This craft store is well stocked for most types of crafts. They have limited stock for wooden crafts which uses clear and pre-cut lumber.I consider the prices reasonable and the floor well organized.

Will not honor price matching.They have a very large red sign where itStates,We will match any price and beat it by10 percent. I was wishing to buy some prismacolorColored pencils the one hundred fifty pack.At Michaels they sell it for about 189.00On the Walmart webpage it is sold average (not sale) price for 91.99 on Amazon it goes for about 97.00This is the average price range on thisProduct across most websites. The one I ask for the price match on was Walmart. They flat refused to price match and said there computers wouldnt let them with that large of a price difference.They also would not price match amazon or any other site for that matter all this under the giant red sign that said we price match and will beat any price by ten percent If you want an honest company with good prices Michaels is not for you.

Staff was helpful. We were buying a tree and all the boxes had a fair amount of damage to them.

Very helpful store personnel. Assisted in looking for items and then referred to alternate sources for specific items that Michaels does not stock. Will definitely shop here again.

I bought a bird house and some stencils. There were paints and daubers as well. The floors were not directed, and the aisles are very narrow so it is impossible to maintain social distancing while shopping.

Friendly staff. Great sale prices. Could organize the clearance aisle a little better.

Terrible customer service. Called ahead of time about returning a color pencil set. Mind you its not cheap but the lead kept breaking off when it was being sharpened. The woman we talked to on the phone said it would be no problem to return or exchange, even if its been used and you have no receipt. we can find it on your rewards account. Then we went in to either exchange or get our money back, they made a big deal as to why it cant be returned. Its been used. Cant return a product thats been used. Its against our policy even though we told them that it breaks off every time we sharpen it. They were very rude and disrespectful. They lost a very loyal customer and we will let all our friends and family know to never shop at Michaels in Topeka. We will be calling corporate on our experience with Michaels.

Well I did have a bit of trouble finding what I was looking for, but it was a very small 3 section. So thats on me. I was able to look down all the aisles very clear, very well spaced. Easy to navigate!

About anything you could ask for in a craft store. A little expensive though.

It was a great reference tool for me. What does a 24x36 frame look like? How about a 16x20? Its great to have a measuring tape but nothing like being able to visually capture the differences. They had every size I needed to compare and strolling through the store I got ideas for other crafts too.

Seem like every time I go in this store, there is always an awesome sale. My kiddos love to paint and last week the had every size of canvas you could think of by 1 get 2 free! AMAZING!

Staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The stores selection of yarn was a bit lacking and spread out. Instead of being in several consecutive rows, it was in the main middle aisle, two rows over, then in middle aisle bins and along back walls that werent near the other aisles. A bit like a scavenger hunt. The overall selection was much smaller than that of a Hobby Lobby or Joanns

I usually love to shop at Michaels, but I bought a calligraphy set with ink cartridges and one of them got stuck. I searched online about how to get it out. It said the only way was to pop the ink cartridges so I did. It still did not come out and now I just have ink everywhere. Again, usually I am very satisfied with what I get at michaels, but I am very disappointed. This costs me 15 dollars for something I can’t use ever again. Very disappointed!!!

I only get my journals here! $5-$6 and many designs, PLUS coupons! Not to mention everything you can imagine or need for various crafts! OMG, the adult color books have thick pages,... I could go on for days! Super friendly, knowledgeable staff, and a steller selection of various products, and always a great deal going on!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I went in to grab some yarn for a project. The aisles are clear, shelves were stocked and arranged neatly and the clerks were helpful. A great improvement over my last visit. Ill be making more trips to Michaels!

Michaels has everything a crafter would want. Lots of sales and coupons as well. I always Google Michaels coupons before I go in then pull them up on my phone, show them at checkout and Im good to go!

This place is pretty dope. There Halloween selection was great and I picked up a really cool skeleton bowl.

I was excited to find this store. One near us closed. But, very poor service. Like items scattered around store, making it impossible to find what we needed. Priced high as well. Check out staff were rude. Last time iwill try this store. If this is how they operate, they wil likely close also.

I usually unwind shopping at Michels. Its one of my happy places. Not tonight. The music was not relaxing and was too loud. I spent a fourth of what I usually do because I couldnt wait to leave. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Off to the other hobby shop.

Very great staff and are always around to help you with questions. I been shopping for the same materials online but come to find out they had everything I needed here for reborn doll projects. And I paid a little bit to much ordering certain items online.

Great service, clean store, would like to see more brands of scrapbooking supplies other than Martha Stewart & Recollections.

A store loved by many! Supplies for artists, crafters, scrapbooking, floral, beading, yarn, picture frames galore, and so much more. The big downfall is that the aisles are too small. The back wall aisle doesnt allow for two carts to pass. My biggest issue is how they stuff as many floral stems as they can into the smallest spot possible. It is impossible to pull out one stem without pulling out 5 more and without damaging them. Finding a staff person to assist is very difficult.
