I live in Vancouver and own my own store like this. In the interest of full transparency, I met the owners before they opened the store (not much before) but have been nothing short of impressed by their store.They have invested countless hours and dollars into creating a clean, vibrant and interesting place for gamers to gather.You can order a pint, you can get tasty food.If Im within 5 miles of the store and have the time, I almost always get my food here. Great prices and great tasting. Ive never had a bad meal and so far thats about a dozen or so meals.Seriously, this is a great spot. You can do karaoke on Friday nights REGARDLESS OF YOUR AGE!This is not a bar, this is a hangout that serves beer. Make no mistake, its family friendly, 100%

Selection was good. They have a mix of MTG, Euro, and American games.

Friendly local gaming store, that also serves great food. Lots of board games, dice, and collectables. The person working that day gave good recommendations on new games to try.

I come for the Wednesday 40k Escalation league. The staff is friendly and helpful, they have a great deli and serve nicely presented drinks/beers. The patrons that come to the event are all great people who are there to have fun with the game. So far, Ive had a great experience every week I go.My attached pictures come from the Wednesday night event.

This place is awesome! Its roomy, cheery, friendly and welcoming. They have good deals on food and so many cool things to buy, fun gaming groups and even group painting! Love it!

I went in with a weak idea of what I was looking for and the staff was more than willing to take the time to help me find the right games. They gave me several options and the explained each game in detail. I took two games home and they were both a hit with the whole family. I will be going back if and when I need more games. My best friend and I have been coming here to play MTG for a year or two. The staff is very friendly and understanding. The store has recently expanded to include even more activities and games than before. It is a really nice environment for adults who want to play the games they love, and for children to learn about new games. The wares are a tad expensive for me, but if thats the price I pay for a good atmosphere its more than worth it.

Came here about a week ago and was helped right away. The lady helped me with finding a deck for my brother and helped me with buying a booster box and answered all the questions I had for her. Customer service was great and Ill be making my magic the gathering purchases here from now on

Over time service has declined, products not kept in pristine condition, promises to support groups go unfulfilled. Best I can say is that that have tables to play games on.

Had lunch here, the lasagna soup was delicious and my sandwich, a panini, with chicken, avacado, provolone smoked bacon and sun-dried tomatoes. Yummo I will eat here again

While stuff tends to be a bit pricey, I really love the atmosphere and the staff here. Theyre super friendly and helpful. Their metal dice are cool.

The staff is kind and knowledgeable. With a want section on their website, I know exactly what to bring in for trade so I dont waste my time or theirs with tons of cards to sift through. Even better is when I bring my toddler in she can play with the toys and coloring books while I do my business (the staff is also understanding when she gets a little crazy). Amazing collection of interesting board games. Would recommend to anyone.

Family orientated fun place to be any day or night of the week! Lots of scheduled events for RPG and other games. Clean atmosphere where all are welcomed and treated fairly. Comfortable and safe place for family and adult entertainment. Reasonable pricing and so community orientated. Owners are well versed in all games and offer free lessons through the week. Love this shop. Better prices and better products. I love family game nights and the fact that You can try out the in-store games available for sale before you purchase. My kids go here all the time.

If you like gaming products for more expensive then Red Castle or Guardian Games, then Goin Gamin is for you. If you want a $4 soda with no refills, then Goin Gamin is for you.

Becky and Alan are great and care a lot about there customers. They try really hard to get to know you even if youre only there for a few minutes. The place could be bigger. If you try to play games at the store with more than a handful of people itll get really cramped

[EDIT 11/25/2018]I went in yesterday for the soft opening of their food and beverage service after the recent remodel. I would never have recognized the place! Its so roomy, with space to move and browse freely without feeling like youre interrupting a game. The food was tasty; we ordered a Cannon Grinder (pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, marinara) and the Seacow (roast beef, grilled peppers, forgot what kind of cheese). Both were served hot off a panini press (I think) with a sweet pickle and a bag of chips. Both were extremely tasty and melty and crunchy. Their menu had a few other sandwich options and a soup du jour. Theres also a bottomless cereal bar for those who want to indulge their inner (or outer?) child.The store has a stage and performance area, and there are rumors of live music and karaoke in the future! With their new beer, wine, and cider options, I definitely look forward to spending more time here, hopefully playing D&D.Great job, Becky and Alan! It has been a great way to introduce children and adults to a fun, imaginative game in a structured yet relaxed environment. Its got a great selection of most tabletop games, the only thing I found lacking was the Yu-Gi-Oh section, which was non-existent.
