Its like any other senior mobile home park. Quiet, clean. No pool or hot tub because of Covid.I do believe these parks should all have a swim spa or heated pool. Swimming is very good for older people. Heck any age.

My mom lives here. They continue to raise the lot rent while their other property Royal Villa has considerations re: rent increases. Example, Eldorados rent went up June 1. The club house and all amenities are closed and have been closed due to Covid-19 for about 2 months. This company has not offered any adjustments to residents - instead theyre getting a rent increase. While at Royal Villa, if the club house is still closed their rent increase will be delayed until operations are back to normal.When my mom initially moved in - water was included in their space rent - it hasnt been for years - the park gets the water bill and then each resident is charged a portion of the parks overall water expense. This includes the water used to maintain the grounds, pressure wash side walks, fill the pool etc. This place has had pipes burst - the residents get no relief - they pay for the wasted water as the company band aid fixes things.

Clubhouse and some units definitely past upgrading time. But is a clean place, lots of group activites, water bills pretty high.

UPDATE: Space rent is not up to $853 as of June 2019. Just bloody crazy... UPDATE: One year later, now space rent will be $820 (June 2018), so another $39 increase, all within the realm of 4 years. (from $693 to 820) Remember folks, this is just the land, my unit is paid for in full, and if I had the funds I would move it to a privately purchased piece of land, as this is just crazy to be paying for a plot of space to put your manufactured home. There are no utilities included, as in days of old, just a pool, with not enough chairs to accomodate people, and a tired old clubhouse, which needs some real TLC.Space rents too high, mine has gone from 693- going to 781 in June 2017, this is just for land to park your home, no sewer or water is included. This in 3 year timeframe. What will it be in another three years???

Another dying breed of housing choices. You would think they were cheaper living, but barely. And people dont realize that they dont own the land so they will pay for it forever, and however much they want for it. Until it gets so high you can no longer afford it. Then in time it will be torn down and replaced by four times as many apartments, and another greedy Corporation owning them. Oh, that is from another state, another part of the country, or out of the country.

The management here is absolutely neurotic.
