I would suggest finding new ownership to the skating rink because whoever runs it does not put money back in the business whoever it owns it is living good It has been the same for 30 years the food is the same so are the skates from 50 years ago. And when u skate the bearings stick and it felt like i was going to fall. The only thing I notice that is new is a pop machine in the game room. I would also suggest if you have kids make sure they are supervised make them dress cool send them with extra money because they charge for a cup of ice or water. They do have a water faucet to drink out of. It was to hot literally was drip sweating they had no cross breeze with about 3 fans running which did not to the trick my grandson has a headache and drowsiness probably from getting heat exhaustion

Too many fights. Used to be a very nice place to skate and take your family. But nowadays its not even worth the price to even go I rather keep my kids homewhere its safe and I have to do with other kids that have no respect for others were or even themselves

Very friendly people, and its a nice and cozy place for a good skate on open skate days. Definitely a good place for teens to hang out and for kids to have fun skating. Would definitely recommend going here.

Needs air conditioning but get staff

I come just about every Saturday with my kid and we usually have a blast, BUT everyone is clicked up including the staff. Most of the staff/guards are too busy skating with their friends/boyfriends/girlfriends to pay attention to whats happening on the skating floor. A guard even cussed at one of the kids! And they play the same music all the time... they also need to upgrade the facility...dirty carpet, the place smells like feet and they need air conditioning.

I would of gave it 5 stars but the guards go to fast and cut u off

Love this place for birthday parties, but just a normal night of skating is a bit expensive.

This was a great place for my daughters 7th Birthday. The staff was friendly and her table was ready before I got there. The Skates are pretty old so I recommend bringing your own

Needs to have less ONLY skate times during birthday parties and etc. Especially when the partys age doesnt correlate to the ONLY genres. Every other song it seemed excluded some of the kids in the party and thats the only reason youre there(to skate).

It was o.k. a lot of bullying going on and nobody doing anything about it !

I was injured and the staff was exceptionally supportive and professional assisting me and my family until Toledo Fire and Rescue arrived.

They have classes Saturday mornings we attend. You can stay for the all-skate afterwards for no extra charge. Food and drink reasonably priced. Plenty of seating. Skating rink is well maintained.

This is the most ridiculous place to go. It is targeted towards teens however the rules are .... No jackets not even like a jogging suit jacket, nothing with a hood, no hair wraps, NO SOLID COLORED SHIRTS... And the list goes on. I took my little cousin here from Michigan. We drove 45 minutes and she got kicked out because she had a addidas outfit on. Just some pants and the top that came with it. I thought the rules were a joke. I will never NEVER EVER suggest coming here.

We go for monthly school skating parties. I also scheduled my daughters birthday party here. Its clean, the employees are friendly and helpful.

Horrible skating place. The floors are slippery and its very hot .they need to get better floors .very dirty mean people

If I could give a half star I would. I drove all the way from Cleveland area over a hour away. If you call or go in their webpage they say 7-11 but they don’t say they’ll run out of space and skates. I got there at 9:20 and the got turned away. They said they were full. But I watch 5 people leave while I tried to call. I have my one skates.

Ohio skate is always a good time. I saw in a previous post that someone complained about them only playing rap music and thats definitely not true. When you look at their schedule online for open skate times it specifically states what kind of music will be played for that open skate time. They have r and b; top 40 songs; rap and others that play. There are special nights just meant for teens for adults and even kids events. The snack bar is decently priced. We go to most of the school skate nights and my husband and I have gone for adult night.

They rent you skates that should be in the garbage and tell you about the no refund policy. The whole shoes was detached from the skate the other skate the insole was not right. It’s a RUDE, BAD MANNERED, NASTY, HORRIBLE RINK, starting with the girl at the window, the unhappy BM rent-a-cop at the door, the referees on the floor, to the offensive and vile music they play. Spend your time and money anywhere but there.Didn’t like having to give this place one star for a rating.

Place is huge, has great area for parties, but its dirty. Has a funk smell. Went for a birthday party during the day, so I cant comment on crowds.

The music here is NOTHING but rap.... ahhhhhh... I used to go here as a kid, and it played all different kinds of music. I dont care to much about their dress code either. There were guys that looked like they were 40 years old staring at girls that looked like 13-14 years old dressed sleazy because their parents didnt care that they get knocked up in a year or so by these 40 year old men. It is so sickening to see this sort of thing for such young children. I can tell that Ohio skate wont be open much longer if they continue to allow this type of behavior because it just seems to continue to get run down by these children craving attention. This was not a fun time!! Also there was a little boy who had tickets and so I went and knocked at the office and instead of coming out of the office to do anything they call someone else working who was doing something else instead of stop talking for five minutes to help this little boy, this customer service is a thumbs down my book

Every time I come to Toledo Ohio we got to go skating on Wednesdays only wish they would play some JBs because we are from Chicago and we love to Skate to JBs Music. but we understand that Ohio dont do what Chicago do so we have to get in where we fit in, and just grin and bear it and skate to Ohio music but we love the camaraderie and the atmosphere and I love to see my family come out and represent your state that live here in your city too bad yall dont skate like we do LOL... JBs skaters for life CHI-TOWN ...

The security guard is awesome. My sons nice jacket was stolen on a Saturday right when we were getting ready. I notified him immediately and by the end of the evening he had found it. He was looking for it all night I am thankful for that! My son loves the staff members hes says they are all fun and even teach him one on one how to do new stuff. Great place for kids we need more places like this in Toledo for our youth. Although I will say out of all rhe days of the week Saturdays are the least fun too ma y rude people. Fighting arguments inappropriate behavior for pre teens and teens. The staff is veey busy but does the best they can to keep it safe and under control in my opinion.
