The employees are very kind to the children and nice variety of arcade games

None of the claw machines work at this place absolutely disgraceful the fact that youre stealing money from all these kids Im wise enough to play 2 games and stop but I saw one little girl play at least a 100 credits and win nothing.

My kids had a good time and they won tons of tickets.

Had a great time finally got get kids out play no one was in there so made it perfect the girl that helped was great as well just carry some wipes for after they have hand sanitizer but I do both for the kiddos

Why do you publicly post that it cost $12 for unlimited play for an hour when its not an available option. I came in and played some games for a little bit and paid ten bucks and realize they had this power option but it was unavailable I was super disappointed. A whole bunch of false advertising if you ask me

This is a really fun place to take the kids. Prices arent bad at all. Easy to win tickets so the kids are able to leave with a little toy!

Took my 4 year old granddaughter, there wasnt much for her to do there. For older kids/teens/adults this place is great but very expensive! The days of using tokens are long gone, everything (including ticket tallies for prizes) is done by card and some of the games use the equivalent of $4 per game!

My boys had a blast. Lots of fun games. The staff was really nice.

This arcade in the Tracy mall I would say is ok...the games have definitely improved since the last time I went in a few years back, however it is very expensive to play there and $50 was gone in like 30 minutes. They do have game packages but only for video games. It would be nice for them to have like a happy hour or offer coupons

No more coins! You can use cards that tilt provides to play games. They revamped the place, looks great.

This arcade SCAMS YOU. My daughter played the Wheel Of Fortune and hit 500 twice and when I brought the tickets up to turn them in the cashier said there was only seven hundred tickets. And after we counted them by hand there was only 700. There should have been 1,000 + tickets. So if you play the machines there make sure you count the winning tickets because they Are aware that they are not giving out the right amount of tickets. They are 100% aware of this.

A good amount of the games do not work. And since they just went to digital credits, if you scan the card and the game doesnt work, you lose that amount the game wants

I love this place! The staff is super friendly all the games are super cheap and you get a great amount of tickets! Me and my boyfriend love coming here when we have a substantial amount of pocket change and we spend ages In there!

Some games were out of order and the ticket games barely have jackpots in them. Relatively good prizes.

Family friendly but a little basic. Dont come expecting to get good prizes from your tickets unless youre lucky. Some games give less tickets then whats fair (Skee-Ball for example) and yeah. Just enjoy this place for fun and your tokens will be worth it (dont expect to get good prizes unless youre spending a lot or saved up tickets for months).
