Was informed my Property Manager this mobile home was available and to meet her at 9:30am. When I arrived, she was executing the lease with another applicant despite my appointment. Very Unprofessional

My grandson lives there and he likes it. Its clean and its quite.

Never lived down here but my mother in law did and the place is nasty. Very bad termites and roaches. The lot owners dont even care they practically tell them to get over it.

Water leak in the window down the inside of the wall and out the outlets unsafe they did not fix for two weeks and after the so called fixed it still leaked
