Make an appointment and go to Sykart Indoor. Very cool driving the these karts. Mario will be very proud of you if you drive these karts! My kids and my self enjoyed a lot. This ten minutes drive at high speed give you a good amount of adrenaline.Gas smell is strong on the track in winter. Get ready for long wait, being friends to make jokes and spent time talking.

Nice place to hang out with you buddies/colleagues and have some fun. Whether you are a serious competitor or just want to have some fun racing around this isone place to go. Charges are pretty reasonable as well and unlike some other spots I have been to, they maintain their karts pretty well. Just wish they would have an outdoor option when the weather is good.

The cars are extremely fast and help amp up the adrenaline rush while you imagine being in a real race car. Probably the best track I have been on for go-kart racing in a very long time. We went during a time that wasnt too busy so we were able to get right in, watch the safety video, grab our helmets, and get to racing. Great place for racing fun.

Lots of fun. Karts are fast enough that you can take it seriously and be competitive. You get a printout of your lap times. Went with big group and had just all 10 of us at once with the track to ourselves. Staff was nice and helpful. Will definitely return. Also you can qualify to get in even more powerful karts that do 5 seconds faster lap times. Great fun on a rainy day!

This place was a blast. I went in when a friend told me about it. The thing you need to know is that they have a membership that costs $30 and includes 1 run then all other runs for the year are only $10 a pop. Or you could go in and spend $30 for 2 runs. The other thing you should know is that it takes a long time for you to get in and race. Lastly dont be a jerk and just go have fun.

Friendly employees here. Driving well (especially in karts) is not intuitive so ask them if confused by anything. They run Sodi Karts here: 6hp for all and 9hp for regulars who can qualify for them. Recently updated their track layout Spring 2020 so great time to visit for anyone bored of the old one.Prices are very reasonable. $17/run or $10 on weekdays with annual membership fee.Overall, fantastic low-key local place to practice indoor karting on rental karts. Not as polished as K1 in Hillsboro or as large as Pats Acres in Canby but these guys fit a perfect niche if your focus is just getting better or learning to kart.

Sykart is a great place to go and have some fun, with friends, walk ins, doing the 1/2 hour long endurance Races or competing in their SIRS (sykart indoor racing series) The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have 6hp, 9hp and 4hp jr karts, my kids enjoy going with me once they turned 8. With our dreary wet winters it give me an outlet to get out and run some heats. We get there saturday about 7PM or so, we called before hand to check and they said just come on in so we did, pulled up to parking lot and it was almost empty so we were pretty stoked. Get inside and they say 3 hour wait, for the whole 4 cars outside? Of course not going to wait 3 hours so we go elsewhere, waist some time and call again, now they say 90 minute wait, so we say ok can we make a reservation or something so we can come and start, well pay over the phone or however you want. No cant do reservations they say, so they really just expect people to sit and wait for three hours? So we ask well if we come in 90 minutes you think itll be a smaller wait by then and they said nope probably about 2 hours lol just crazy

Even as a go-karting amateur, this indoor racing track is still a fun place to visit. Each session lasts 10 minutes, which is enough for some 20 laps around the track. The karts themselves are well maintained, and theyre very safe to operate. Normal carts are 6.5hp, but they offer 9hp to the more proficient drivers, although I dont know under what requirements. My only complaints would be the cost of each round, which runs $19 per session for non-members (although I have no basis for comparison of cost), and that the track doesnt appear to change much throughout the year, making subsequent visits feel a bit less exciting. Still, if youre an aspiring go-kart racer, this is an excellent place to hone your skills. The staff is friendly and its easy to walk in and race without setting up an appointment.

Racing go-carts, what a blast that should be, right? Not at this facility! We have been to a different track and had so much fun so we decided to do a double date and check out this place. Not worth the hour and a half drive nor the $40/person for two heats. Every lap, at least one member of our group, was blue flagged (which means move over) so their employees who were racing or the experienced drivers, using the black go-carts, could pass you to achieve better times to qualify. 1. Its a damn go cart RACE track, the point is to race each other, maybe the thought of actual competition is lost on some. 2. If youre in a go-cart designed to go faster, why make others move over and essentially have slow down, so you can get a better time. As paying customers, most would assume we would be entitled to the same fun experience. 3. This is not a scout day for NASCAR. If you dont want the challenge of getting a better time with inexperienced drivers on the track, have a race with only experienced drivers. Then to top off our experience, as we were leaving, we over heard the employee who was racing in a black go cart during our heat, trash talk members of our group. Passionately expressing to another employee at the front desk, that two of our group should have been split up because he couldnt get around them since they wouldnt move over. He was confronted about his comments, insinuated his experience/race was more important than ours and conveyed no professionalism. Needless to say, we wont be returning and would not recommend Sykcart to anyone.

This was a return visit for my brother and I to this track. If you like go-carts you will have a great time here. The track is set up for action with lots of turns and also spots where you can pick up speed. The 10 minute races are just long enough to get some friendly competition going.

Do not go if you have more than 10 people. We had a group of about 27 people. We called a week in advance to set up a time and were told that they would break us into 3 groups. When we arrived we waited for 3 races to finish then our first group raced. Once the first raced started we realized that we had two other races of new walk ins go in between each one of our groups. It ended up taking 2 hours and 45 minutes for 27 of us to race one 10 minute race each. The carts and track were great but not worth the wait. To top it off the girl working the track definitely did not want to be there and it showed from the minute we got there. We will be looking at other tracks for our next group outing.

A friendly and competitive indoor racing facility. I went from a complete beginner to quite proficient, just took some serious racing. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to give pointers. I highly recommend coming on a week night to avoid the crowd you generally hit on weekends. Between the Enduro racing on Mondays and the twice yearly league races, this is an excellent place to hone your driving skills and learn some vehicle handling.Note: the racing is for time, not position. If you get enough proficient times, you can unlock the higher powered karts.

0 out of 5 stars. Google doesn’t afford you this ability, but there it is. ZERO. If you need the quick answer, don’t go here. Don’t uproot your family or friends, drive 90 minutes and bring your hard-earned greenback here. It’s not NEARLY worth it. These places are a LOT of fun, just not this one. Now, if you’d like the long answer, here goes; My party and I walked in and found that the eldest employee present is racking up MAYBE a whopping 25 years of age. In the entire 90 minutes spent in the facility, I saw not the slightest sliver of professionalism, leadership, proactivity, situational awareness or courtesy, and observed a general “the customer is always a nuisance” mentality, complete with a total lack of tact. Was forced to watch a three minute video (whatever) that basically dumbed down what the super-complicated flags and their colors meant for you, the go-kart driver. While awaiting our “heat,” I noticed that the karts from one column were all alike, but the row of black karts was obviously faster. In order to drive said black karts, you must first qualify and ultimately dedicate some decent money to satisfy. Only a couple race-kart drivers in our heat were able to drive them. In the heat prior to ours, we noticed the staff “blue flagging” a significant amount of the drivers, so we thought it MUST be an important flag. My wife and I were on our first (and last) trip here, so we were stopped before mounting our steeds and asked if we had watched the video. We replied “yep.” The only follow-up question was if we knew what the blue flag meant (Pull over to the right, slow down and allow a faster driver to pass you, since the goal is to get lap times, there are no numeric standings). Wow, just that question, eh? Seems like this blue flag is now the single most important signaling device in the state of Oregon. While trying to enjoy our first of two heats we had paid for, 1 member especially, out of our party of 4, was flagged on every. Single. Lap. In order to allow the black kart drivers a clean shot at a world record lap time. She was told that the places didn’t matter and to follow the rule. Basically, “shut up.” We thought immediately, why don’t these superior beings have their own separate heat so that us peons don’t ruin their lap times? Now we have the ever important blue flag to obey or be shunned, and are also being told that we must sacrifice our own lap times for the lap times of the black kart drivers as well, you know, because they deserve to have fun more than we do. Also, their dollars are more valuable. We decided to jump in on our second heat and just straight have fun. We did just that, and boy did we enjoy it so much more. We still allowed the faster karts to go by when able, but not so much that we had to add onto our lap times. Seemed like a blast but we were met with flailing arms and disgust from the black kart drivers who had to (god forbid) race us. While getting off of the track and walking out, we noticed that one of the two black kart drivers was an employee and heard one say to the other that “number 11 and number 14 needed to be separated” (us). Another sign of the maturity, situational awareness and professionalism that is non-existent in the establishment. If I were a manager, I’d be embarrassed that my employees are being scribed in this manner. Our party member that was flagged to no end decided to mention it to the front desk and was again met with the “shut up and follow our rules that only exist here” response. She was also told that we were a now a safety concern. Kinda seems like support for the argument that the black karts should have a separate heat. You know… for safety. In the end, we paid a lot of money to basically come away frustrated and disappointed.Side note: To the driver of black kart #16; My sincerest and most heartfelt apologies, man. I really didn’t mean to mess up your scouting day with NASCAR. I owe you a beer at the very least. I will do my best to put some positive vibes out for the next few days just for you.

I will never go back. After paying $74.00 for my wife and I to have two 10 minutes sessions, we waited 30 minutes. It would have been worth the wait, since the safety video took 5 minutes. There was no mention of the track attendants using blue flags. So, after I got t-boned by 2 people at full speed while I was half way around a corner. I asked the track attendant what the blue flag was for. I was told it means someone is behind you.I asked the track attendant to waive a flag at the two guys crashing into other people and drove away. After our first session my wife told me she was rammed about 5 times. I approached the employee at the front counter and asked Do you want this to be fun, safe, and enjoyable for everyone? He asked what happened. I got half of my sentence out when he answered an incoming call and walked away. When the employee came back he told me that I was the one causing the problem. That the track attendants saw me crashing into others, and that there is nothing I can do unless you choose to drive their go-karts in a safe manner. My wife and I left, I was mad and the employee refused to refund the last two sessions we had paid for. I was also refused a phone number to contact one of their managers on Monday. I would think that a business focused on entertainment, that is busiest on the weekends would have someone onsite during their peek business hours.I am now home, with a bruised rip and side. Thank you for being safe I am sure my driving is why I got t-boned.
