Dont bother even trying. Its closed for covid but they kept their web-site up and we wasted our gas and time going to go look for it.
Brilliant haunted house. Very well done, and not ridiculously overpriced like some of the others. Absolutely worth the money. I took my son and we both enjoyed it, and we didnt have to wait very long in line either. My only recommendation would be better signage to indicate where its located in the current mall.
Had an awesome time with my friend here. The owners are so sweet and the staff were terrifying! Love an excuse to get my heart pumping and the empty grave was terrifying! I definitely plan to head back on Halloween weekend!
Had a great time here! I love how they keep your parties seperate so it adds to the fear! This is a great time. A little small. It definitely got us good a couple of times. The the air was by far the best I think we all screamed! Make sure you know its up at the Orchard off of 144th by the old navy....definitely added that one to go to again next year! Thank you we had a great family time!
This haunt is really put together well! The colors in it are amazing and I was really happy with it, especially for the price!
Great, but way overpriced for how small (short) it is. Staff was friendly, good actors.
Cant wait to visit the Empty Graves NEW location this year. Have gone every season for the last 5 years and have NEVER been disappointed...or more SCARED! A great experience... the maze is realistic and scary at every turn! If you havent been before... I highly suggest visiting this year. Been to several through the years...and cant beat this maze for the thrill or the price! Loved it! Highly recommend!
Ive been to other haunted attractions a few times but only to the Empty Grave once and I have to say I was scared but in a fun way. The mazes were amazing and full of surprises. I loved the costumes and set up was great! I would definitely go again and have recommended this to friends. Congrats on your 10 year anniversary! Keep scaring!!
Fun, creative and friendly neighborhood haunted house. Love that they take donations for worthy causes. Good for all ages. Hats off to the work involved. Screams and laughs.
My 17 year old lives for Halloween, she visits the larger haunts at the theme parks as well as all the smaller local haunts and THE EMPTY GRAVE is definitely on her list of FAVORITES. She enjoys it so much, Im coerced into driving her and her friends there multiple times during the season. Weve visited every year for the last 4 years and it just keeps getting scarier and scarier. Were already excited to see what this year has to offer! Super friendly staff, great props and actors, definitely deserves 5 stars!!
My family loves Halloween and I always start planning our Haunted House Tour early. Im glad I searched you today because it looks like youve moved. We have visited The Empty Grave for the last few years in Anaheim and we always have a blast. You guys have the best monsters!!!!
This place is seasonal and hours are not correct year round.
My family’s favorite time of year is Halloween! And the highlight of the season is visiting all of Southern California’s haunted attractions. The Empty Grave is definitely at the top of that list and we can’t help but visit multiple times throughout each season. We have enjoyed The Empty Grave from its beginning year and can’t wait to see what’s in store for their 10th Year Anniversary!
Full Disclosure: My name is Michael Talarico, I am the owner of The Empty Grave.I feel that it is appropriate for me to rate my own attraction... after-all, the President votes for himself right? This is not an attempt to boost our google rating, rather a way for me to publicly recognize my team for what they do.We have an AMAZING and very talented crew. Many of my monsters are family to me. Some have been scaring with me as long as 8 years! That says a lot considering that his is our 9th year in business.Anyway, we are a little different than a traditional theme park haunted house, in that we allow only small groups to go through at any given time (although this gets a little more difficult if you wait to go through until close to Halloween). Our Actors/ Monsters put their heart and soul (pun intended) into this attraction. If you are looking for a unique take on a Haunted House, I would recommend that you come and visit us. This year, our haunt is longer, scarier and better than ever. Thanks for reading! We hope to scare.... err see you soon!
Went last year, cant wait to go again this year! A new Halloween tradition
I went to The Empty Grave for the 2013 haunt season. It was honestly one of the best mazes I have been to and was better than some of the mazes at other theme park haunts. I strongly reccommend to come to this haunt
We went tonight on a deal that was supposed to be a special offer. However when we got there they were already offering a discount, diminishing the value of the one that I had previously paid for. Then they only take cash and everyone in the entire mall pushes you to use the ATM as if they get a cut of the fees. We only had 2 admissions paid for in advance, and three people but no cash. They had no heart at all to even consider letting the extra person in. It would have been a $3.50 fee for the ATM usage, and then my bank would have charged me also, so the $10 admission would have been over $15 with fees.More importantly, the whole thing was really lame. My 16 year old daughter was never even afraid. They say there are animatronics, but I saw none. Even the pictures they offer on the internet look better than the whole maze. At the beginning one of the monsters came up to my daughter and I wanted to take a picture, I said Oh, Photo Op and the monster turned around and walked away. REALLY? WTF? I have taken pictures of monsters at Knotts, Universal, and Magic Mntn but this little show would not allow it? Lame!We have a haunted house in Riverside at Castle Park, it is 100% scarier than this was. There was very little to actually look at and the scariest thing was the inability to see in the strob light area. This whole thing is worth about $5 MAX. even Halloween weekend. I have been to better haunted houses in my own neighborhood.
So many props and opportunities wasted. Not worth 10 bucks...lucky if they are worth 5...watch a horror movie and youll be more scared!
Good
Didnt expect much but it was great! Creepy and scary all at once!
Are you serious? We had more entertainment outside in line!!!!
