This is the worst Marina ever. Don’t pay them in advance. We paid them cash back in November 2019 $2300.00 and due to the Covid-19 in March 2020 we asked them to either give us our money back or applied the payment for the coming season of 2021, since my mother-in-law lives with us and we were afraid for her. The manager gave my wife the run around and never said no to her, so when she called back in October the manager gave her a straight NO arguing that the marina was open so that we lost our money. Another thing when I went with to pick up my toolbox they had a boat in our spot even when the season was not over yet. So they kept our money plus they rented our spot to someone else.Our lawyers are looking into it and I’m also going to News 12 with the story. They can keep our money but everyone will know about this.

I was set up with a perfect slip for my boat. Theyve been very accommodating getting my boat in the water and getting me set up. They even quickly addressed a repair I needed during my first few weeks there. The marina is in a great location thats easily accessible from the Parkway. The location on the Toms River is great. You feel protected from any storms. Once you get out of the marina, you can open up. No long no wake zones until you get to open water.

Visited the marina in regards to potentially docking a boat. Although spacious and in a convenient location I could not look past the patio furniture, grills, and bikes dock side. I even had a women yell at me to slow down, I was going less then 10 mph, because her two small children where in the middle of the road at 8pm on bikes. The website made this location sound ideal but Im looking for a marina not someones backyard to dock a boat.

The general manager is a true gentleman and professional. They are constantly making improvements to make it better for the slip holders. I only wish they had a slip for me! Hopefully next year!

I love this place. Great friends have been made over the years. Its a nice marina with nice amenities, clean bathrooms, great pool, and live music every saturday. Just needs more in-house services... (mechanic, fiberglass repair, detailer, etc.)

The marina I feel is the best one in South Jersey the people are family the amenities are great. The knowledge of our mechanic is second to none as well as the staff behind him.A very large well-kept pool and tiki bar as well as entertainment every weekend. Theres a fixed dock where as you can drive up to your boat, barbecue and relax on your patio furniture.

Clean, organized and very friendly neighbors. Management very serious and professional.

4 Bath Houses, Pool, Bar, Grill, Game Room, Nightly Entertainment on the Weekends. A Very Safe Marina.
