I went in not knowing what was wrong with my cart and not knowing the owner (Robin) at the time. Turns out that it was minor and a wire was bad. He charged me a VERY small fee and earned my business from there on. After that, I had other service done and all very reasonably. When the time came, we bought a new cart from him. Its always been a pleasure and these guys are good!
