Great place to hang out with friends and family. Everywhere has shops but I highly recommend the Regal Theater, prices are high but enjoyable movies. Do not pick the medium soda or popcorn. Its a scam to make the items seem bigger.

Great local theater. The times I’ve been here, trying to find a parking spot is the most challenging thing. So this leads to the absolutely best part: reserving your seats in advance. You know you always have a seat (or seats together), no matter how late you’re running. And my wife always (accurately!) points out that there are a solid 20 minutes of commercials before the movie starts!

What a gorgeous theater! I had never been to an IMAX theater before. It was a great experience overall. Friendly staff. We went on opening night of Star Wars the Rise of Skywalker and thought it would be be insanely chaotic. Everything went smoothly and it was a great venue.

This is a NICE theater. Pricey, but you get a comfy seat and plenty of foot space. Super clean and helpful staff! Great quality screens and fancy lobby. Id say its worth the price, especially if youre going to see a movie youve been looking forward to!

Good movie rotation and time slots. Comfortable seats. Clean. Restrooms maintained well. Many food options. Assigned seating is convenient. Theatre temp is very comfortable. Stelarted playing commercials which is extremely disappointing as well as annoying. We do not watch them at home and now I am paying to sit an extra few minutes of commercials. Starting to rethink staying home

The theater is nice and the seating is comfortable. We sat in the center if the front row of the upper section and it was a nice unobstructed view with plenty of leg room.Regarding this being an IMAX theater, maybe the projector and sound are IMAX; but, the screen was regular movie size. This was fine for us as we were there to see Apollo 11 - which is IMAX only and we just wanted to see the film. If we were going to see a movie that was in both formats and wanted to go to see the IMAX version to get a super-sized experience, I dont think we would get that here.

It wasnt a great experience for my two daughters first in theater experience. It wasnt horrible or anything just, not great. The theater itself was fine, it was clean and the seats were comfortable. Even the bathrooms were surprisingly clean. The not so great? Long, slow lines at the concession stand which we dealt with, not that big a deal. However, the thing that bothered us the most was the sound. It was absolutely atrocious. The volume was incredibly loud and the sound was heavily localized to the front left of the screen. It definitely did not sound like all the speakers were working and those that were working were either damaged or couldnt handle the power being sent to them. It was so bad that during the songs (Frozen II) we couldnt understand what they were saying at all. About 2/3 of the way through the movie the sound cut out for several seconds and came back. It did sound better after that but still sounded like 80% of the sound was coming from the front left. We were sitting dead center so it wasnt our seating position. One of my daughters ended up wearing the hood of her jacket to dampen the near painful sounds. The kids still had fun so all was not lost but I was rather irritated.

I love this movie theater. I’ve been coming here since it was built. Sadly today I meet Nancy, possibly one of the managers. She was rude. Harsh tone. Rushed us when there was absolutely no one behind us. Odd, very odd lady to have working with customers. Still love the place and will come back. Just an odd choice for manager.

I go to the theater there to see movies with my nephew. We usually meet on our motorcycles. His name is Ken and hes very cool. Most times we have some sushi at The hideaway its awesome check it out.

Nice, clean theater. Id watch more here if it was a little closer to my home, but thats not a complaint, really. I enjoy the atmosphere and restaurants in the area.

We went here to see a movie that wasnt playing in our towns regal, and weve been here multiple times before and had good experiences.This time around, it just seemed like they werent on top of anything. The self-service areas of concessions were in disarray, and the hallways were in need of cleaning (popcorn everywhere, and just generally looked dirty). The theatre itself seemed in good shape, luckily, but both my wife and I commented on the the rest both before and after the movie, as the situation hadnt improved in the 2+ hours we were in the theatre. The day we went to the theatre it was not overly busy (it was well after the holiday rush), so there was no excuse for the theatre looking like it did. We havent been back yet to see if this has continued.

Very busy multiscreen theater, including IMAX, in an upscale mall. Seats not reserved. Get there early if you dont want to be sitting in the front rows! Huge selection at the snack bar including the usual popcorn and candies, frozen and hot foods, and a selection of wine and beers. On street parking available but usually full. There is a large free parking structure less than a block away. Theaters and bathrooms are clean. All are W/C accessible.

Great theater with comfortable seats and good sound system. I havent been to a theater in years and it was a nice experience for me. Concessions are a bit pricey but I guess its a sign of the times now

Nice large multiplex with 18 screens. Went during an afternoon and it wasnt busy. Seems like a fairly new venue, well decorated, large concession area. Seating was comfortable and they have IMAX theaters.

As of the date of this posting, this is the best theater around. Well at least for surrounding cities. Like the reclining seats. Quality sound. Decent food.

Just what a multiplex theater is supposed to be. Clean, including bathrooms. Good seating in good repair. Wish financing was available for the snack bar though. I wont say the prices are extortionate but ... Well, under different circumstances I would purchase more.

When entering and leaving you are met by an employee requesting you take a brief survey. My daughter made the mistake of saying okay, and I had to step in after over twenty minutes of questions. The survey asks personal information and takes an incredible amount of time. Obviously, we should have just said no to the survey, but who even wants to be confronted on the way in and out of the theater when you just want to see a movie. And, once in the theater, we could hear the other movies next door to ours playing. Not a good experience.

We love coming here with the family! Always quick and plenty parking!

My favorite thing about this place is that its an outdoor mall. You can find a movie theater, bookstore, coffee shop and an apple store all in one place!Theres not so many people that youre tripping over others AND the made a parking structure so theres always plenty of opportunities asking!

Bait and Switch,Got to the theater In plenty of time for refreshments before our 3:30 showtime. However, besides the 10 minutes of trailers they actually had us sit thru over 20 minutes of TV commercials.When at theater advertises a specific showtime they should start the show on time. I felt like a captive audience being punished or brainwashed into buying more coke or popcorn before the show started. Or penalized because of people who show up late.Not cool!The theater could at least be honest and say “soft opening, or commercials and Previews start at 3:30 actual movie time is 4:00.

My favourite regal theatre on the whole Portland metro area. We drive from almost Gresham to come to this one.

Very friendly staff. Came with my wife and it was such a unique theater. Decor looked great, very clean, and staff was very knowledgeable.

The theatre rooms have always been clean and the people working there have always been polite and professional.

Good location. Big theater that shows lots of movies at a time.They have many large, elaborate cardboard cut outs. Even some interactive ones where you get inside and take a picture to look like youre in a space ship or things like that.Because of the location and high volume of people coming through, they occasionally have optional movie trailer surveys there. I stopped by and watched a movie trailer that was in progress of being developed. I spent about 10 minutes answering questions about the trailer or the movie and got paid in a digital $5 regal gift card sent to my email.My experience with the staff there has been good. Kind staff and cleanly theater.The one downside to this regal is the seating--in my opinion. My local Regal, Regal Cinema Hilltop 9 has converted all of their seating to big leather recliners. The Bridgeport Regal still has mostly the small seats that average theaters have. Some theater rooms have a row or two of special seating with special chairs, but most seats are small. Perhaps Im just spoiled with my local Regals comfy recliners.

The movie was great but Jacob and the other workers from the concession stand was pushing us not to have the hot Cheetos popcorn because they had to make it in the back. Lazy workers.

Such a great movie (Secret Life of Pets 2) and the theater is great because its new and the seats are comfortable and there really isnt a bad seat. We got some snacks before and we tried the bread sticks and dip and they were actually really good. We will be coming back to go to another movie very soon.

On October 20th at around 4:30pm, my boyfriend and I had gone to buy tickets to a movie we’ve been super looking forward to seeing. While we normally have a great experience at this theatre, this time we were surprised when one the employees, Kylie, at the ticket booth was extremely rude. She didn’t acknowledge us when we were next in line or bother to say hello. You could tell she’s miserable at her job. After we had finished our purchase, she just stood there and stared at us without saying thank you or the usual “have a nice day!” As one normally would at their work. Not the best customer service, she clearly needs more training.Aside from this nasty encounter, we love this movie theatre!

Big theaters with an IMAX and standard Regal styling. Expensive candy, popcorn and drinks... like way more than I remember going to the movies costing years ago

A nice clean cinema. All seating is reserved/assigned so you pick your seat when you buy it. I really like this feature as it does a much better of filling the theater when you are going to a close to sold out show. Good sound and comfortable seats.

Excellent service and easy access to the shopping area around it. Theater is nicely kept and clean, the seats are comfortable without any damage.

My 70 y/o mother and myself left the theater tonight after seeing the Rise of Skywalker in IMAX 3D for the second time. My mother is extremely hard of hearing as well as being in a wheelchair. Because of her hearing she requires the closed captioning glasses as her particular type of hearing loss makes her “lose” words.Our first experience was disrupted because of equipment failure in addition to the employee not attaching the 3D filter. Apparently cleaner got trapped between the lenses which caused them not to work. We were seated in the back wheelchair seats P16 and P17 we use the elevator to get to our seats. Neither the access door to the elevator or the door into the theater have ADA power door buttons. This makes it next to impossible to visit the theater alone without asking for an employee escort. Even with an escort if she needs to leave for any reason she would have to ask a fellow patron for help getting out and back in as the upstairs area rarely has staff around. This means that when the equipment failed, I went back to the desk to replace it. Because of this I missed the first 10 minutes of the movie as the equipment rarely works during previews and you don’t know something is wrong until the movie starts. After the movie we went back to the desk and asked for replacement tickets so we could enjoy the movie together in its entirety. The manager was very apologetic and respectful. Promised to have the equipment checked out.Tonight we returned and were disappointed to again by equipment failure. The employee who gave us the glasses provided the 3D lens but failed to secure it properly so it fell off several times resulting in me scouring the floor for it mid movie. Additionally the captioning on the lenses was not the dialog actually going on. We switched glasses temporarily mid movie so I can confirm it definitely wasn’t the same dialog. Needless to say we were disappointed and decided to return to the desk after the movie hoping the this time MAYBE we could enjoy the same movie together. I elected not to leave the theater during the movie this time as at that point the damage had been done.I went to refill our popcorn while my mom went to the desk therefore I missed the first part of the conversation. I was later told by my mom that the type of failure we had “was not possible”. Since we both witnessed it I didn’t appreciate hearing that my mom was called a liar. Second the manager that was there tonight. (Caci) said she would only replace one of our tickets (my mom’s) since I chose not to leave the theater this time. Indicating she could return on her own and see the movie. I’m appalled by this treatment of a disabled customer. Regardless of my trying to help her mid movie or leaving the theater for a replacement my movie would have been disrupted. Part of enjoying a movie with family is being able to discuss it. That’s difficult when two people have seen the movie in different pieces a week apart. The insulation that my mom isn’t entitled to enjoy a movie with her family as a result of REGAL’S failure to maintain equipment they advertise as being available is false advertising at best and outright theft at worse. Worse than it happening twice was having Managment first call her a liar but then tell me that if I’d just left then they’d replace my ticket. As if all that wasn’t enough she claimed that because all the glasses had been handed out that night then obviously some of them were going to fail.Disabled or not my mother is a human being and should be treated with the same dignity and respect as other patrons. If the movie had cut out several times and every person chose not to advise management mid movie then no one would be entitled to a refund? Of course not. If the movie failed for the theater they would refund the theater. Not just the person who left and got an employee. Even if NO ONE left and they figured it out themselves they’d still refund the theater if asked.Eventually she did provide both ticket after we argued. Extremely poor customer service.

First time here for watching Jojo Rabbit

I would like to say this is a nice theater but it definitely is not. The service is slow, they all seem high. The picture on the Imax screen didnt seem like a real Imax. The sound was all distorted, just didnt seem right. Movie was good though.

This is our go to place when we go to a theater because of the stadium seating. The concessions are really expensive though so bear that in mind. We usually use the atom app to get our tickets and then you can also order your concessions ahead and then you dont have to wait in the big long line theres a specified line to the right. You just let them know that youre ready for your concessions in the app and you pick them up there. Its a real time-saver though you may have to grab someone if someone doesnt come right away

They were so mean. They didn’t let me go to IT Chapter 2, and then kicked me out for absolutely no reason. Also the food is very expensive. Terrible experience, I’m never coming back.

Really nice, clean and modern theater. Comfortable seats for adults, though they are a little oversized for smaller children. Not a cheap night out (especially if you hit the snack bar), but overall a great experience.

Prices of refreshments was ridiculously high. $6.99 for a very small bag of popcorn? Was not happy to see that alcohol was served and consumed on the premises since children attending movies could be exposed to drunken attendees. Children are not allowed in bars, so people consuming alcohol should not be allowed in family venues. Seats are comfortable but the entire evening was over-priced. $5 for a bottle of water?

Super comfortable recliners. Gotta be careful though, first time my girlfriend flipped up the leg rest her shoe went flying in the air! Can even get decent food and a beer. Use tickets from Costco to get best price on seats (same price as seats at a theater with lower quality seating). Awesome place to see a movie!

Loved the screen and sound. Really clean. Only thing I have a problem with, is paying 9.00$ for COLD popcorn. I dont even mind the 9.00 $ sticker price, BUT at those prices there should NEVER EVER be cold, old popcorn. EVER. Everything else was great.

Good seats, good sound system, clean inside and out, popcorn was hot and fresh, beer was cold and not stale. Recommend for your next movie experience, also shopping stores in the area.

Corporate cinema. Good movie as long as one could ignore the sound coming from the theater next door. As usual, expensive popcorn and drinks. The employees were all helpful and first rate; should give them all a raise. This might increase the price of popcorn but they are all deserving.

Rating reflects horribly high movie prices.

Was given the wrong ticket, we came a little late so we walked into the theater we thought was ours only to see the last 15 minutes of the movie. When talking to management she was disrespectful and offered no help or refund. Worst customer service I’ve seen. I used to work at regal cinemas and I was trained in a much better behavior than this. This is the first terrible customer service I’ve experienced at a regal. The manager was unhelpful, unempathetic and overall had a pretty rude demeanor. My boyfriend and I walked out of this theater very angry. Out $25 for watching the last 10 minutes of the movie. Unacceptable.

Now this is the way to watch a movie! Wonderful reclining seating! No need to drive elsewhere with a number of nearby options for dinner and a movie date night. Clean surroundings and pleasant staff. Plenty of parking. We used to drive elsewhere but why fight traffic when this gem is in our own community?!

They have recently started seat assignment. Will work well when you go for popular movies. Wont have to wait in lines for hours.Customer service people are not always at the desk, but they were prompt to come after notifying.

Needs a remodel. Went here because seats were sold out at our local theater. Concession wait time is absolutely horrendous! Instead of opening more registers, the manager or whomever was just walking around shouting which movie was about to start. Only TWO registers open on opening weekend of Endgame. Seriously?? Luckily we arrived 40 minutes early, because thats how long it took to get through the concession line. Unacceptable, will never see a movie at this theater again. Go at your own risk, and get there EARLY if you want any snacks.

Comfy movie theater. Do not get sucked into the future trailer watching(after you leave your movie they offer you 5.00 to give your opinion on a future trailer) It takes a hour.

By far THE BEST place to go to see any movie. If your looking for an amazing well taken care of place to take a date or hang out with friends this is the place.

Really just your standard movie theater. Ticket prices are slightly below what you would expect and the snacks are priced just as outrageously as youd expect anywhere else. All that set aside it is a good size theatre with quite a few choices between movies and showtimes. I cant think of a single reason to avoid this place. Theres reserved seating and online tickets purchases. Go see a movie already!
