Went to see a movie in the IMAX theater and lets just say with all this boasting about cleaning and sanitizing during COVID, that theater smelled like a locker room and I ended up sitting on a used candy wrapper from whoever was there before. The AC in there is also shot, so towards the middle of the movie I was beginning to feel hot (and all the built up fungus in the air conditioning system was spreading its grubby scent all around.) And for some reason the fabric on the chairs felt moist. Im not one to lose my head about COVID, but if this pandemic werent occurring, this theater should be clean nonetheless.

Very good cinema, spacious and clean. I liked the decorations. I missed an expresso coffee at the cafeteria there. There is a place for playing games if you have to wait for the next movie.

You wont like this place whether you believe in masks or not. If you believe in masks, youll like the fact that they require them when you walk in the door, however, nobody wore them in the movie. They just order some popcorn and you dont have to wear a mask while youre eating, so they always leave a few kernels and they just stay unmasked.If you dont believe in masks, be warned that they wont accept face shields, even if it extends beyond your chin and wraps around the side of your head. And, if you try to follow their rules, like we tried to do - you end up wearing their masks and your glasses are fogged the whole time. So, instead you have to pull it down below your nose to clear the fog. quite often.I would recommend staying home and watching on your TV or computer. This was a hassle.

This place has awesome prices and services. There are 2 rows of accessible parking spaces. This theater offers an early (AM) matinee standard showing for under $7 and a regular (PM) matinee standard showing for under $9. The employees are nice and attentive. The areas are kept clean. The concession lines are always short, and theres even a gelato shop and a bar. They have drinks areas on both sides of the foyer that use Coca-Cola freestyle stations for soft drinks and have free refills. There are also I-CEE machines. This theater is well worth the drive!

We decided to go to watch a movie but in the back of my mind I was very worried about the COVID-19 and social distancing, to my surprise the employees at Regal Lone Star Did an awesome job at enforcing the safety procedures the place was so clean, I like to thank all of the employees for doing such a great job, and we are looking forward to go back again for another great experience.Oh I forgot there’s no mixed drinks anyways Thanks

Horrible experience. Regal switched to Pepsi products and only offer Diet Pepsi. Car was broken into while in the movie. The police said their cameras do not work so they come back and rob the same lot over and over. Great security regal!

Great theater! As soon as you walk in, youre greeted by friendly associates. There is an awesome upstairs bar. The lines at the concessions were moving quickly and efficiently. When you purchase fountain drinks, there are two rooms on both sides of the concessions where youre able to fill your drink. Overall, I loved it and will definitely be returning soon.

This theater is at a great location and is a great theater all around. Oh, actually the pizza is our favorite with a glass of wine before we go into the movie. The bartenders are fantastic and are some of our favorite bartenders around town. The recliners in the theaters are nice and if youre sitting in a bench, you can lift the arm and hold hands with your wife while you watch a movie. Earn points on the app and get free popcorn.

We visit the theater many times a month. As we are members of Regal. I have never had a complaint nor have I felt the need to leave a review by tonight Adam at the snack bar was very pleasant. Ask how our night was and was interested in what we decided to see. Very friendly!! Thank you Adam!

Nice place to watch a movie. Little pricer than others movie theaters. It has nice seats and they do recline. They offer meals by the bar area and gelato. Also the seats we sat at are connected. We were able to sit in a pod like recliners.

Its great being able to go back to the movies!

This is the second movie Ive seen since the reopening and both times the theater was as hot as a sauna! Do not go to theaters 8 and 9 as supposedly the air is working in the other numbers.

Excellent service at the snack bar and they offer free soda refills for your visit when you purchase a drink. The Coke 100 option drink machines are near the theater so it is quick and easy. The popcorn was not as warm as I like it but they were busy.

Sad replacement for the Santikos. Won’t be back unless you cleanup and celebrate freedom.

Love this theater. Reclining seats plus the swiveling table for your snacks. The only part that confused me was not knowing where the drink station was at first. First time here and unfortunately the last since I am relocating. Great value and great environment.

Overall experience was very pleasant. Haven’t been to a walk-in theater in 20 years (prefer drive-ins or big screen TVs at home - beer is cheaper). It amazed me how much more customer friendly theaters are - seats, leg room, etc!!! The star rating would have been much higher except.....If I am attending a new venue or a venue I am no longer familiar with I pull up the rules and regulations just so that I’m not surprised if there are searches or rules on the size of purse/bag etc. I was very much comforted by the following rule listed on their web page“Protecting the safety of our clientele and cast members is always top priority at Regal Entertainment Group. Therefore, REG does not allow admission to our locations for guests of any age wearing a mask, face paint or face-obscuring hood; or possessing weapons, props or fake weapons.”After everything that has happened it was quite nice to know that Regal was taking such a proactive step!!! UNFORTUNATELY I walked in behind someone (gender unknown) wearing a full face dark visor and a long obscuring cloak!!!!!!! I’m assuming he/she was dressing as some character for the movie it was about to watch. “It” was not stopped or made to remove the visor! IF YOU MAKE A RULE ENFORCE IT. I have a feeling you would not been so dismissive if I walked in carrying a cooler full of beer!!!!!

Great theater. Its clean, and seats are comfortable. Employees didnt seem like they wanted to be there, however, Im sure its hit or miss depending on the day. Overall, good experience and will be back.

This theater is one of my favorites over the years. Always clean, great screens and sound. Lines aren’t ever bad even on premiere nights.

Great experience and friendly staff as per usual. I wish people would not argue with the bartender when he asks for you id. Its Regals policy at all 600 theaters that everyone trying to buy alcohol be carded. Get over it, the employee is just doing his job. Yes Im sure it was obvious that you were at least 60, to the bartender and everyone else, but observation is not the protocol the employee(s) are required to follow .

Place looks nice and clean inside. Pretty similar to the way it looked when Santikos owned the building. The theater seats have been upgraded and the screens are a bit bigger. Always a plus. Also as far as I can tell no one has died in the parking lot in quite some time so thats a plus. . I didnt see any security car so Im not sure if they still have car break-in problems. I had just watched a Marvel movie so needless to say I was ready for action in case something popped off.. But no need for my assistance today. B+

Visited here with my older son to watch sonic movie. Loves the seats that reclined and was clean and cool and loved spending time with him alone and out of the house

Seats are nice, but the food was not good. I had a soft pretzel which was anything but: it was leathery and nearly burnt. The popcorn was adequate, but thats about the extent of it. And, of course, being a movie theater, this just adequate food is very expensive; it isnt at all worth the price charged for it. Sound was a bit loud; the film was better than the previews, but turn it down just a bit.Also, thirty minutes of previews? Really? That may be set by the film companies and not the theater, but when a film is advertised as starting at a time, I expect it starts then, not half an hour later.

I come here a lot with my family! Sometimes the cleanliness is a little questionable but it is leaps and bounds more clean than other movie theatres in our area.I think the employees do need to be treated better though.It seems like they have been through a lot.But all in all,its fun seeing movies here.

My best friend, her Mother, and I visited Lone Star 19 Regal @ Tomball today (9/1 @3pm CST) to see a movie in theater 17. First off, I will say the seating was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The lines for refreshment was quick. Sadly, that is where the happiness ended for me.As an audio engineer, I pick up on the littlest thing when something is not right. First off, the left speaker behind the screen has a slight static sound, and this tells me driver is bad or blown. There was also a consistent hum sound coming from the left side of the screen too.Lastly the popcorn. It was cold, hard, and stale. I would think for a snack that cost ten times more than the grocery store, it would at least be twice as good as what I can buy elsewhere.I really wanted to give Regal another chance, but at this time, I think bring out the old DVD player would give me a better experience.

One of my favorite theaters. Not only do I love the comfy reclining seats but also love how its never packed. Its pretty clean, including the restrooms, not like other theaters.

Its a decent movie theater. Their rewards system & customer service call center leaves much to be desired though. Employees at the actual theater are pretty nice and helpful if its not super packed.Though, when we went to see the joker movie, the theater was trashed, no one bothered to clean it. Same thing with the bathrooms. This was around 10:30 at night, though, so I guess they just gave up and decided goofing off around the ticket booth was a better idea.

I liked it better as Silverado 19. My wallet fell out of my front pocket during The Joker showing because H&M dont know how to design mens pants with back pockets. My wallet was picked up and not returned buy a lowlife degenerate. Went and notified the staff as soon as I noticed my wallet was missing gave them my phone number they promised updates but never delivered.

A nice place to come to. Theatres are clean and comfortable to be in. Sometimes it gets a little too cold in them. Prices are good compared to other theatres.

Seating is comfy, relaxed. The popcorn and snacks filled the theater with that MOVIE THEATER POPCORN Smell. Everything was clean and inviting.

Went yesterday to catch a movie matinee with the whole family! Love the fast online process to purchase tickets, kids enjoyed their kid pack of popcorn small drink and fruit snacks. Restrooms were clean and stocked. Last month on date night we purchased a few drinks and were able to take it inside to watch our movie. This theatre is by far one of the best in town!

What once was its never to be again Im sad to say wishing Santikos would have never sold to Regal. Nevertheless Regal has taken this theater down to a lowest level finding roaches around the popcorn butter and a continuous dripping of the butter which made a overflow of oil in drip pan below, only 1 napkin dispenser had napkins left in it, and when you walk past the ice machine it just started flowing ice which of course landing on the floor making it messy,damp and unsafe, paper towel dispensers empty in the men and womens bathrooms, mens bathroom is not taken care of properly dirty. I realize they have to make their money but the prices that you pay to see the movie and at the concession stand the extra amount its not worth the trip anymore to the movies of course the movies arent what they used to be either.

Early movie ticket reasonably priced. I do have to say that their concession area with the drinks smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks! The stench is unreal. It shouldn’t be that smelly and dirty at 11am! Makes you wonder how well soda machines are cleaned and maintained and how clean the food area is.

Be sure to reserve online. Some theaters are small.The seating is spacious and the theaters are generally quite clean. Picture and sound quality is great. Pleasant lobby, bar, ice cream vendor. Fancy self-serve beverage machines. Some meal (ish) options in addition to the requisite theater fare.

Super nice!! Every seat power reclines and has a table for snacks/food. Drink stations are right outside the theater doors so its easy to get refills.

Always clean (as best as they can), never had a problem with the staff they are always helpful. They loose a star for all the commercials, come on Regal we paid for this dont make me watch 30 minutes after the movie start time. (And I dont mean the trailers).

Comfortable seats. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Relatively clean restrooms. This is a favorite place to watch a movie. Theres even a bar and ice cream shop as well as a video arcade.

I really liked this theater. Its nice and clean with reclining seats. I especially like that you buy your drink at concessions but the area you fill them and refill them is in the hall with the theaters. Yes, its self serve but its quick if youre grabbing refill.

Neat place but could not find the salt for popcorn and a little discombobulated for a first timer. Was in a standard theater and the sound was well above average compared to the other big names we normally go to.

I went to this theater for a Mothers Day outing with my son. It was the greatest time. Staff was friendly and helpful and the seats are awesome. It is very clean and has a lot of things you can do. The food was good also. Cant wait to go back, definitely worth the hour drive.

We visit pretty frequent with the whole family. Quality has gradually decreased since regal took over. Family restroom are very neglected the one by the theaters 1-8 changing table is so dangerous, i have brought it to the managers attention for the past yr probably every visit and seems like its not in their priorities.i love the seats and my kids enjoy it that is why we continue to go but every visit its worse than other as quality goes

A wonderful place to go to see a movie. I got Cinnamon pretzels bites and I love it. The atmosphere was nice. Amazing service.

This place is huge and really well kept. They have the normal concession stand, a gelato bar, and a small restaurant inside. I really like this place but Im still confused over the photo booth not giving me my photos.

It is very convenient and the seats are comfortable. I did get the pleasure of sitting next to the loud guy that had to laugh harder than anyone else and tell his date why it was so funny. Those guys are awesome! About as awesome as getting your teeth kicked in. Oh well, movie was still good. We enjoyed the theater as always.

Great theater! When you walk in the first thought is wow! Full bar is located upstairs, large gameroom, photo booths and more. Entire theater was very clean including bathrooms, concession area and the theater room. Nice reclining chairs in theater with an individual small tabletop attached. We had a great time and will definitely be returning!

We usually love coming here but our movie was at 4:10 today and while sitting here eating our food at the food court, we were stuck listening to the bar tender shouting and cussing up a storm to the customer about the Pentagon and the government. F this and f that. Wasnt impressed to say the least. Have to remember to eat before coming the next time we bring the kids for a Sunday matinee.

This place is great. Helpful staff and clean theaters. Tonight was the exception. Staff goofing off spraying cleaner about the room and being obnoxious. Theater was clean as usual, but the seat would not recline. Petty I know, but its part of the experience. Ill go again next week and be able to give them a better rating.

Movies are good there. Food and drinks can be a little pricey but thats any movie theater these days. Honestly enjoyed it better as a santikos theater but its clean and easy to get to.

Regal is amazing, especially compared to the old Silverado it used to be. Ive been going to this theater forever and will continue to do so. The seating is absolutely the best in town, the floors are never sticky, and the quality of every single movie is just so freaking good!

Clean, well spaced was a great time

In my most recent visit to this theater I was quite disappointed. The urinals either didn’t auto flush or people had not cleaned the restroom in a while. When we got to our reserved seats there was a obviously eaten popcorn and old drink in the cup holder. I set them on the floor just in case someone was trying to sneak in and no one came back so they were obviously left from a previous showing. On the upside this location does serve Starbucks inside so this was a nice option to the traditional coke and popcorn (especially with it being cold).

We no longer live anywhere near this theater, but we only view movies from Regal. From the concession stand to the seats, this movie theater is a little above average. Most if their screens have reclining chairs and wide enough you arent sitting in your neighbors lap

Great clean place. Large comfortable reclining seats. However very expensive and the concessions are way overpriced.

Been coming here since before it wasRegal (used to be Silverado 19) and have never had an issue. Their gelato is pretty good and I love how they added a bar and gourmet food station. If you want a coffee you can order it from the gelato station too. Their regular popcorn station has a more options on the menu too. Chairs are comfy and they clean up the auditoriums really well.

This is my go-to movie theater. I love the reserved power recliner seats! Generally pretty clean in the theater, could do better in the restrooms and soda fountain areas. Sound and video quality is pretty good, sometimes the audio is not calibrated or functioning just right, depends on the screen you get, but its generally decent.

Best place to watch Avengers Endgame. The food is delicious. Flaming hot cheetos with flaming hot popcorn, hot dogs and nachos are the way to go. Seating is reserved which is nice for those who tend to get there just before showtime. The reclining seats are just the cherry on top to these magnificent theatrical experience. The Texan accent decor makes you feel like youre home.

Beautiful theater, reclining seats, bottomless self serve drinks, friendly staff, and reserved seating. The only knock on it is the overpriced concessions, but what else is new in theaters these days?

This is my first option when it comes to selecting where I will watch a film.(Been going since it was Santikos) They have the best drink machines with the most options; I always get the flavored water. Theres Starbucks, Gelato and a bar for those that want alcohol. The popcorn is always fresh too.The theatres are clean. Theres an arcade!!! Become a Regal crown member for free, rack up points. Theres always a good selection of films to see. See films in IMAX.I love this place and highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed the movie but the pop corn didnt seem as fresh when I went to get my refill on my large popcorn

This place was way better when Santikos still owned it. The quality of the employees and service has gone way down. Every recent movie Ive seen, they either dont do a proper sound check (volume too loud or too quiet), or the lights arent properly managed (lights left on in projector room, overhead lights turn on during the movie, ect.). When I complain about these problems the employees dont seem to care. I go to Cinemark at Market Street now.

When this place was owned by Santikos it was far better. Now it is incredibly dirty and the chairs don’t even work. There are never even enough people working. It’s just ridiculous. Not to mention, now the popcorn is $9.00. If you are going to charge those prices it should at least be clean!

Luv this movie theater !! I never leave disappointed. Sound quality is outstanding. Recliner chairs are the cherry on top. Very Clean environment. Satisfied customer.

Obviously the theater and lobby are always great. But the bathrooms are ALWAYS disgusting... everytime I come here (cause Im usually with my kids and they always have to go, and its always gross). I try not to use the restrooms here, and actually prefer a different theater because of that, but my sister got tickets here this time... still gross.. so if you dont mind holding your bladder then you will have a nice experience!

This is our go to place for movies, close to the house. We wanted to eat and the surrounding restaurants were busy and had a longer wait than I like having a movie to catch so we decided to just grab a bite at the theater restaurant. I have to say given the price was comparable to plated items at a sit down place the food was really good. The fries and the portions were good, like steak fries. The burgers were good too! I would say real close the a Fuddruckers burger meal. And the quesadilla and chicken strips were large also.

Nice big comfortable seats that recline, personal tables. They dont serve you in the theater, but the restaurant is pretty good.

First let me say that I love this movie theater but it seems to be going down hill. I went to the 1025 showing of Harley Quinn. We walked in theater nine at 1020 and it was trashed. They did not clean the theater from the previous showing. We had to move cups and popcorn bags from our seats and then wipe them down. The seats had candy and popcorn crumbs on them. But I sat down and thought well maybe they will come in a bit and clean up but it was never cleaned. I tried looking for someone but could not find any orher staff besiades ones behind the concession stand.

Hard to rate the movie house on the movies we choose, but the place is clean and I love the new seats

I love this theater. I’ve been coming here since it was first built and owned by Santikos. The theaters are very clean and comfortable. The customer service ranges from good to bad, but it never poses too much of a problem. Not enough to drop a 5 star review at least. The IMAX theater is still incredible to me. The sound/picture quality is well worth the extra cash. But you’ll be sure to have a good experience here. (Although I will day I’m still bummed they took out Dance Dance Revolution out of the arcade, in fact the whole arcade kind of bums me out nowadays, it’s not the same as before) all in all, I’d give it a 9/10.

It is a nice theater. The seats recline and have little swivel tables on them for food and drink. The food selection was ok but they dont bring to you. You order and wait for it or they give you a buzzer to come get the food when its ready. The popcorn was good. The drinks and butter are a ways away from the concession. Restrooms were nice and clean

Manager didnt let our daughter in because she wasnt old enough, even though both parents were there (anyone under 18 not allowed UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY A GUARDIAN OR ADULT). Absolutely ridiculous. Coming from an ACTUAL manager the situation couldve been handled much better.

I like this place because there are tables attached to your seats and the seats recline too... not 100% comfortable but if it was too comfy you might fall asleep and miss the movie! I loved the popcorn!!! It was FRESH... not stale like some places

By far the best theater I’ve been too! Please keep it up y’all there are too many theaters doing very poor jobs at serving the customers. Y’all are amazing! Beautiful place! I’ve been to 30+ different theaters over the years and non have compared well against y’all’s.

Clean movie theater. People are friendly. Plenty of movies to pick from. Bar and restaurant available along with normal concession stand items. Seat recline and have tray for food. No problems and tickets are on par with normal prices. Will be back soon.
