Tried to book online unsuccessful,called phone number that directed me to send email and expect a reply from manager, sent email as directed, no response. Called at 4pm till 445pm no answer. So I booked with Breakout casino escape and had a blast. Sent email to escape it live Towson and finally got a reply thanking me for wasting their time with my unnecessary information!!! I thought that was very rude and showed no appreciation for customers. In hindsight it was a blessing...read reviews later that said rooms are dirty and small and one review said to not book as probably closing...has for rent sign on door. BE WARNED ..GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Beware if you do the wizard room the secret door is broken. It took the staff 15 tries to open the door, he said it needed fixed. When we asked for a gift card to return when it worked properly we were told the room is hard for a reason and he eventually opened it, so tough cookies for us. Worst customer service ever. Why not offer us a few more minutes when he saw we got the code and the door was broken? Or a minor refund? Very disappointing.

There was no clear direction on what to do .The girl explaining was hard to understand .The place was very dirty.We had no clue what we were doing .We got the first clue and that was it .I would not so it there again

It was a fun time, but too expensive for an unclear goal. There was no real explaination or plot to solving the puzzle, nor was there any sort of logical sequence of events. Most of the game was trying to guess which numbers to plug into locks, no riddles or puzzle solving. Overall the game had more red herrings than it had actual puzzles. Get a Groupon or some sort of deal and go with friends, otherwise just play escape room flash games at home.

Very fun, loved it!
