Great variety, and some staff is very helpful but the guy today was no help whatsoever he was more worried about playing on his cell phone and some prices are higher than Spencers and its the same exact product but then some prices are equal. But they have pretty much everything and if they dont have it theyll probably get it for you. But other than those problems the place is great and well keep coming back.

I would rate it less if I could. I bought something for almost $100 dollars to come home and not have it work at all. I went back in to the store to return it, receipt and everything and some gal was working and told me to come back on a weekday morning when the manager was working because “she doesn’t handle returns” I call Monday morning and ask if I can come in and return it and he never asked what it was or what my problem was and told me I couldn’t return it, didn’t offer me any options just basically had me spend my money there for something defective and tell me it was my problem- he told me there should be a warranty but the product didn’t even come with instructions. nonetheless none of this was mentioned when he sold me the product and the receipt was incredibly vague. so this place all around sucksss

Good place for your needs

Good variety of products. I always get my toys here :-)

In spite of the name, its actually not talked about very often around town.

The whole place feels like a basement.The variety in the store is fairly lacking. I think they put more effort into stocking the head-shop front counter than they did the rest of the store.

Good selection of merchandise and the young lady who was working was friendly and helpful
