Always find what I need for project found this awesome frame for 13 bucks 16x20

This year has taken its toll on so many things and for me, Michaels was no exception. I was so excited and couldnt wait to go to the wonderland that took you away from the daily headlines of 2020. When we stepped in, I felt so sad, as this was another example of what this year has stripped away. It was as if there was no budget for the spectacular craft artists of the past or for those whose passion was hung on display for all to enjoy.When we walked into Michaels in the past, you were walking into a winter wonderland where every display was an inspiration. The true feeling of the holidays lite up and glistened with gorgeous wreaths, arrangements, center pieces and garland. It energizing home designers, artists and spurred the creative juices for all who entered.Sadly, like so may things, it lives among the normal shopping experience for a few select items you find on the shelf. It is as if the child who couldnt wait for Christmas, became the adult who viewed it as simply a necessity. It has become an ordinary experience for what was once a fantasy land.This is only my view and I have only been to this one Michaels, hopefully this not the experience any of you have shared. Happy Holidays to all and may it be as it once was, a beautiful fantasy land.

This is the busiest Michaels EVER! Shout out to Jonathan for always having positive vibes and outstanding customer service. You can tell the staff work really hard to be helpful and accommodating no matter how busy it is.

Curbside pickup went smoothly. Grateful the items I needed were in stock.Didnt realize the Vista Plaza location was open to the public. I decided to go in & shop for additional items.Dismayed at the lack of monitoring by Michaels staff related to # of people allowed in store at one time. No one at the front entrance queuing shoppers.At one point there were at least 20 people in the checkout lane & very few were social distancing.

This is a big store with a lot of variety of products. Big framing section in the back. Self framing is much cheaper. They always have coupons out with discounts offering percentages off regular price items. Most everything else in the store goes on sale at one time or another. They also rotate in large seasonal sections for each holiday.Parking gets a little busy but there is plenty of it right in front.

Love the difference choices. If you are into crafts this is the place. Stopped in to get my daughter a drawing board and pencils. Wow what a selection.

Everything was nicely organized. Found all I needed at great prices.

I always find what I need to make my craft projects. It has changed a little bit, but overall good place for craft supplies. Clean & very helpful & friendly staff.

I always love to visit arts and craft stores and Michaels is one of them.They have all the items i need and prices are affordable.

Its overpriced, but they do have good sales. It ks nice to look around. But if you need help its hard to find any employee. Thats the only major thing that suck. Overall its cool.

Everyone there is always very helpful and knowledgable about where things are. I dont always find what I am looking for but I do find it most of the time. The store is big enough to have what you need, but not so big that you get lost trying to find things.

Michaels was alright. Some items were limited in quantities, but they have loyalty discounts.

The Michaels at Del Amo is MUCH bigger, I would go there first for a better variety. This one is just to pick something up quickly.

The clearance.. Theyre cool even though most of the stuff they put in the bag are useless and broken.. youll find something useful for you and its only $5 per bag. The place was also neat..

Always find what I need. They now have a Kool rewards program.

Staff was nice but not as well stocked as Torrance

We had the worst customer service of any Michaels store I have ever been to. The staff could care less if you find what you want or not.

Had everything I needed. Stretched canvases to picture albums. Courteous and good service despite COVID-19.

HORRIBLE WEBSITE! I spent over an hour trying to order paint. Kept saying it was out of stock and choose another store. Then it was out of stock the after I chose the store that it said it was in stock. So many problems with the website. Emptied my cart after I logged in, had to find everything again. What a waste if time!

This is a standard Michaels, this craft store that my daughter loves. I think the coloring book section might be a little bit smaller than normal, but theres still a good selection. The store is clean and easy to get to.

Want to craft something then this the right place. One stop shop for all your craft needs and seasonal decors.

I have begun to prefer Joannes over Michaels. First because its much better priced than Michaels & you can get almost all the same stuff. Second the people who work at Joannes r much more helpful plus they are even very nice, without making u feel ignorant.

I bought lots of art supplies as Christmas gifts. The lines were long but the cashiers were so fast that I barely recall waiting at all. Love the low prices.

Finally nice to be able to go back in for shopping

This is a huge store. Way more selections on planner supplies for happy planner babes out there. The only thing is it wasnt organized, so I had to sift through everything. Big selection of washi tape also. The people on the floor were very helpful.

IT IS SOO GREAT AND THE SKETCH BOOKS ARE NOT THAT PRICY ESPECIALLY ON SALE. BUT THEY COULD DO A BIT BETTER ON THE WATERCOLOR PRICES.

Dont like giving 3 star reviews. I have also always been a fan of Michaels. So..... what went wrong?? The phone was ringing constantly the entire time I was there and NOBODY was answering. At first I thought maybe they were working short staffed... but NO.... there were about 6 employees at the front just literally ignoring the phone. There was also nobody in the store to assist shoppers. They were all in the front it seemed. When we checked out, I asked if they had an item that I hadnt been able to find.The cashier replied I dont know if we have that item. You can look against the back wall. The store needs new management or something. It was extremely unorganized and whoever was calling never got through to the store the entire time I was there.

I love this store, and have been shopping here for many years.

Their coupons are deceiving...you get to the register after spending 1 hour shopping for stuff, then they tell you this is not part of the coupon, this is not, this is not. They should have signed by the items on sale saying no coupons can be applied with this item. It happened before. I prefer to buy things on Amazon and no aggravation.

I had rude encounter with an employee named Andrew. All I asked was where an item was and he rolled his eyes sighed annoyingly and flipped his hair and said theyre over there and pointed no where near where item was located.

Small Mom and Pop business. Clean and good prices. Friendly staff and good food.

Busy place in a busy shopping center. Right before Christmas they put everything on sale. Mostly I love their large steady strong plastic bags, can reuse it many times. I am very creative so I usually stock up on everything in December.

I love this store it has way more in it than one would expect. What encouraged me is when I found boxes Nag Champa Incense for sale at a very reasonable price. I was also able to pick up a special Zen like Aroma Therapy kit as a part of my gift to my wife for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. Be sure to take a little extra cash for that unexpected thing you won’t want to leave behind.

All sorts of arts and craft products here. Also a huge variety of picture frames. Can be very busy but they have a great amount of tellers to serve.

I left a portrait oil on canvas of our Lady of Guadalupe for reframing. In two weeks I will know better how the job goes..The work has been done. It has turned out excellent. Whenever you go there

Alot of items had no price. Not on the item or shelf. No workers to ask and no scanner. Stood in line for the register at least 30 minutes.

Going on a weekday makes it better to shop here were one can explore and take advantage of the deals.

They had what I went for. Asked one question and was pointed in the right direction. Quick line is always nice. It was a bit crazy with customers, but thats out of their control.

All what you need for DIY. The staff is very helpful and provide me exactly the information I need for my shopping.

If youre throwing a party or helping your kids with a school project. This is a good place for supplies.

That place is amazing. They e got everything you could possibly want and need.

Pricey, but with a great selection, helpful staff, excellent sales, and located in an upscale locale.

Staff is always so helpful and friendly. Ask where something is and they wont tell you where, they walk you to where it is. They have so much for the creative and artsy. They also always have great sales.

Always a great experience at the local art supply store. Employees are nice and helpful. They dont always have exactly what im looking for, but they keep a healthy stock of most things. I come back often.

This place is like heaven to me, you can find anything you want about crafts. The staffs are friendly n very helpful.

I feel like the selection could be better. They definitely need an aisle or something for different types of paper. Orders could be placed quicker so that some aisles dont remain empty for too long. I hardly see employees walking around the store to help customers. Seems like they need to be seeked out. The holiday deals are great, though.

Not many handicapped parking spaces near the store. Also should have items within reach. Not at the very top level and stacked one atop the other. On a positive note, they began opening more registers when seeing it was getting busy.

Horrible customer service. Went to pick up an order online and the lady was super rude. I love Michaels but this location is just awful.

Janet the framing manager was very friendly and helpful when I called about their custom framed canvas of dias de la muerta. She even surprised me by redoing the backing and hanging wire without me asking after agreeing on a very reasonable price for the piece.

Micheals crafts is a fabulous art supply store, I could spend a couple hours there, looking at all the supplies they offer. The one thing I dont like aboutMicheals is that they dont offer much in the way of fine art supplies, you wont find roles of line canvas sold by the yard you wont find professional varnishes, you wont find expensive canvases, or really really good watercolors or paints. They are more of a commercialized art supply, with lots of made in China supplies, but the cover a wide variety of crafts. The service at Micheals always seems friendly, and they usually will give you 40% off one item if you ask. A fun place to shop for crafts, you wont be disappointed unless you are a fine arts artist, in which case you will be dissappointed.

I love this store because of all the verity of crafting supplies there. the customer service was good but I showed up at night. Im definitely going to shop there again for my next project.

Found everything I needed. It was crowded long line to pay but the cashier were fast and the supervisor had everything organized.

Pretty large selection of stuff here and very good prices. They have really obscure crafting stuff like kits to make your own moccasins. “Crafting people” do seem like an odd bunch though.

Michaels staff is always helpful. If you can’t find the item that your looking for they either tell you where to find it or take you right to the spot it is located at. When ever I have been at the store there checkout staff seems efficient and knowledgeable.

I cried when they close the Redondo store but their new store is awesome

A little pricey...I bought elf ornapops and paid twice what they cost on Amazon...but I love the crafts and things plus there was a lot of items on sale .
