The place is very nice but they lacked ensuring people keeping their mask on, no social distancing in the bar area nor the food court. Also nothing was organized for the Go-Karts. Finally many and I do mean many video games were not operational. My kids want to go back but not until things are a lot smoother.

We ended up meeting friends from out of state here at Andrettis that we havent seen in over a year. What a perfect place to reconnect. We were able to race each other on Go Carts, and through video games. There were a few areas of opportunity that I noticed. The waiver and go karting process was a bit slow, however, it appeared as though they were teaching a new hire at the register. At first I felt that Go Carting was pretty expensive, but honestly, its pretty much the same price anywhere else. Lastly, there were a few video games out of commission. Otherwise, the employees were extremely nice from the moment we walked into the doors. The place was very clean and sanitary, and it felt like an amusement park being here. We havent been to an amusement park since COVID, and you should absolutely experience the multi-level race track!

Our party of 8 went on a Saturday night. If it matters to you, there was no real social distancing policy in place... Folks WERE wearing masks, which was good. We were surprised at how crowded it was. If its reduced capacity, I cant imagine this place with more people in it. Didnt bother us, but some might be more sensitive to that. There were long wait times for a very quick race... And Im not taking about kart speed. Those are so slow, that some of our party couldnt even make it up the ramps... And these are all folks that weigh less than 150lbs.In our race, I think one person actually got to pass someone. The karts were constantly throttled down for one reason or another... Safety of course. Hard to argue that, but we were a group of adults and there was no spin outs or bumping. We all thought there was an electrical problem with the system. When asked, we were told it was normal and thats just how it is.The controller would bring the karts back up to speed for a few seconds, and back to throttled. I might as well have been racing on that track by myself. Nobody came up behind me, and I didnt come up behind anyone else. Quite boring. On the plus side, we got to jump in with a group scheduled to do laser tag, which was fun and saved the experience from being a total bust. They basically let you into the area and its a free for all. Nobody took it serious, and it was a nice way to kill 10 minutes.Lots of VR type activities where youre essentially doing your own thing for a few minutes. Some arcade and ticket games as well. Pretty standard stuff for an indoor entertainment center place. It was an overall disappointing experience. We wont be back until we hear a few amazing experiences from friends. So far, everyone whos been mirrors our experience.

I hate to ruin someone’s business, but this place should close down, reorganize their management and staff, revamp their machines (50% didn’t work) and then open back up. Several reviews say the same thing even from months ago, so they have had their chance to fix things. DO NOT GO HERE FOR THE ARCADE!! Feel completely cheated here, especially after reading these reviews and seeing that they know of all the issues and still stay open and take people’s money.2 stars only for the Indoor Karting (only fun thing). The arcade was absolutely terrible. The staff all seemed like they couldn’t care less. We asked 3 different people to get an attendant to a game we wanted to play, but eventually it wasn’t fixed. Wish I had gotten my money back after the first time I asked someone to fix it and nobody fixed it I would have just done the go karts and left. We went on to play $60 worth of arcade games with the slim choice of games that still worked. We were unable to play several multiplayer games because one side wouldn’t work. A machine started smoking and burning while we were there. Not blaming Andretti for this but could be due to the lack of upkeep at this place. Would have been way more fun if everything worked. Really feel cheated. The staff is a whole different situation. There wasn’t an adult in sight, and the kids working seemed like they all had just woken up from a nap. I did go on a Monday, but still, this was horrible. The staff at the go karts were fun and enthusiastic glad I finished with the go karts. Really wish I got my money back that day. Felt very cheated after nothing worked. Just wasn’t in the mood to deal with that after a horrible day there.

I called to get information I regards to booking a party for my son. The girl I spoke with wouldn’t answer any questions about the birthday packages and told me I should go online and submit a request for information. I requested the information and I never received a call or an email other than the confirmation email that my request was submitted. I waited a couple of days and nobody called so I replied to the email address that they give you if you’ve submitted a request and do not receive an email or phone call back...still no reply I called twice trying to follow up and each time they just took my name and number and said they would have someone contact me...And guess what one week later and still no call or email response. I ended up booking the party at Main Event where the staff was way more friendly and attentive.

I really enjoyed my races. I tried a junior race with my daughter and a intermediate with just me. I wish there was a little more flexibility in the double seater, I wanted to let my daughter drive me so I could coach but they wouldnt allow it even though we were the only ones in our race. When you come in they put you in a race with 12 other cars and give you a start time for the race. Thats when you show up for a helmet. They give you a brief set of instructions and then let you go. IMHO, That set of instructions should be recorded and played over speakers and not just one guy trying to speak through a mask.Races are about 6 mins plenty of time to do about 7-8 quick laps which is a pretty good arm workout. The rest of the place looks like a Dave and Busters.Tip: You dont need to break in the corners. Its a race track. If someone is rear-ending you let them pass.

Tons of fun but we didnt get to do the go-karting as there was a 2 hour wait on the junior track. It would be nice if this was displayed somewhere. Also tickets were sold for the Laser tag but they also have scheduled parties, they dont seem to separate these events. Thirdly, the signage from the parking lot is non-existent. We ended up walking all the way around the building looking for the entrance. Overall the experience could be improved but my family did have fun.

Today I checked out the new Andretti Indoor Karting & Games The Colony for the first time. I’m not sure when they opened exactly, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was less than three months ago. The place still smelled like fresh paint and most of the games look like they had barely ever been played. In terms of the arcade floor they have the latest and greatest modern redemption games that are common in family entertainment centers. These are games that you use to win coupons or tickets which can be exchanged for toys and gifts in a shop. They did have one pinball machine, which is a step in the right direction, and coincidentally my favorite company Stern Pinball are the ones who made it.They also had a variety of virtual reality and augmented reality experiences, at least three of them. There was three or four faux food trucks, a full-service restaurant, a Private blacklight bowling alley and even a ropes course. There is probably two or three different bars. The star attraction though is the multi level indoor climate controlled go cart course. They are using modern electric 45 mile an hour electric go carts and there is a elevation changing course that looked like it was a lot of fun though I didn’t have time to mess with it on today’s visit. This is definitely a luxury family entertainment center, perhaps the nicest or one of the nicest I have ever seen in my travels so far. ️️️️️

Don’t waste your time or money. Literally half the games are broken or out of order. Continuously had to ask the staff to come swipe their card to give us free plays since the games would take your money and be broken. Don’t plant to spend less than $100 on a game card because I didn’t see a single game that was less than $1.40 for each play. They have their cool VR games but each game you have to pay $12.50 a person per play. They had 4 attractions so if you or your kid(s) wants to play each on you have to spend an extra $50.00 to try each. The rope course is a joke I’ll leave that at that. Food is less than average. I would not recommend going. Me and my family are from out of town about a 6 hour drive away. We went for Labor Day weekend to do something fun while visiting family in the area. This was a huge disappointment to say the least. Will not be going back. Go to chucke cheese instead. Games are cheaper and work, food is the same the price is much lower. If you want a cherry on top there’s no parking area near the entrance. It’s about the equivalent to walking down 1-2 blocks.Edit after 2 weeks. As you can tell from mine and many other unsatisfied customers a blanket apology is the best they will offer. One thing I forgot to mention was that even when games where out of order/broken/ functioning incorrectly even after problem where brought up to staff no out of order signs where posted on the games. This easily would have been on 25% of the games. Yes this would look tacky and like an old run down game room but it’s better than having all your customers running around asking your staff for refunds. When all the games cost over a dollar to play then taking into consideration that a bunch of kids are there to enjoy themselves instead of waste time talking to staff about broken games y’all should be ashamed of yourselves.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! It was my son’s 7th birthday today and when we went in, we were treated the best! The manager, Adrian, went over and beyond and made it extra special! The track staff were super encouraging since my boys were a tad on the nervous side...after two laps, there was no stopping them! Had to race 3 more times before leaving! Food was delicious too! All in all can’t wait to go back and have more fun experiences!

My family and I went go karting and it was absolutely terrible. There was two guys that was completely drunk and treating the karts like bumper cars. At one point, I passed one of them and he deliberately ran into me at full speed. I found out after the race he had done the same thing to my niece. And because of how they were driving, the workers kept having to slow down the cars to get people off the walls.I complained to a manager after the race and he apologized and gave us game cards. ( which we were super grateful for! ) We were also told it would get taken care of and he walked over to the group in question. However, a few minutes later, I saw that same group back at the bar.The fact that people are allowed to drive the go karts as drunk as they were is dangerous and a serious liability. It’s also shocking that they were allowed to stay in the facility after how they behaved on the track. So beware! There may be drunk drivers at your next race...and Andretti won’t do anything about it.

We had an event booked. Everything was going as planned initially. Our event host was awesome. Had some technical issues with the bowling quite often but they tried to resolve it quick. They seemed to be understaffed. It was quite a busy day so we were being patient with employees dealing with all the craziness. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off so we had to evacuate the building for about 30-40 minutes which caused our event schedule to be thrown off. Our event host, Jordan, was awesome though. We were understanding of the situation and felt bad that they had to deal with other frustrated guests, all while appearing to be understaffed or relying too much on managers which caused slow service overall. Jordan was able to work with her manager to alleviate and adjust our continued schedule. This place was extremely busy - do expect it to be hard to distance here.

Everything was good until we went to the go-karts with my wife, nieces and nephews. There were two gentlemen that were drunk while driving and purposely hitting everyone causing the race to constantly stop and practically give my wife and nieces whiplash. We were told they were going to take care of it. 5 min later the gentlemen are back at the bar drinking away with zero consequences. All for having a good time but your company is setting a terrible example for morons to continue that behavior on go karts that go 35mph w the potential of injuring customers. Wont be back.

I actually think this is a fantastic concept, however, needs a little work. Great games, very fun for adults and kids alike. Upscale, thoughtful in its positioning on games. The aspect I think needs help is sanitation. When we arrived today, lovely greeting by someone who talked so incredibly fast we couldn’t understand her, but that’s ok, fairly self explanatory moving forward. Upon entry, lots of people in masks, cool. Grateful people are protecting themselves and others. Awesome, BUT...this is a place where lots of germy hands were touching games, glasses, playing, etc still during COVID 19 pandemic, and there was not a dispenser of sanitizer in sight! We finally found one at the front door as we left. Very non descript and highly disappointing given the nature of the venue. When we went to cash in our points for prizes for our 8 year old, the Andretti cashier was sneezing like crazy! So bad, he had to step back and sneeze multiple times into his elbow, yet still no sanitizer. I personally asked him if he had any because he was kind of sneezing on my 8 year olds toys which made us pretty nervous, but NO SANITIZER anywhere that he could find back at his cashier station where you cash in points for toys. Great concept in a very cool new area that we love in Grandscape, BUT think we’ll wait to go back until they “clean” up their act. Heads up Andretti, you might want to protect your employees and your patrons from spreading the disease by putting multiple sanitization stations throughout your location. Thank you.

Came here with a group. We did two sessions on the carts. The first session was ok, but I wondered why the speed was so varied throughout the session. It was a fun time with some ok racing between us. The second run, They throttled our carts way down..so slow that it wasn’t fun...6 seconds per lap slower. There was no challenge, no passing...waste of money. We are all experienced drivers and we’re excited to try this new track, but left disappointed.

If you are serious about go Karting this might not be the place to go during busy times. It is hard to get a good lap time down with everyone else on the track. So try and go during the day or late at night on a weeknight. If you are taking your kids this place has everything a little kid would dream of. Did I mention alcohol for the adults. Kinda hope they do racing tournaments on their slower days. So you can try and put some real lap times down without all the cautions and people who cant drive being in the way.

Upon walking in, i was greeted by a gentleman named David. I informed him it was me and my sons first time here. He took the time to break everything down, and answer all questions. There is a lot to do here, and my son really enjoyed himself. The bartender was awesome and although they made a mistake with my food, her and the manager both approached me about the situation to let me know they were on it. Pricing is about right for the area, and overall it was awesome. I wish we had one in DC.

The Go-Karts were fun, I was a little worried with them being electric, but they got up to speed great for that type of track. The level changes were pretty cool as well as coming off one turn, you go down hill into a sharp turn. Ill be back for that alone and its worth a 5 star. The place seems like it gets really crowded on a weekend.

My family and I went here for our son’s 8th birthday on Nov. 7th. I wish I had something good to say, but it was a terrible experience. It was SO overcrowded- definitely a concern during Covid. There were only a few games to play b/c there were so many people already on everything to get a turn. We got there at 2pm, and to ride the go-cart, it took until 7pm. Maybe if it wasn’t so overcrowded the lines for things wouldn’t be so long. The laser tag wasn’t open until 10pm, so there was really nothing for us to do. A waste of an hour drive for us. They should really only operate at 50%-60% capacity, because that place was just a breeding ground for getting Covid. No way to social distance at all!

The building looks truly amazing, but what Andretti has in ambition, they lack in execution and operation. I dont think we will ever return! The place is extremely disorganized and expect crazy wait times for pretty much everything. The karting track is very narrow so it is very hard to pass slow drivers. Frequent forced slowdowns due to consistent issues with drivers/track.Their COVID-19 procedures are only in theory and on signage, but is not practiced anywhere in the building.I personally witnessed helmets being used from one Kart rider to the other without being placed in the sanibox or even wiped down. Unfortunately I realized this was happening AFTER our ride. I brought it up to a crew member who simply said that I just did not see them do it. No supervisor could be found!!The VR goggles were being wiped by the same disposable towel which the employee just lightly squirted with a solution before each use. The towel was definitely not covered with the solution (just a couple of very light squirts at most) and could have possibly been cross contaiminating the googles after each use. We refused to use the VR machine unless we sanitized the goggles with our own sanitizing wipes, which the employee allowed us to do.About half the staff is wearing masks under there chin with their nose and mouth completely exposed. It is really frustrating when no one believes in the role that they need to play to control the spread of the virus. Where is management to enforce safety measures??!Sanitizers are no where to be found and there is zero crowd control and social distancing measures. The line at the Starting Line is ridiculous! It was packed and literally extended to the entrance (basically the length of the whole building). I am surprised that local authorities are allowing this irresponsible behavior in the midst of a pandemic. Why isnt their capacity limited like all other restaurants, bars and other business types????It took over 20 minutes to get to the counter, only to be told that the next Junior race was 3 hours later. I really wanted to leave at this point but did not want to disappoint my 8 year old son who has been excited about this trip for 2 days! He is finally 48 and could not wait to drive a grown-up kart.As others have mentioned, most of the arcade games are broken, and it is virtually impossible to find help when the machines take your money and do not work.In summary, this is basically an oversized D&B, Pinestack, Bowlero or Main Event. There isnt anything to differentiate this place from the others except Kart racing. However, the execution is terrible compared to the others! Over priced, poor management, lack of safety measures and lack of respect of their customers.I truly regret going there and deciding to stay. I hope I did not expose my family to danger. I feel terrible about my decision.

SUPER overpriced! $25 a person for go carts which lasted six minutes. Ordered pizza and salads. The pizza was a crummy tasting store bought pizza, salad was chunky and hard and tasted old and gross. A lot of the arcade machines weren’t working right and were either eating the money off the card or didn’t give credit when you won. They also don’t let you cash out or transfer the remaining balance off the game card. No games were less then $2 each so all of our cards had a $1 something left on them. SUCH A SCAM!! The only good experience was with a guy name Christian who was helping with the broken games and a tall bigger dark skinned guy in the go cart prep area. They are the only reason I didn’t rate this place a one star. Absolutely won’t be coming back here again.

Disappointing to let the game operator know that two of four VR controls are not working prior to the game beginning (~$24 in cost), only for them to say, They break sometimes, but go ahead and play... The batteries are probably dead. I asked to have them replaced, but she said she didnt know how. My VR audio was absent and the other gun was inoperable. Replacing the broken gear, nor refund for that game was not an option per the employee. The racing carts were cool.

My family and I are visiting from Chicago and unfortunately the worst experience ever last night. We ordere alcoholic beverages that were extremely watered down. The host or staff that took the order left before completing the order to serve someone else. The request for new drinks were ignored and the manager was called. The manager was not professional as she was completely rude when at attempting to explain the reason why new drinks were needed. There was no designated bartender and felt as the younger staff was not able to complete the task. The manager I felt was overwhelmed and very snappy when responding. We requested a refund and there was such an attitude from the manager. We stood at the bar for so long and no other staff wanted to help except for CAM. She is not a manager and was more professional than the manager on duty with the grey shirt. (Not sure of her name.) My receipt remained on the bar for basically 20 minutes before being picked up the manager and she didn’t even know where it had came from as the original host never came back for it.Then I ordered $70 worth a food and didn’t receive salad dressing. The food was not the best. The mozzarella sticks were not hot and very soft. Asked for lemonade and finally received water down cranberry juice at least from CAM. Went into the bathroom and it was horrible! Used Sanitation wrappers throughout the stalls and toilets not flushed. As disgusting people can be, it’s to the facility to ensure of the cleanliness of the bathroom. There were paper towels and toilet paper on the floor with the garbage overflowing. With the heighten of COVID 19, you would think of the sanitation of the room with the most germs . It’s too big of a place to not have some type of janitorial services during the hours of operation. The go kart was booked and closed at 11pm when the pace closed at 1am. (The purpose of coming there was to go kart.)I honestly felt a refund should have been granted. CAM was the only staff attempting to apologies. No reasoning for the manager to be rude.

Had a time slot of 10:32, never heard our time called like the other races and when asked about it was told that they have been calling it the entire time we’ve been standing there. Too many clueless other drivers. Andretti should have the newbies race together and the experienced drivers race together. When the newbies drive slow or spin out its difficult to get around them or stops the race and then its no longer a race.It was also more expensive than it should be. A first I was really feeling the place. The go karts were fun and I liked the 2 level track. But all that changed when I had to interact with the staff.Overall, management is failing at customer service. I came to this place to have a date night and have food and drinks while we bowled. I asked the bowling cashier if there was an open lane to only get a response that he didn’t know if they were clean. After and awkward pause I then had to ask him if he could check as if he had no plans to find out. This was confirmed and I then asked if we could still get food and drinks at the table. He said yes their will be a server. So we started bowling and after 20 minutes go by (remember you rent these by the hour) we still haven’t been approached. So I see 2 employees in uniform sitting in the section behind us so I ask if there were severs. They just said yes...and I then ask well who is it because no one has been out. They said idk it’s not us. So I walk back to the cashier and he says he wasn’t sure maybe check the bar. So I walk over to the bar and there she is standing behind the bar. And at this point the bar upstairs was closed so I’m unsure her purpose back there. We tried to order food and she tells me it will be at least 45 minutes. At this point I’m just over it so I ask for a manager. And then this is when I felt really disrespected. He finally comes upstairs and I ask him if he was the manager because I was the one who asked for him, he answers with a yes without even stopping and walks in the back room to have a little “huddle” with his employees before speaking to me. And so I explain to him what has happened and all he says is that I can get my stuff downstairs. Completely looking over the fact that I was misinformed by his employees and that was the whole reason I began to bowl in the first place. So I remind him of that and he says well that’s the cashiers problem and that he he’s not interest in correcting this wrong. I then asked for a refund and he says “oh no we don’t do those” and in the meantime I’ve been lied to and then blamed for not knowing that the servers at the lanes suck and I should get my food downstairs. The same path downstairs that when I asked him to go get me a card for his boss, he didn’t want to do because he didn’t want to come back upstairs. If it’s so much for you, how do you expect your customers to do this regularly with food and drinks in their hand. While at the same time wasting their paid bowling time. So I just left, didn’t even finish bowling because now I’ve been disrespected, and not even in the mood after being yelled at by the Manager Kris James. Not once did he try to get any of his employees to help me and or try to make the situation better.IF YOH WANT EVEN A BIT OF GOOD SERVICE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

We attended this awful place in hopes of a fun family night and instead all we got was a hour drive from Fort Worth and disappointment. We waited in a line about 30 minutes to buy a attraction ticket and memberships to be told that we had to sign a waiver and that they couldn’t hold our place in line at all. Very upsetting. We went to Dave and busters instead where there was no confusions or lack of warnings and better service

What a fantastic entertainment venue with really good food and full bar. The racing is not the only thing to do there that is fun. I own the Concierge Network in the hotels and we send guests there regularly and always hear positive feedback. Hreat place for kids and parents alike...Try the upstairs bar and the Pulled Pork Parfait.

This place is crazy!! They try their best to enforce the mask rule but thats an uphill battle. We saw them wiping down all through the night. The gentleman at the door, Caleb I think his name tag said was a delight and so knowledgeable about the location and helped us feel very welcome. There was a bit of wait for go karts but its Saturday night so we understood. Definitely wanna come back during the week when its less packed

We all had a blast. Kids and adults. One of the double go-kart had trouble going up the hills and the workers had to push it up. But we were told we could get another ride for no charge.

The customer service at this place is the worse Ive ever experienced. No one should have to wait an hour for drinks only to be brought 3 cups of water for a group of 9, 35 minutes afterwards. Then the audacity of them to try and make us pay a bill for appetizers and drinks that never showed up or never to been checked on after an hour. They really need to hire more staff or more useful staff. The website is deceitful considering the food areas in the entire place is first come, first serve no real seating. Apparently the servers can only handle one small table at a time.It looks like a place with great potential but clearly its lacking a lot of employee training and staff. And FYI schedule your kart race before you attempt to do anything else in that place. Amd race before you attempt to eat since service is beyond slow. Or eat before you go

Glad I was finally able to visit a Andretti. Expect crowds on weekend. There wasnt much social distancing. Patrons and employees walking around maskless or below the nose . The racing was fun but I have a bit of a neck ache after exiting. Fun family place to visit. Expect long lines and PLEASE sign the waiver before getting in line.

Just went to the arcade, didnt do anything else. Noah was super helpful when machines were stuck (two different times). Nice selection of games, but several of our favorites were off...allegedly for social distancing but didnt seem logical based on placement. Half the employees were fantastic and half below average. Front door guy, Noah in arcade and the lady selling beer and wine in the arcade were great. The guy behind the desk (starting line or something like that) didnt know arcade was 15% discount when i asked about membership (he said 10 but games and website showed 15) and he acted like he was super annoyed to be there. Guy in the arcade redemption store also seemed like he was doing the absolute minimum he had to do to perform his job. We will go back. Kudos to the star employees!

This is a place is huge and very expensive, most of the staff was not helpful at all. I was visiting here with my family for my nephews bday and we all went to laser tag and put our stuff in a locker. While we were in there a staff member stole money from my sisters wallet. Absolutely ridiculous, and the staff member that helped us wasn’t very professional at all. Most of the staff were not professional at all and need to addressed about how to help customers so everyone can have a better experience. Will not be coming here again, a once and only one time thing. Very disappointed, do better.

This place is phenomenal! The staff greeted us at the door and made sure we were knowledgeable on how to get started with the go karts and games. We then went to the bar and got our drinks and food in a timely manner. All the games and rides were wiped down before and after use and we were supplied face masks. They definitely practiced clenliness which kept our minds at ease . Last but not least, it was pouring hard out the gentleman at the front door gave us trash bags to use as raincoats so didnt get drenched by the time we got to the car. My family and I will be definitely be coming back.

This place is nice looks nice food and drinks are ok. What I don’t Iike is me and my family drove a hour to come enjoy some fun and games to tell us it was a 5 hour wait for the go karts which does not make sense when the rides are only 7 minutes each for 24$. Then the zip line was a two hour wait this is unacceptable this needs to be addressed accordingly

The good....its very fun and a lot of options to choose from, go karts, lazer tag, arcade games, VR. The food is pretty good especially the pizza! The staff is nice and very helpful. The bathrooms were clean and the place was kept up.. The Bad....The games are 1.65 and half the time they didnt work. We were in a big group and a lot of times we could all play together because 1 or more games didnt work. The Ugly....it expensive so bring your wallet.

Our entire family enjoyed this place! The children had a variety of activities to keep them entertained. The adults really enjoyed the Racing Carts and the food and drinks from the bar. I would highly recommend the boneless buffalo wings and the Finish Line cocktail! The bartender Conner had an excellent pour and speedy service. We were greeted by the Manager- Krisjames, and he gave White Glove Service the entire time. We were given a tour of the facility and recieved great service from all employees. It was also cool to know we were being entertained at the same time as Dak Prescott and we still recieved amazing service. Clearly this place is a top choice for anyone looking to have a great time and still recieve excellent customer service. The staff did a great job with infection control and we gladly purchased the yearly membership so we can come back as much as possible! 5 STARS!!

Went there with family its nice the kids enjoyed it but I think the worst was the Go-Kart racing. Staff didnt have the best attitude in there and just the racing in general. I understand safety but if you spend money to race let the ppl race why continue control speed of some go karts. Only problem we had overall its a fun place. Just check with others on there racing experience before buying a Go Kart racing ticket yourself

What a joke! I cant believe we drove an hour to come here, when I couldve gone closer. 4 hour wait for go karts? Go to D&b better.

Thought we found a good place to take the grandkids, since they highlight SAFE, Clean, Fun on their website and said they followed the state mandate of masks required. They DO NOT!!! Several people in the arcade area without any masks on! When we spoke to the manager he said they ask people to wear masks but do not enforce it. We had already spent $120, but rounded up the kids and left. Businesses that cannot follow state mandates put us ALL in danger, and should not be allowed to be open.
