Just tried to talk to someone who answered the phone bout renting a trailer nd he said they dont call them trailers then mumbled the rest of his words. If he gave me more info about buying i may have went that route.. poor mangement there

My family has lived in this neighborhood for about 30 years we moved here specifically for the school system and the fact that it wasnt a dirt lot it was a neighborhood and I had a great childhood here from playing with all the neighbors and the parents all knew one another. Its nice to see kids playing again!! When my family has fallen on hard times the owner and mgmt treated my family with the utmost dignity and respect. I was lucky to be a kid here its my home

Guy who runs the place has a bad attitude. It used to be a nice place to live, but now the “certain” people who he’s choosing to buy the homes (and are buying in droves, pushing others out), are bringing the whole neighborhood down. People blast music in their homes so loud that the walls of my home shake. Nothing is ever done about it. People leave heaps of trash behind their homes, nothing is done about it. Owner picks on certain people and allows others to break neighborhood rules. I love how his employee placed a positive review. Like I said, this used to be a very nice place to live, USED to be.

Im 3 1/2 at Raymor Enterprises 55+ Mobile Home Park, a division of Galaxy Manor.I havent encounter any problems at this location. It was chosen for its Prime location to all the activity down here at the Jersey Shore, but away from all the noise. Easy travel to the many shopping centers. These premises are well maintained by Property Manager Ed Rivkin, a very clean quiet park. The Office manager Sharon is well adverse in all matters pertaining to the residents of the park & can solve most uncommon situations.

Just moved out of Galaxy Manor after about 22 years. Its a nice community, Im going to miss it!

Wow from all the negative comments this place seems like a real dive. The owners want to question everyones comments about the trailer park. They must be telling the truth because the owners are on high defense.

This place is not a dump.
