Had the whole theater to ourselves. It was great. We saw The New Mutants it was REALLY good but yeah we had the theater to ourselves and all the prices have dropped DRAMATICALLY. Very clean, very sanitized. Definitely a safe trip during this pandemic.

I love everything about this place! The staff are always friendly and helpful. Large selection of snacks and drinks. They even sell movie related merchandise in the lobby. Seating is ample and comfortable. You can park in the garage and walk right in the theater without ever going outside. This is definitely my favorite theater.

Theatre was sanitized and practising social distancing. Concession stands had limited offerings but we felt very safe. Attendance was low which also contributed to the safety factor. Seats are sanitized between showings and workers are constantly sanitizing common areas.

This Cinemark movie has change from the first time it open and the customer service is impressive. We choose the Cinema Reserves seating with XD, which is always great. We order food and drinks which was brought to us after we were seatedThe seats are very very comfortable and you can adjust the leg rest and back of the seat by pushing the buttons on the inside of your seatThe entire area and restrooms were clean and staff accomadating

It was great. They were prepared for the virus. The seating was very comfortable. The steps were very steep. My granddaughter fell on escalator. Scary but ok. Being in towson its hard to find parking. We found a spot.

Its ok. The seats used to be nice but theyve not aged well. The whole place is starting to get a bit long in the tooth. I dont expect movie theaters will be around much longer and this one might be a early causality. Step up your game guys.

Due to COVID-19 the snack bar options are very limited but the theaters are clean and virtually empty (a plus). Staff is friendly and I enjoyed my overall experience.

I generally like this cinema however some theatres dont have any video on time before the previews I would give the theatre better reviews if they corrected this. I have alerted them and they dont seem to care theatre five in particular. I have even called the help desk and informed employees. So we miss some of the ads etc that contribute to the experience.

Went to see “IT Chapter Two” and sat in the VIP section. What a great experience! The lounge chairs are super comfortable and the upper reserve section has an unobstructed view. We arrived early and sat at the bar for a snack and drinks. The Freakshow fries were fantastic! The Penny wise drink was yummy too. I really like the themed food and movie pairing. Stop in for a bite- these goodies are only going to be around for a limited time!

Family night was simply beautiful. The location and combination of there businesses make this an ideal spot for a night out. Although lobby awkward with steps.

For comfort, this place gets full marks! The leather reclining chairs are the best around, and its so handy to have the trays. I love the reserved seating as well.I dont love the slow service, fact that yesterday my husband was served food that expired last month, the dirty and bad smelling bathrooms.I guess it depends on what youre looking for. Watching the movie itself is great but the service that surrounds it isnt.

At first, this place was pretty awesome. Since it has gotten pretty popular, the service has dipped a tad bit. I really liked being able to go buy my own snacks when i sat in the reserved area. Now, you are forced to use the call button. Even though the service has dipped, this is still my favorite theater.

Great area nice movie theater they need to clean tables better in VIP and downstairs. I wish they had healthier snacks to choose from being diabetic its hard when you are trying to eat healthy an there are no options not one at all not even in VIP...it was a bit disappointing to sit at a sticky nasty table in VIP thats all...make them clean them but beautiful bar nice TV but they need to clean them tables.

My bestie treated me to the movies. We saw the movie, Queen & Slim! This pic was captivating!! The theater was clean & comfortable and the staff was quite pleasant. I highly recommend this place.

Finally found a dine in theater! we recently moved from PA where we had movie tavern close to our house. This place is similar, where the balcony seats have table service and a different food menu. The only reason its not 5-STARS is we werent given a menu when we first sat and it wasnt inherent where we should order food. 3our server was super nice and responsive. Food was pretty good-similar to Fridays or Applebees. Oh-parking is in the garage. The 3rd floor takes you directly to the theater entrance.

Nice theatres, usually clean. Prefer reserved level, less people so usually less chance of distractions. What happen to the days of management and employees walking in the theatres to make sure people arent being rude(talking, feet up on chairs, cell phones blinding)? Sadly last visit the concessions stand up top was kind of rude. I get if your short staffed, but not the customers fault. We have been here a lot and majority of the time the staff is pleasant though.

The theater is very beautiful and the seats are very comfortable; however, everytime I go, it appears that something is not working or they are out of something. This last time, the escalator and ice machine were down and they were out of water and a bunch of the snacks. In addition, the way to order hot food is chaotic. Once I waited 10 minutes just to order a pizza. It would seem logical to have someone stand near the popcorn and take orders but most of the time you have to wave one of the busy employees down. The employees are always helpful and very friendly and Cinemark should be grateful.

Who doesnt love the movies? Its even better when you get to sit in comfort. Seats are great! Definitely my go to on a movie night.

Cinemark at Towson is the place to be. My husband and I have a membership and we love the perks. We enjoy showtimes on the Reserve Level. We enjoy the food and drinks and our bartender Shy is absolutely amazing! She makes amazing drinks and her customer service is outstanding! Thank you for your amazing customer service. You are a reason we return ALWAYS!

Seats were very comfortable. Concessions are comparable to other theaters. The only problem was we were told the seats in row D were accessible for people on crutches and wheelchairs, and they werent.

The reclining seats are amazing. Some theaters have VIP seating, where they bring food to your seats and has a separate bar and lounge area. They validate parking in the connected garage. Helpful staff. Relatively clean bathrooms. The perfect place to view a movie.

We had a wonderful experience for our first time at this theater. The service, the seats, and the experience were great. We sat in the Reserve area where you get a medium popcorn per ticket and we ordered the boneless Korean chicken wings, old bay wings and the apple crumble. All were delicious!

It sure has a strange name, but its the best movie theater in the area in terms of comfort, quality of food, and options for viewing. The reclining chairs are actually very comfortable, and the feet rest is much appreciated for sore legs.

Seats are comfortable and screens are nice, BUT that was probably the direst theater Ive ever been in. Popcorn and trash all over the floors and in our seats. Its clear they dont clean between movies. If you go early, Im sure its cleaner. We went to 6pm showing on Saturday and it showed. If you want a good size screen and comfortable chairs but dont care about cleaniness, this is the theater for you

Cinemark is a nice place to go to but only when they are fully staffed. They usually have one person working the concessions and one person checking out and on a busy day over the weekend that’s just not ideal. It shouldn’t take 10 minutes to get popcorn.

The place was filthy tonight. Towson was pretty clean and comfortable after the renovations. Not so much now! There was plenty of staff sitting around, no reason for the floors to be littered with popcorn. Lastly the recliners were soiled, sticky and full of crumbs. I hope this was just a bad night and not a sign of their decline.

This is definitely one of the best and nicest theaters in Maryland. The seats are comfortable, always clean and I love sitting up on the balcony and getting service through the movie! Definitely worth a visit!

At the end of the night you would expect the theater to be unkempt, not for a 7 PM movie. The downstairs floor was filthy from the entrance after the ticket desk on around to where you purchased the refreshments. In addition, the condiment station was covered with mustard. The escalator was not working and there was not signage with directions to an alternate option. Found the elevator after the movie. For a handicapped person accessible access is crucial.

I have gone to several movies here and always have a great time and service, with no complaints. Last night I went to a movie and dinner and managed to lose my car key at some point. After retracing my steps the manager at Cinemark helped me look, but unfortunately there was another movie and someone was in my seat. He took down my information. I came back today several times trying to catch the theater when there wasnt a movie. When I was finally able to look the two ladies working in the reserve section helped me pull the chair out and look for my key. They took my info again and went back to looking for the key. They were able to find it and called me within another hour. I am really thankful of everyone who was working at Cinemark today that assisted me with finding my key and getting it back in my hands. This may be an unrelated incident concerning going to the movies. However, I think everyones attitude and help today gives an indication how other issues are probably handled at Cinemark. Thanks again!

I have NEVER been to a theater as AMAZING as this theater!! When you 1st drop in the way the theater looks is brilliant and then up the steps is an arcade (that actually has good games) and the place had REAL food and A BAR!! WITH REALLY GOOD DRINKS!! Cant stress enough how much everyone should go there

Really upscale movie theater with recliner chairs, food table and 2 cup holders. All the seats have a good view of the screen. The food court has a liquor bar along with traditional cinema foods. All soda and Icees are self serve. Food specials are available during the week. The theater was clean and the staff friendly. Street parking and garage parking are available. The cinema is wheel chair accessible with an elevator and seating. I recommend checking it out on Teusday when the standard seating $6.60.

Love the seats and prices. Cheapest theater Ive ever been to while also having great customer service and comfy seats! Saw Endgame for $7 a few days after it came out. That was the lowest price, while the lowest price at Regal Cinema in Hunt Valley was almost $18! Ridiculous! I love this place and come here for every new movie.

The concession stand was frustrating today with no major movies opening and not many people around for a 5:30pm show. I was there opening night for Black Panther and it was way better even with all those people. Everyone working tonight was acting like they didnt want to be bothered-- even the guy taking tickets. Customer service was lacking!!

There is never food available even on blockbuster movies opening night, you have to wait at least 15 minutes for food plus another 10 due to long cashier lines. The counters are always filthy and sticky, and the escalators are always off. The condiment area is frequently a mess and the cheese for nachos is warm not hot. The VIP staff takes your order during movie and comes back towards the end wanting you to pay while interrupting the end of the movie. If you ask can you pay for your food prior to movie beginning to avoid interruptions they refuse.

Not a bad experience until the movie started flashing off and on and became unwatchable. They had to cut it off and give every one vouchers to another show. It was disappointing but they handled it as best they could, I suppose. I probably wont go back.

Pretty cool experience. All seats are reserved now which is great. The seating charts on the mobile app are terrible, graphically really hard to tell where you are sitting in relationship to the overall theatre. It always makes you appear you are too close to the screen. They also changed the reserved balcony program, they no longer want you buying your own food or drinks and kind of require you to use the waiters and push your seat button :30 before start and then pay :30 before the end. I’d rather just get my stuff, pay, and push the button if I need something. There is a lot of waiter traffic back and forth. That’s a small issue and maybe just my preferences but otherwise it’s the best way to see a movie and the waiters are awesome.

Such a cool theatre. It really feels like a luxury experience. You get to pick/reserve your seat in advance... But you cant really go wrong with any seat in the theatre- the way they laid out the chairs youll never have someones head blocking your view. Oh, the chairs... Theyre full leather, electric recliners! Yep, big, puffy recliners that are so comfy- each with a tray that swivels over your lap to handle your food and beverage. About food... It isnt cheap. I just paid $12 for a large popcorn and a liter of bottled water. But I guess thats becoming normal everywhere. Lastly, you can buy the reserve seats which come with a full restaurant-style menu... Yep, you can order a burger from your seat and it will be delivered straight to your seat without you ever needing to leave the theatre. Truly a luxury experience!

The movie theater was interesting. I loved that you can pick your snacks and the seats were comfortable. I was slightly disappointed that there werent many screens and because it was a Cinemark, theres no IMAX. Maybe Ill try the XD someday.

I liked the High quality movies. And there popcorn is better when its fresh. The main thing is the food, there items are expensiveI want to buy a hot dog it literally cost me 5 dallors plus taxes to get it. If you have 8 people its gonna cost you money. Like most 100 dallors no joke.I like Towson Theater but they have to cut cost snacks and tickets. Because I see some people even sneak to bring there own snacks.After buying tickets

Like that they validate parking and that parking is attached to the theater. Matinee movie prices are great. Reclining seats and ability to reserve seating is great. Restaurants are nearby for lunch or dinner after the movie

They are becoming very sophisticated. Excellent service, comfortable seating. Unfortunatley the kids as I like to call them a.k.a juveniles and the ones who raised them (or didnt raise them) like to go there, so every other full moon things get ratchet, but still highly recommend.

It was a nice, clean theater. The chairs could recline. I got buttered popcorn, tasted about standard. Picture and sound were nice. I had no problems.

Seats are nice and comfortable. Aisle are amazingly wide, plently of room. They have great kettle corn.

The movie theater is nice. There are always specials. However, they rarely have cooked food prepared. If you order food, you will miss part of the movie while waiting for your order. So I usually eat first or grab popcorn.

Used to work at a regal and my tribalism kept me away, but man they really know how to make a theater here. The building is huge and they have a ton of theaters. They need a lot because they cant fit that many people into a room with the huge cushy recliners. Fewer people per theater but better chairs. I sometimes miss the fanfare of a packed theater, but I sure do like reclining for 2 hours for 6 bucks on a Tuesday.

Our theater room was very clean and comfortable. The seats were okay. I say the Hanover location cinemark has better lounge chairs. However the overall experience was good. My family and I went during the day time, so Im not sure what the atmosphere is like during the night showings.Also I love they are doing these movies. My daughter is a huge fan of studio ghibli films.

I was coming in to see terminator but unsure of what showtime would be best since I had something to do after the show. Shae at the main desk was very helpful and I managed to get to where I needed to be on time.

The theater is great - its big, the seats are comfortable and the screens are huge. The staff needs a revamp or some customer service training. Whoever the guy is whos checking people in right now, 9/16 at 11:30 am is one of the rudest and disrespectful people Ive ever encountered in the service industry. Seriously, he unequivocally should not have a public facing job. The rest of the employees just stare at patrons without making an effort to acknowledge them or I dont know, at minimum crack a smile. People go to the movies for a good time.. not to be sullied by a unhappy and rude employees. Some customer service training and service observes would go a long way here.

My new go to movie theater. I thought that I would go there even if it was just one time, since I always go to White Marsh. Well this is my second visit & its nice to know I have a choice to go to really nice theaters & have an enjoyable experience .

The movie experience here is pure amazing! I love the spacious seating and clear screen. If you wanna have an exciting dinner and a movie night this is the place to go. Its located next to some pretty good restaurants ranging from burgers to pho. Tickets are within the premium price spectrum but for leather seats, reclining leg room, and larger screen size its worth the extra price.

Nice movie but escalators were not working and the theater was cold. So this is my second time here today Jan 22, the escalators are still not working. Caught the elevator upstairs to get a ticket. Elevator is dirty. floor has popcorn and trash. Upstairs in the food court its filthy area dirty. Im surprise its this dirty in here

A fight broke out between two employees. I didnt get my food because of the fight which caused me to miss the previews for my movie as well as the the first 15 minutes. Management didnt apologize or come out and speak with anyone about the matter.

The VIP service is pretty cool. A little pricey for the amount of food they give you so I dont really order. They do serve wine and mixed drinks. Overall great experience every single time. The theater is amazing, 5 star, very nice. The front row is way too close to view the full screen with comfort, which is where we sat today. Being farsighted it was annoying, so buy your tickets early, online and in advance to get the best seat for the optimal experience. We sat in the upper level VIP section, the time before, and that was luxurious for a movie theater. The concession selection is vast and wide, from weighed candy to bagged candy, fountain or bottled drinks, and food that can be delivered to you if you choose VIP seating. I recommend this theater.
