My Grandchild loved it! Plenty to keep them busy...The pizza is pretty good. The staff is wonderful! Definitely appreciate their efforts

Had a childs bd party and not only did they have a blast, but the pizza was great! The staff here are top notch and very helpful!

Kids love it, I especially like the new time limit option cards. Food is meh. Salad bar is acceptable. Staff is good, especially those helping the kids pick prizes, I envy their patience. A bit loud and bright, but totally worth it for the munchkins. Hard to find a place that hits my kids ages (7-14) all at the same time; this works great!

It was great service the manager was nice and the food was great the gaming area was the best it was peaceful and fun I will come again soon

Only issue when we visited was the fringe or something like went on the frizz and they lost all their dough so the they had to make it by hand. Try telling to hungry children celebrating their birthday that there’s no pizza at Chuck E Cheese’s! My husband believe the advertising for the game packages on TV were misleading as the prices weren’t the same in the store. We struggled with the food part of it but we make it through anyway. The kids still had fun!

Havent been in years but we had my youngest grandsons 1st birthday party there and I was just wowed!!! Pizza was phenomenal!! The girls that were helping with the party were on point. And everyone from the young to the old enjoyed this party. Thanks Chuck E. Cheese for a great party!

They were very attentive, as soon as we entered someone was waiting our party. Our party planner was very polite an active with the children. Cant wait to go back.

Great Atmosphere Perfect Weights

This is such a great place to take the kids when it is to hot, cold or wet outside! I love that you can purchase unlimited play within a certain timeframe instead of tokens. The salad bar is always great & stocked with fresh food offering a healthy choice for those who choose to forego the pizza which is the only subpar thing about this place.

The games, of course, were great. And the young lady working the front counter and the young man working the floor were AWESOME!! But it was so expensive! We used a coupon and got a large (which was more like the size of a medium) pizza, 3 drinks and two 1-hour game cards and it cost $80. Just seems like a lot for what we got.

We had a blast!! The all-you-can-play cards are pure genius! Our kids loved it! And because Dad could enjoy a beer while the kids played, he loved it too! The staff was friendly and helpful.

The kids liked it but it lacked good customer service. They couldnt even get me a cup of coffee after spending over $300.

One of the best place I suggest you guys your kids to take to in a weekend

Family Meals at this place - delicious. i wanted to post a food pic but it looked so good i couldnt stop. had a friend come into town and she asked me to take her here again. the prices are well within reason for the quality.

We went for a birthday party, our host was great, very attentive. However chuck e cheese needs more spunk, we paid a lot of money for the rat to come out and dance to one song half assessed. I know no one dreams of being chucky e cheese, but their is value in a kids birthday party they will carry those memories for ever...get it together more interaction

Employees friends hanging out. Tickets doesnt come out, most of time. Hard to get staff on floor.Always in back. Dont see Chuck ie cheese too often. I go to the Rock (Little rock). Its more pleasant less noise. Two young ladies worked last night were very nice. Thank u made our stay pleasant.

Bought a 30 dollar car point lasted a while to play on got over 500 tickets but prizes were kind of a joke. Kid had fun though

My daughter loved it. The pizza and hot wings were actually ok for a game room. The only complaint were the very small children allowed to roam without parental supervision. Perhaps they need a separate play area for babies.

Went for Birthday Party. Very noisy (expected). Most of the games didnt work. Went to tell Employees that a game wasnt giving tickets. They acted like we were bothering them (They were talking) then came to check the machine and said, Its Out Of Order. No sign put up, didnt give the tickets won. They have the Parties on THEIR schedule. By the time they LET you do cake and open gifts, you are super rushed to end the party

Better than expected pizza. Need more spaces for larger groups to sit without having to reserve a space. Tables reserved were not even being used. More supervision at the door needed. Overall a fun time for younger kids.

The employees were awesome, polite and very helpful. The place was overly crowded. Many games were not functioning or working properly. 2 of the 5 ticket counters werent working and the lines were lengthy.

Kids love the cards now with unlimited play for minutes instead of tokens. All New games since our last visit. I personally watched several kids leave with no one supervising the exit.

Went on a Wednesday and amazingly had the whole place to ourselves, which made my sons birthday even better.

I dont like the prices and they had dirty tables every where like a lot of them... Plus the tickets. Showed we only had 6oo and the prizes small one dollar items.. Ill stick to the bowling alley next time.

Great place to let the kids have fun n just be a kid. Their pizzas are very good and they have room for several birthday parties and prenty of room for the kids to run around in. They have birthday cakes too. The staff always try to do a great job.

Took my daughter and nephew a few weeks back. We’ve always gone to the one in Fort Smith. The one in TK is absolutely horrible compared to it. Most of the games were broken or missing the balls. Kids were crawling all over the machines and breaking things, which is not allowed at the one in fort smith because workers actually monitor and care for theirs. All the workers were standing behind the counter being loud cutting up with each other and hardly paying attention to anything going on. We didn’t even use all of our 2 hours we paid for because we were so appalled by how filthy the place was. Chuck E Cheese in general is a great place for kids, but this one needs someone higher up to come in and start making some changes because it’s going downhill fast.

It was busy, but my kid had a blast and the food was better than I remembered.

Not really fond of their pizza of course my kids love it. Its a nice place to go with kids where you can relax a bit and play some too. Especially on weekdays its usually not too crowded. I hate the no outside food policy because some people just do not like pizza.

Its chuck e cheese... we all know what its about there. Cheap pizza, screaming kids and a man sized mouse. But a good place nonetheless for kids to have fun, good staff and friendly as well.

Our party was set to start at 130. Our party host was late getting there....our game badges didnt come out on time either....kids were ready to play....the host finally came with some badges and said we could play for 45 minutes and she would have the pizzas ready...an hour 15 went by and we had to ask for our pizzas again....got 2 pizzas on the table with 20 kids...went really fast...2 pizzas down and still no drinks....kids were already done eating before the second 2 batch of pizzas came out...finally got cups and she told us to wait on pitchers of drinks....she was gone forever....we waited and waited..I kept seeing her helping other customers at the prize counter.....so....I started running to the soft drink machines with cups getting started because the kids were starving for a drink....I think either the girl must have been new or just didnt care...idk...but it wasnt very organized and my little girl still never got to get in the ticket booth....and the ticket munchers were broke down so we came home with our tickets and kids didnt get to turn in their tickets for prizes.....bummed....there were only a couple of parties the whole time we were there....so they werent slammed....just not staffed well I guess...but we spent some money like $400.00 so you would expect a little better service than we got today.....

During the week its not very crowded, unless you encounter a field trip. However on the weekends its pretty packed due to birthday party bookings. Buffett pizza is better than expected. The barbeque chicken pizza is super good!!

My son had a birthday party and they told him he cant eat or drink nothing i had to fight the employee in front of all these kids cause he slap my kid on the floor and the pizza was raw and the employee slapped the pizza on the floor

Everything was great until it was time to go . I had 2 five year old and a 7 year old. The children came in with me . Leaving the 7 year old told me she didnt have any shoes on. I Told my teenage grandson and 2 of his friends to get the boys hand and go to the truck where his mother was. The 7 year old left to get her shoes I follow her but she got by me some how. I went straight back to the gate, She got out of the gate standing, a nice lady had her block in. The lady said the gate keeper let her out when she went out and she wasnt going to let her out the door .This child is a DS child and people have trouble understanding her. My beef is why have someone at the gate,if you going to let them out with anyone .My great grand children and I was the only one with the code. I wasnt gone 5 minutes looking for her. When we go to Chucky. We always take extra to watch these kids. I wont make this mistake again.

Everything was fine except one young lady that works there was extremely rude! When I came in I slid my card to play ski ball it took my credits on two different machines which she did not refund. I told the lady it was messed up and she got a terrible attitude and threw a cup then she dropped her pen and I picked it up to give back to her. I told her you dropped your pen and she yanked it out of my hand and turned and walked off and stayed in a rude manner the whole two hours we was there spending our money! Because of her I had a terrible time so Im only giving two stars for this trip.

They sell u a time card for play time that u can only pause 2 times, which is stupid. So it is LAME that they only let u pause it twice instead of as many time as u want!! Very SAD at their new way of business

Its ok dont give very many tickets and games are old.

Its was ok, not enough staff to accommodate all the guests. But the staff that was there did their best. I played a basketball game with my daughters and the tickets got stuck; when the staff finally arrived they unblocked tickets but another guests ran and got tickets. A few games didnt disperse tickets as they should.

My kids loved it and the employees are nice.
