Indoor archery range is great. Large and huge selection of archery gear and firearms. Definitely top service and recommend . Shopping local.

They offer a full service supply and equipment outlet. They service all archery makes and models too! They have a archery indoor shooting range to practice or site in and have full on gaming experience here too!

Great selection for the area however the service is horrible. Have hunting cabin 10mi away and thought itd be nice to have place nearby but it truly sucks. Long waits and main guy at counter is slow and has poor attitude. New owners and or managers I was told but seems the same as when they started up.

Customer service is lousy. 3 different times since they have been open Ive had an employee be short and rude. If you dont spend some money you are not worth their time.

Fixed my arrows and have a shooting range for bows have a lot better stuff then walmart or meyers

Basic run of mill gun shop with new rifles u can find anywhere. Has hunting gear as well. Used selection for the size of store was underwhelming.Worth checking their inventory over the phone every couple of months.

Excellent service, bailed me out when I was really in a pinch with my bow. The staff is knowledgeable and truly cares about you getting in the woods with the right equipment and the confidence you need to make it happen. Big box stores cant provide this level of personalized service! Call them and set something up if you need additional time during your visit.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a lot of great gear here and what they dont have in stock they will order for you. The place was really clean and it was easy to find what i was looking for. I purchased a new CORE15 AR-15, a scope, 1k 5.56 rounds, and some accessories to go with it. I asked them if they could give me any discounts on anything and they ended up marking down everything but the gun which in my opinion was already a good deal. I would have given them 5 stars except the ammo was way overpriced.. i payed $420 for 1000, 55gr. 5.56 Independence brand bullets... later after doing some looking i found i could get the exact same stuff most places for just $340.

Don’t bother asking the staff any questions unless your ready to be met with snide responses like “what do you mean _____?” Or “it’s over there.” Unless you know what you want to buy and how to safely use it dont bother trying to increase your knowledge they won’t share any firearm related knowledge. On the plus side if you know what your looking for and how to use it they have a good selection. You will have to turn to google firearm blogs to get knowledge on products before you go in and buy such products. You can feel this intense tension as soon as you walk in like your not supposed to be there or something, as a firearm enthusiast I find it disturbing. I like a fun friendly atmuosphere from a business when I’m dropping $100-$700.

Doing business locally is important to me. I paid Trigger Time to bore sight a gun for me prior to deer season. I felt suspicious when the tech handed my gun back to me after having it behind the counter for 2-3 minutes maximum. As he recommended, I started sighting it at 25 yards and the scope was off more that 30 inches. At 25 yards that is unacceptable for a bore sight job! I clearly wasted my money with them and felt disappointed after wanting to support a local business. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with them in the future.

Thought it would change with new ownership. Way over priced, and same rude people.

Bring my bow there for all the work!! In and out, the staff there is very helpful and their prices are very hard to beat 30$ for paper tune, new peep sight, and drop away test installed, leveled and tied into the string!

Sorta like Cheers except instead beers, you get bullets and AAA service and care. Best outdoor outfitter Ive ever been to and I wouldnt think of spending my money anywhere else even if it meant saving a few bucks.

Over priced on pretty much everything in the store! Price gouging on reloading supplies since big scare 3 years ago! Primers at $5.00 a hundred!!! Give me a break! I love shopping locally but will not pay their 30-50% markup! Would not recommend them to anyone!!!!

TERRIBLE customer service. Poor attitude from the owner and management right down to their help. We will NEVER give this business another cent of our money and would rather drive hours out of our way to spend money at a business that knows how to treat their customers. Im willing to bet on the fact that Trigger Time will not stay in business long due to treating their customers so poorly. Its amusing that people say keep your business local - well, perhaps more people do not buy/shop local due to being treated poorly by locally owned businesses like this one. We encourage you to not waste your time here... go to Cabelas.
