In the OAKS MALL this is a small 3 room museum. We came for the Ansel Adams exhibit. 6 of his most famous pictures are on exhibit as well as some of the types of cameras he used. Great descriptions of what he did and how. Other exhibits include metal sculptures and surrealist paintings. The museum requiring about 25 min to take in fully. A great reason to go to this mall. It is located across from JC Penny so park in front of that store to limit your walking. Free, but a donation of $6 is suggested. Well worth it. Pictures without flash are allowed.
Loved this place, I will definitely be back with my mom. I grew up seeing some of these so seeing them all together was great!
The Ansel Adams exhibit was superb! I recommend going often and seeing the ever-changing exhibits.
Local Art Museum! What could be better.
Interesting photo exhibit of some Ansel Adams and Larry Janss prints. Worth seeing if at the mall.
Definitely something to see. Its free but take donations.
Tish, Jenn, & Tony are amazing people. I feel these people are true leaders in our community and I appreciate all there efforts. Keep up the great work!
Wonderful art and a great place to have in the neighborhood, it has interesting things to go to instead of going all the way to the other museums in la.
They want six dollars donation and then u discover they only had two small rooms open for viewing. Ansel Adams exhibit only had about 5 or 6 photos.
Professional art in an intimate space with wonderful rotating exhibits. Youve already missed Corita Kent. Showing now through August 5 - International Juried Art Exhibit.
Nice little art gallery owned by the city
