Took my kids here today. They had a blast. It wasnt to busy so they got to play on all the games with no waiting. I havent been here in years so to my delight they now have unlimited games and rides. It was very clean and the staffing was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Brought my son out for some Sunday afternoon fun just to be turn away for capacity, right after a family of four departed. Found that strange. The card machines don’t work and I was told that they didn’t offer the same specials displayed on the card machine. What??!! Ok, then when we said the card machine wasn’t working we were ignored. You guys have a handful of snotty young girls working here that has no sense of customers service. They’re not wiping off machines but they’re checking foreheads? New staff and management needed immediately!!

The service here is very poor every customer that has come in always wait for an employee to come out from the back there is not even a lot of customers here today and the service is still slow for some reason not coming here ever again

This past Saturday I went with my sister and niece to the Tinley Park location. We were assured of everyone wearing masks, using hand sanitizer and a limit of 50 people inside. Well, they had a birthday party inside from the morning, and not one of them had a mask on! They were not eating and all of the children were playing the games and running around without masks! When we complained, we were told that they were leaving. They didn’t leave! These were not children with medical conditions. The parents were inconsiderate. This place does not enforce their own safety rules! We spoke loudly to my niece saying to stay away from the people without masks, and then a couple of adults put masks on. However, not one of the children were told to put one on. Not going back!!! Not safe!!!!

It’s a good store With A 2 Stage which I like but it still needs some things needs to get fixed When I Went Here Last Time But I do love the animatronics And Like the Games And It Will Be Better To Stay Tinely Park The Same As It Always This as the 2 stage But Needs To Get Fix i Give This a 6/10

I had a pretty nice time. The place was pretty clean and I didn’t see any outrageous behavior. My nephew really enjoyed himself. We went on a Saturday night, and it was CRAMMED with people. So keep that in mind if you want to avoid huge crowds. Try a weekday sometime in the afternoon.

Staff and Management very unprofessional and uniformed. Staff entering place of business without mask is unacceptable. No pride in appearance and disrespectful when questioned about information not given to us before booking grandsons birthday party.

My kid loves it and its great that she can always do the all you can play and earn a ton of tickets for her, but can we do something about the fact that the ticket counters are NEVER working, and when they are they are crowded with teens who have to feed 5 thousand tickets in. Like what happened to weighing the tickets? That was so much faster. There were a ton of people working and it still wasnt enough.

Was a bit disappointed when we order a pizza with a few toppings only to find out they were all out of toppings we ordered, but the manager and employee on duty were nice and helpful when certain games didnt operate properly.

We came here early on a Sunday morning as soon as they opened. It wasnt busy at all and we had pretty much free reign of the place all the rides and games. I really do like the card you can purchase that is based on time so you get a certain number of minutes until the card runs out. Its a pretty good deal and we had a lot of fun with it.

5 stars. Safe, secure, clean, great staff, lots of games. We paid for a birthday party. Everything went well. I recommend coming here. Lastly lots of food! Chuck E Cheese danced with the kids. Good time.

I been going to this Chuck E Cheese since I was a kid now Im taking my daughter here the play card is such a great deal she absolutely loved it here.

Who doesn’t love Chuck E. Cheese right if you’re like 12 and under you want to go to Chuck E. Cheese and play some quick games and eat some good pizza, but this location has its downfalls living close to it I would be going more but not when it’s crowded. Had my 4yr. Old party here and it was so overwhelming how crowded it got. I think they should have security now and not allow so many in for a party. People just taking up space. Female employees are rude and just stare. Manager is too nice he should tell his staff to wake up and smile!!

This place made my grandsons 6th bday great! The hour game special was just enough play time before pizza. I got an online coupon so the food was reasonable. We got there early and had no wait. The staff was helpful, friendly & patient! The place & bathroom was very clean.

Not the first time we’ve been to this Chuck E. Cheese location and we always have a great time. Staff is really nice, games keep getting better and the kids absolutely love it. They’re pretty busy on the weekends and the staff is swamped but they’re still very patient and very kind! Highly recommended.

Lacked organization in order placing leading to more than two mistakes made by staff placing my orders. Pizza was okay, hotwings were too chilled to be good. There were a few friendly staff who help to improve this experience.

I had my daughter birthday party there 12/21/2019 at 5:30-7:30 and nothing was set or ready when I got there.....close to ending of party helper started throwing food..ect stuff away while we were trying to move everything to the little booths..most of the fun machine were broke and not giving out tokens my kids love this place I love having somewhere for my kids but please be prepared because kids dont understand your running behind

I have two grandsons, one is 2 and one is 8 and I dont know which one has more fun! The staff is wonderful and very friendly and believe it or not, the pizza is pretty decent, the boys love it. TONS of games for both age groups and a very safe atmosphere.

Now lets take into consideration that this place will be pack with 3,4,5yrs old children on a Saturday at 5pm. Staff was horrible no sense of urgency to help anyone out with any issues. From my observations..

Very clean and friendly staff! Purchasing time on the play pass is the best option to save money on games. Make sure to download phone coupons to save ~$5, including meals and play time(website). Visited around 2pm Friday, all games available. Kids loved it, used smaller games and still earned 360+ tickets enough for a few small prizes.

The environment and games are good, but they dont clean the why they should. I know kids, families are there all day. Although that shouldnt stop them from doing a though cleaning.

My grandkids have a blast when we go there and the employees are very nice,even on a crowded Saturday....hope it stays nice and doesnt go down like the one in Oak Lawn did.....

Bad bad bad! Lol crowded on the weekend. No seats, tables.. dirty. I honestly felt bad for the employees tolerating that day. It starting to look a bit ghetto coming far away to have a good time, i had to take my money else where than this place. Im disappointed in how would they still allow people to come in knowing theres no space to walk. I wish there was ordinance or structure with seating or something.

Went for a birthday party. It was ok. Only complaint is we ordered hot wings separate from the party and it took about 45 min for them to come out. The kids had fun, no complaints in that area.

Just had my sons 5th birthday at the Tinley Park location. Dominique was the one who helped us with our party and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind and on top of everything and so friendly. She made the whole experience wonderful. Thank you Chucky Cheese and staff we will definitely be back!!

I was very happy with our experience. All the employees were very nice and helpful even through the computer issues they were having. I would definitely go again.

One word: Sticky. My family and I were shocked by how sticky everything was, and they didnt clean the dining tables well. Staff was at least friendly, hence the two stars, but a lot of the games werent working. Also, only one of the ticket counting machines was working out of ten. They cant count them at the prize counter so we had to wait in line. They used to do that FOR you. So essentially you have to pay to do THEIR job. My kids had fun though so I suppose thats what really counts. Pizza was actually much better than we expected, so that was a plus.

Its where a kid can be a kid. But it also brings the kid out of an adult. It is a very fun and entertaining establishment. The only thing I dont like are the small prizes they have. You need to win too many tickets just to get a decent prize. All the kids want are the big prizes at the top, which they dont have enough tickets for. Then the child starts acting up. Chuck E Cheese needs to partner with the dollar store so that kids who dont have a lot of money to spend can walk away happy.

The best the best party we have ever hosted at this location. Shyana made this an amazing experience. She was attentive, engaged, and made sure our needs were met. I would visit these location again just because of her customer service. Dana the manager on shift also resolved an issue we had which added to our great experience. Keep up the great work!!

I have not been there in over 15 years. The children had fun. The food I ordered was terrible the kids meal chicken nuggets and fries were aweful. Back in the day their food use to be good. Next time I will eat some where else.

This place is ran terrible!! The management is the problem. Some dark skinned chick in a grey shirt and short hair is the reason for this review and wont be back. This place is absolutely filthy! Have not cleaned the drink station in days or weeks! plus the manger Im talking about decide to let all the young kids work while she is on the phone and picking them nails. Hate to give these types of reviews. Not a fan of getting dirty poorly ran place. Dont go here. Its a jungle in the workers. Ewww

Kids love it. Service could have been better but I blame that on the manager. Our server was busy with 2 parties and no one was helping her.

I like the wristband with the card to play games. All the games and rides worked. It was clean in there. I was super impressed, I would recommend this over Dave and busters where literally nothing works.

It has changed so much. There is a card system where kids can either buy time or tokens. Kids enjoy but they need to sanitize.

Not a bad spot to bring the kids for lunch or dinner. Kids really seem to enjoy it and I remember going as a kid. Place is clean enough for kids running around crazy while you eat. Pizza is actually good but mostly because of how buttery cheesy and salty it is.

Several machines or games were not working. There were 4 machines to count tickets. Only 2 were working. I told an employee and after long lines for over 30 minutes they got one of the remaining two working. When you go to a childrens entertainment place and see 3 off duty police officers working as Security, that is not a good sign. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because the women who took care of the parties did a good job. I would not go there again.

Hosted my daughter KaLeahs 4th birthday here and the staff was amazing and helpful. They had everything ready and all we had to do was show up. My host was this young girl I cant remember her name but she was extremely nice, helpful and considerate. We had a blast

Busy and crowded. Weve been there twice and i was full. Hard to find a clean table. Seems like kids have good time there though. We did not eat anything but I saw most people enjoyed some pizza. Plenty of game choices for all ages.

Extremely understaffed. Only one cashier and one person working prize counter. They should really consider different prizes. Kids dont necessarily want everything to have the chuck e cheese on it.

This weekend I had the excitement of celebrating my sons third birthday unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the place. First of all, the area was setup for the five kids that were at my sons party not putting into consideration the number of adults that would also be present at the party. Second, they were out of the helium balloons, and I was supposed to get nine with the package I purchased. I was not informed or get an email to inform me that there are no balloons; if so, I would’ve picked up some myself. Third of the all and most important, where is the show?! McDonalds offers the same thing for a birthday party for a cheaper rate and even they provide some kind of a character or the associates create a team to come out for the kids. The whole point of me having the party there for the show. It is in the title on your website under Kids Birthday Parties. They advertise Birthday Games & Entertainment, but where is the entertainment?? IF the case is that it isnt offered anymore or not a part of the experience, then it should have been brought up before the party or shouldve mentioned it on the website. The show is iconic for those who grew up with Chuck E. Cheese to the point that it apparently made news when looked up. Yet it wasnt explained that there wouldnt be a show? They only had Chuckee come out, waved at the kids, took some picture and that was IT. I was very disappointed. I gave one star because the server was super nice and the pizza was good. Other services at the place was horrible and over priced based on what we received. It took forever to cash our tickets and someone to service us at the counter to exchange the tickets. They also had a broken cotton candy machine. In fact, maybe not broken, but the staff were lazy to use it because it had the ingredients on the side of the counter. We could have came on our own for a less expensive price and gotten the same experience we did as booking a birthday party. There wasnt much of a party that was offered other than a seating area, a surprise guest, and a shared gaming experience with the public.
