Its a really nice venue for a concert. The facility is clean and well maintained. The seats are nice comfortable padded seats and there isnt a bad seat in the house. The acoustics are pretty good as well.The only draw back I. could see was the concession stands could be updated to serve customers faster.I would definitely would definitely go see another concert at the Topeka Performing Arts Center.

Chocolate Nutcracker was absolutely fantablous!!! I was really entertained.. Put together very well... Very nice people... Love the Chocolates After show!! Mr. Steve awesome sauce.. Great show awesome job!!!! The only problem I had was it was freezing cold in the building. I watch with my scarf, gloves and coat on entire show.. Clean and nice place.

Very retro! We had seats that had said we may have some limited viewing or objects in the way of stage or something to that effect. Anyway, when we arrived, the ushers found us and others better seating, so our seats ended up being great! The ushers were all very kind and helpful. The whole experience was great! Really loved the venue, being an older, real retro locale!

Came to see the Celtic Woman. The people are nice and Ill tell ya, its like hearing life bloom through the sound of music. Its true to think you are hearing the voices of Angels. You can feel the energy that is put into their music. And not many people in my age group of 20-28 come to this for some reason. You guys are missing out :)

Enjoyed the show. But I felt theat more could have been done as far as signage and comfort goes. There werent many signs to help navigate easily to where I needed to be. So I had to wait through two lines. When I only needed one. Other than that my only other complaint was the seats We rent comfortable. I kept having to adjust around to try to get comfortable. Concessions could have some more variety. I found the selection to be lacking.

This place is beautiful and really the only venue of its kind in Topeka. My main comment on the experience would be that the seating is really uncomfortable. Not something I cant deal with, but my father in law has had back surgery and has had to quit attending my daughters ballet recitals because he cant sit through them. Is there a way to offer alternative seating for those with similar issues?

Perfect size to get an individual experience with the bands unlike the big concerts where it is crowded and you are so far away from the band and management and team are awesome with customers

This was my first time @ Topeka Performing Arts Center and it was nice.It was a beautiful historic building with old time charm still intact.I sat in the first row balcony and had a great view of the stage and the whole seating area.

My daughter performs here with her dance troop once a year! Very friendly and helpful professional staff! Very nice place to perform and observe!

Lovely venue. The staff was very helpful getting my husband seated with his scooter with minimal obstruction to other patrons behind him.Only issue - and its because of the age of the building, Im sure - is mens and womens restrooms are on opposite sides of the building. Its unhandy for half of a couple.Enjoyed our experience this evening.

Chocolate festival was fun good to see a lot of people downtown Topeka. The event at Tpac could have been better organized and thought out. But all in all well done

We had our wedding reception here. Not only is the venue beautiful but the staff is amazing. They are so helpful. You can tell that Blair is knowledgeable and likes what he does. Just amazing! They were very accommodating.

Saw Kansas last night! Beautiful venue and the staff was top notch! I’m looking forward to coming back for another show!

Very nice facility and an awesome concert with Newsboys United.

It was so nice, clean, and comfortable sitting. I was there and saw Rick Thomas and was as funny as it was entertaining. Was AMAZED at the finally. We so enjoyed the show and I will be back to see more Entertainment to come. So proud of TPAC in Topeka Kansas. Five Stars and more!

Jeff dunham was hilarious!!! Had a fabulous time. The only thing is they need more restrooms!

REO Speedwagon show was fantastic! They are truly wonderful musicians and can still sing a love song. Terrific light show and super interaction with the audience. For a band of old guys they were superb.

Ive only attended one event here; however, the number and variety of events they hold is impressive. We went to a display in the lower level and found the building well-kept, lit, and marked.

Beautiful place, volunteers amazing! Sound was horrible and before main act started no bud light - which didnt really matter to me - but NO TOILET PAPER sure did! All before the main act, really?

Great place for a performance, but they need to install some baby changing stations. Not very family friendly for a family ballet performance for 2019.

The venue was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason I knocked off 2 stars was because of the entertainer. Tim Allen was in a word, vulgar. Allens incessant f-bombs and G-damns were disgusting. Ive lost all respect for him. Sorry TPAC.

Very comfortable seating and nice atmosphere. The volunteer Ushers are helpful and friendly. The only problem is they difficulty of parking. We used to use a parking garage but it is now closed to the public for some reason.

We saw Tim Allen tonight, and OMG! He is hillariuos. Definitely an adult oriented show, but it was non-stop laughs. The staff was very helpful and accomodating, also. A great time.

Went to see the comedian Galliger. Loved the act. The folks at TPAC were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, not many there for the show...maybe they could advertise more?? Anyway, we had a great time!!!

The venue is of average quality. The new owners have done a good job trying to maintain a good appearance and wait staff are decent. Much of the paint, carpets, etcetera are a little dated. The bathrooms are clean and well-kept. The entryway is of average quality and visual appeal. The lighting is decent in corridors.Regarding performances, lighting is average to above-average, sound quality is average to above-average, and set production values of average quality in my opinion.

Two of my littles in The Nutcracker. The venue is also very beautiful. I cant believe I used to see the circus there way way back before the renovation to TPAC.

Small venue but very nice

Acoustics are pretty good. Whether sitting close or in the back, goos sight lines and sound. Concessions could stand an upgrade, as they only serve packaged snacks. Nice clean place with courteous staff

Topekas only option for Ballet, Orchestra, etc... Smallish Performance Arts center - and they need to re-consider the layout of restrooms (Womens on one side of the building, mens on the other) as they only offer 1 of each type to patrons...Connected to other state government buildings...

Enjoyed the Mannheim Steamroller show on Dec. 21, 2015. Venue is older, but seems well kept. Performance was great! Only complaint was during intermission the lobby and bathrooms smelled very strong of cigarette smoke despite the fact the building was NO SMOKING. Otherwise, the experience was enjoyable. Oh, and the Westboro Baptist Church was on the south side entrance protesting something ridiculous as people were coming in, so we just used the west entrance. What a shame, but that has nothing to do with the Topeka Performing Arts Center or the Mannheim Steamroller show. Once inside the building, a good time was had by all!
