Wish there would have been more starry night skys and less images/pictures . The place is well taken care of with a nice and pleasant atmosphere but if it was darker I wouldve gotten my played with more ......

It was a great experience but it is poor in terms of customer service I dont like how their staff accomodate us.

Such an awesome experience!! It was my first time visiting a planetarium. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time.

Alright guys, right now, I am telling you, this is my favorite planetarium! It has amazing laser songs and movies. Also there is a nice party room for birthday parties. And also in the room where you watch the movie, inside there are very nice seats. Very nice planetarium.

I went there on a field trip and it was super cool. They showed us how the earth rotates, constellations and how moon rotates each month. I would definitely recommend going to Robert J. Novins Planetarium. However,my classmates didnt like it

Absolutely terrible customer service. Google maps doesnt give clear directions to get to the planetarium, and the website doesnt give you any tips, nor can the actual person who answers your call at the planetarium. I called, while on the ocean county college premises, asking for help to get to the planetarium and was given no help. When I finally was able to find out how to get in, I was late and not admitted to go in. Upon requesting a refund for the show I was unable to see due to horrible directions and zero customer service help, I was told there was no manager for me to speak to, and no name or phone number for me to call. So disappointed, as I all I wanted to do was enjoy a planetarium show and now Im sitting in the parking lot crying not allowed in, and not given a refund. They need to update the ticket address with LOT 2 next to BLDG #13. You cant find the building without the lot!

I am on vacation and saw this place and was thrilled. I love studying space and have always love the Liberty Sciense Center, so was very excited for this. ... Yeah, no.When I called ahead to make double sure they were open, I was told flatly that they arent the Liberty Science Center and they only have shows, and the only one was at 7pm.I was extremely disappointed as this presented a wonderful time.

Our family of five visits the Novins Planetarium often, enjoying many of the programs there. We just had our sons 5th birthday party there and it was great! From booking the party to the end clean up, the incredible and friendly staff members went out of their way to make the experience pleasant and stress free. Jake, Tom, Sarah and Amanda were all genuinely courteous and helpful. Jake and Tom were awesome, helping guide the party every step of the way-even assembling party bags and hanging up the pinata! Sarah was great with the kids and even took song requests (mini-laser light show at the end) and tailored the show to accommodate our sugared up, short attention span group of 5 year olds. We would very much recommend the Planetarium for a birthday party-both the program and the staff make it fun and budget friendly!
