I love this store, Ive been a customer for years and am happy to see theyre redoing so much in there. The new lingerie section is nice and the new toys coming out have some interesting features. Always better to see something in person and sense the quality / texture

My girlfriend and I went to the Love Shack today and had absolutely awful service. The woman behind the counter merely greeted us, and continued to have a long and loud conversation on the phone. Not only did she stay on the phone over the duration of our shopping trip, but was also loudly talking about very inappropriate and personal issues that could’ve easily triggered customers. Needless to say, I was absolutely unsatisfied with the service and the woman working.Ah, and the toys are overpriced. A simple tiny bullet vibrator at this shop costs $21.99.Would not recommend.

Today was my first time there stopped in for a birthday gift for my wife had a couple of questions felt very comfortable asking the lady that was working there I go back

I accidentally called the store because it is very similiar to my dads phone number and when they answered they threatened to call the police on me and yelled at me and said to never call the store agian. Very rude and i said sorry but they wouldnt take it.

I went in for the first time, I was straight-up honest and I got an honest answer I was extremely Pete please and I think her name was Sarah extremely helpful and gave me guidance thank you. Im a happy customer!!

Was in there today, super nervous obviously because of what I was buying for the first time but the woman who helped me was super nice and very helpful definitely recommend

The male working was rude and awkward in an uncomfortable way. Prerequisite to working in an adult store ought to be the capacity to tolerate a question about if you sell cleaner for the products you have a whole section devoted to! Other stores nearbye are far more professional, better stocked and not employing people who cant interface with the public. Second time here, each time walked in and almost immediately walked out. Open later than other stores and that got the second chance business. Better to save your gas and visit other options when you can get to earlier closing stores.

I will never step foot inside that store again every time I do its a mistake. The staff is very very rude and completely useless. I called to see if they had a product in and the woman on the phone basically yelled at me because I couldnt understand what she said the first time. Very unprofessional. Terrible store.
