atmosphere is always great! We have never had an issue and we visit this location 2-3 times a week! Thank you for always making our experience a great one!

The place overall was great! Some of the staff were a little but I guess you could say stricter than others, and I would appreciate if they were more friendly. All in all its a great place. There are also very affordable prices.

My daughter had a blast here. They said Wednesday is the day to go when it isnt too busy.

My kids love air time. Weve held a birthday party for my daughter here 2 years in a row. The manager was cordial to honor an email coupon that was sent out in error. Everyone had a blast.

My girls loved it. My 5 year old wants to know when we can go back. They love both the open jump area and the area where they can bounce into a foam area. It was great excercise, too, based on how sore I was for days after!

Get a nice workout with the family. Staff is great. Facility is clean and price is good. Little kids have their own zone also.

John, the manager in Troy is awesome! He was happy to accommodate our party on the fly. Our birthday boy couldnt have been happier, which is what was the most important thing for us. Thanks again, John! You ROCK!

This is the worst airtime ever! We’ve been to Ann Arbor airtime and Novi airtime and this one in Troy really sucks. There are quite a few risks in their facilities( such as those in the basketball court). And the service attitude is not only rude but also arbitrary. They wouldn’t serve you but just evade their responsibilities . I will never ever step into this place again.

Took my kids to the Troy facility a couple times last year and they had fun but dont want to go back because they said it was way to loud. Had headaches after a half hour. Question: Do they still blast the music at insane levels? Would love to go back if they would turn down the music.

Very fun place for the kids to go and have a really fun time. There are tons of trampoline related games as like 70% of the place is trampolines. Theres dodgeball, basketball, special jump areas, and your open roaming/jumping area. The desk staff was adequate but the fella that served out bday party was great from serving each kid a slice to pouring drinks, very good server.

I had a great time here at AirTime... This might only be my second time here at AirTime but it is not a let down... I was there for about 2 and a half hours today (12/16/17) and its was great. All the trampolines are all bouncy and the foam pit was as great as ever. The basketball hoops were fun and dodgeball was the best. If you are thinking about going there or having a party there it would be a great idea...

My colleagues from my former department at work had my send off party there and I really enjoyed it! Its quite the workout and everyone who came seemed to have a great time. Staff were very nice and attentive and venue is very clean.

Kids had fun but the staff was a little unorganized. As far as the check-in counter.

We were greeted at the front desk in a very courteous manner our host was very gracious and thorough and the place was clean I had an excellent great time.

My party was enjoyable. My party host Chrissy was amazing; She was attentive and professional. My area was clean and set up when I arrived, my food arrived to the table hot, and everything was as I expected.My only complaint is the closeness of the party next to me and no one from management enforcing rules. The party next to me was smoking vapes, popping party poppers on my guest, and uncomfortably close to my tables. I don’t know why their party host didn’t correct them.

Great place for kids of all ages. This location doesnt have the extras (ANW obstacles) but its open area is fantastic! They do have two dodgeball courts, basketball, and foam pit. Birthday parties are well managed and will accommodate on the fly changes if needed and available.

This is a great place to go when you wanna let your kids run loose for a couple hours and not have to worry about them.

The place lacked seating while eating, staff was rude, and there was very little to do compared to a SkyZone. No actual foam pit, the kids working there were Nazis, and my kids didnt enjoy it with the constant badgering from the employees. Not going back to that place again thats for sure.

As far as the customer experience goes, very good. If you arent preapred to be tired as heck... You are in for a surprise. Its a legit work out.. other than that, a good time overall. Is the 3 hour package worth it?... Thats debatable and dependant on your stamina.

I had a party yesterday which was Sunday for my son . Now let me just say, the party was fantastic and myself and the kids had a wonderful time. However, there was a HUGE staffing issue that was very evident. My host was awesome, sweet, and very assertive. She introduced herself to me at the beginning of the party, but I cant remember her name. By the time the kids were done jumping, my host had the pizza, drinks and everything already set up. It was amazing. When we approached the table my host informed me that the front was really struggling and that she wanted/needed to go help. I could tell that it was extremely busy, and since she had already taken care of us, I told her it was okay to leave and help the front. Overall, my host shouldnt have had to leave my party to go help. There should be a better system with making sure you have enough people. My host was really great and I know it wasnt her fault. I just wish she was able to stay with our party longer . The kids really liked her.

Had a bday party for my 10 and 12 year old and they loved it. The party host was excellent as well. He did everything... cleaned up, served food and was very attentive. The kids loved it and I had ages 3 to 15. Everyone had a blast!

Kids love it and friends get free passes -- the ONLY reason I went back. Sterling heights location is SO MUCH BETTER, but too far to drive each time. Yesterday (Sunday evening) was the first visit they werent overcrowded and blasting r&b/rap so loud my ears ring (last time asked to turn it down, young man had to have me repeat my question because standing next to me couldnt hear, then he shrugged and said Naw lady, it dont bother no one else)

I dislike this place so much worst experience ever!!! First of all the people there dont even know there own rules. There were two co-worker there at different times. One co-worker was extremely nice and allowed my son and my friends son go up on the side trampolines and side down. Then there was the other woman that said thats not allowed. At the foam pit there was a guy extremely nice that help my son get up from the foam pit because he was too little to get up from the foam pit as well he let my friends son do it too and help him as well and then there was a guy that came after him and said that if they cant climb up by them self they cant go in the foam pit. Then a girl with a whistled whistle in my sons face because he was supposedly running my son is 2 years old why would you whistle in his face!!!! Their staff was extremely rude!!!!!! Theres so many rules but how do you know the rules if they dont post it!!! Also there bathrooms were very dirty. Then the pizza was undercooked!! I talk to the manager and told her all these things the manager was nice and told me to try this place again but to be honest I would never try this place again!!!!

Me and my daughter decided to go here as a last minute decision and it was fun. The waiver was simple to fill out. When we went it wasnt too crowded and the price is fairly resonable. It was 12 bucks per person for 1 hour and for each additional hr it was only a few dollars more. The facility was well monitored and they didnt allow anyone to get too out of hand. This is a nice spot to spend an hour at. Definitely would recommend.

We had my sons 11th birthday party here. We had nearly 20 kids and upgraded to the VIP room. I can say, in 11 years of having birthday parties for my boy, this was the absolute best. Airtime makes it so easy for the parents. Zero stress (Z.E.R.O.). With almost 20 kids running around and literally zero stress. The staff are awesome; we were at the Troy (MI) location and Lilli was our hostess. She is absolutely amazing. She kept things calm (for the parents, kids were being crazy as kids should be), kept everything on track, and even cut & served the cake. If my son will let me, Ill have all of his birthday parties here (for as long as he has them)!
