This bar is really nice and has an outdoor bar area for those who might want to take extra precautions. Lots of locals told me the food was good, and everything came out spectacular except my fish was in the frier a few seconds too long. Burgers and appetizers came out splendid though! The crowd is mild if you go early but can get popping at night too.

Always had great service, Dave and Michelle were my bartenders. Was a great place to bring my pup. I travel for work and by far one of my best stops with my pup. Not to metion awesome food!

On our recent visit we had a nice time. The band inside was rocking out. The drinks were cheap and served swiftly. There was a nice outside area with plenty of seating to hang out and enjoy the music at a reduced volume. The facility is a bit rough around the edges, but what is not to like about a place like this?

I have been multiple times(over 50times in 10years) - but since I am not a regular to Gold Lion they rarely recognize me.Never had any food there so I can not comment on it. I am not much of a beer drinker, and that probably is a good thing because the choices are minimal. I mainly drink mixed drinks or shots. The bartenders are not mixologists but do an okay job.The bartenders do fail at a good pour if they dont recognize you or your friends. They seem to compensate the regular crowd with your paid for alcohol. The bartenders have been rude and slow for service more to me than happy and eager to serve. I dont tip them well to even at all anymore because it doesnt affect the treatment of their customer.(I regularly tip waitresses, waiters, bartenders, mixologists, and cab 54 drivers starting at a standard of 25% for basic service. Bartenders loss.)One thing that bothers me is why isnt karaoke done inside?

The food is exceptionally well made by their resident cook Andre. Stopped in while in Florida on the advice of a friend who frequents the place. Mentioned they have a new cook named Andre who runs circles around the old cook. I am pleasantly surprised this place has a cook of his caliber. Small town with great cook. Well mixed drinks bartender very knowledgeable and can keep a conversation and still handle the volume. Thank you guys for renewing my faith in small town bar and grills. I will be back next time not alone.

Love the outside bar area of The Gold Lion. Becoming a regular! They have four big TVs that the bartender is always nice about changing if you wanna watch a different game or hell even the news (witnessed this with another customer)! I can be bit difficult when it comes to bars, Ill even bring my own beer sleeve or even my own Pepsi if Im drinking mixed drinks. The girls even keep my can on ice between drinks! Plus they have an awesome jukebox that lots of people play all kinds of music on. Love the atmosphere and would recommend to the locals.

If you dont like the bar and you feel like the bar dont like you, because your straight, gay, lesbian or bisexual, then go to one of the other many bars or clubs out there, go to Orlando, go to some place else for crying out loud! Its not the only bar in the world. Its your choice and its your choice where you want to spend your currency,...lol!

Good people good music good employees and good drinks good place to play pool,corn hole and darts.they have kariokee once a week on weekends they open the other side of the bar that has a live D.J a bartender in that side of that bar where you dont have to walk either outside or to the complete opposite side of thebar to get a drink. Will always visit we when wanting to go out and having a drink.. I advise to every one to go down and have a drink and play a game . gain a new friend bc the bartenders are amazing especially one they call SISSY ! SHE IS WONDERFUL BEST BARTENDER I HABE EVER ENCOUNTERED!

Golden Lion Bar and Deli in Titusville, Florida was an interesting place to grab a drink. The service was friendly but the beer choices were slim. If you wanted an mixed drink or shot then you have more options. The dj playing was ok. Seemed like everyone enjoyed being on the patio area playing Cornhole

Its an okay bar decent prices atmosphere is okay and have a nice outside bar.have to watch for police a lot of police hang out the old Kmart parking lot so make sure you dont drink too much

Gold Lion Bar and Deli - Titusville - 4 Stars (very limited circumstances)The beauty of providing this great service to my followers is in certain extenuating circumstances I can be wowed by a restaurant/bar so much that I end up throwing the usual criteria out the window and deliver a fun experience.I am a Brevard County native. I mention this because for years, Titusville was the orphan of the county, while South Brevard sucked up all the population and tax base. However, in 1995, I worked for six months of my life in Titusville. During those six months, I found several very good dining establishments - places that just did not exist in South Brevard at the time. After re-working how I chose restaurants, my first two reviews were La Cita Country Club and the Gold Lion. When I announced I was heading to the Gold Lion, several T-ville local friends warned me not to go. However, the Big Boy can handle himself, so I was not worried about what I might walk into.Upon entering the bar, I was greeted by a musician with a keyboard playing Elton John cover tunes. That made me think, Come on! How tough could this place be? As I looked around at the other patrons I noticed an eclectic mix of humanity all enjoying themselves. The bartender Jacob, despite having a packed bar, acknowledged me and took my drink order. He told me this was taco special night - $1 for two beef tacos. I was like, Really? Okay, what a great loss leader, figuring they are giving away tacos to keep people drinking and make their money on the alcohol. So I ordered two tacos and a scotch rocks. The drink came with over 2 ounces of booze. I immediately thought Oh boy, here is a $7.00 drink for sure. My tacos arrived and I have to admit, they were no great shakes, but they were 10 times better than Taco Bell and one step above the taco kits at the grocery store. I ate one taco and finished my drink. I asked Jacob for the total, to which he replied two tacos and one drink......$3.50. I couldnt believe it and asked him to repeat the total. He responded again with $3.50. I gave a hearty laugh and left $10.00.I am not sure how they can stay open at these prices, but you can’t go wrong at that price point as a customer. At this rate, Big Boy says find out when taco night is, and give Gold Lion a try!

Great karoake.Thursday nights..

Worst dive in Titusville. Manager walks around complaining out loud that the music is too dam loud!! yet is too dumb to have karaoke inside. They have plenty of space to host karaoke INSIDE so neighbors dont complain about music but they have karaoke outside and turn down the microphones so singers have to strain their voices and yell into the mic.DJ has no choice but to keep turning music and mic down as the manager is bitching the entire time.Everyone smokes here. And I mean everyone; including the manager. So if you want to come here for karaoke, you have to inhale all of the toxic smoke, OUTSIDE. They should have karaoke inside for two good reasons:(1) Karaoke singers dont want to be told to be quite all night long, so if they sing inside, there is no problem (2) Singers who do not smoke can stay inside and sing and avoid the cancer clouds outside.By the way, the bathrooms are disgusting and full of cigarette smoke because the lazy smokers who play pool inside, go into the bathrooms to smoke instead of walking 3 more feet to smoke outside. Place is full of Meth heads. Hated it. Will never go there again. Titusville is in DESPERATE need of a good quality bar that hosts decent karaoke.

Me and my wife are down on vacation through the military the place that is not military friendly at all. The bartender was extremely rude when asked to see ID which is 100% authentic drivers license and gave my wife a bad time because she needed a parent with her when she was of age and I told the bartender that she was my wife and she said she still needs her parent . Really??!!
