This is a good place to let ur kids run an play or go practice gymnastics.

Very disappointed when I did my granddaughter bday there the party planner totally ignored us then 5 days later went to another bday and the clerk a young blond was so very rude and disrespectful to me. Also they need to slow down when talking overhead u cant understand what there saying

I didnt partake in the jumping activities but the people I was with enjoyed themselves. It was a slow Saturday and the staff treated us like it was the busiest place ever. They were nice and very friendly.

Place was filthy. Went to grandsons birthday party and the place is just nasty. The staff back by the games were not paying attention to anything or anyone.

Sooo Not impressed!! It may look nice and clean, but it is not. You have food around the furniture, food on the ramps..... gross Kids running around with socks, no socks, grip socks like really? And the staff, yea ugh constantly on the phone, like why even have staff if youre not their activity watching, idk Ive been a loyal customer to iJump for years Im use to their professional atmosphere and the involvement with the kids.. I wont be back.

This was our first time going and it was for my nieces bday. Kids had a blast and wore themselves out. Kind of wish they had a section for adults or an area where adults can play with their children. Not to big tonwhere you loose sight of your kids. Nice seating for adults and plenty of tvs. Employees were nice.

My mom and I drove across town to see about booking a birthday party twice and each time they were closed, although the door said they were open from 10-10, online showed the same hours. So we decided to call and found out that they are only open from 4pm-10pm on fridays. Hours need to be updated.

The customer service is great the Christian music is a plus!

The kids had lots of fun!! Was nice that they had comfy couches and chairs for the adults to sit in. Over all was clean, but did not appreciate having to give them my drivers license number AND email to let the kids in.

I love the overall experience and it is a great place for family fun. The only thing I think could be improved is the staff. The staff need to pay more attention to the kids area as kids beyond the age limit we’re doing activities that were against the safety rules right next to my brother and other little children!

My grandchildren really enjoyed it.It was continous fun for them. My only complaint was it was a little cool temperature while sitting there. Next time I will know to bring a sweater. Otherwise it was enjoyable watching the kids.

Employees didnt know how to handle grown young men that were hitting small children to hard with balls and making them cry. Not just one child; but three that I knew of, while we had a birthday party going on at this facility. It was reported by at least five different parents!

Took our kids here and was not impressed at all. Very disappointed in the overall cleanliness of this business. Things were filthy and the bathrooms were disgusting. Also it was very hot inside with only portable fans throughout. Went to speak with the front desk about why it was so hot and was told they would contact the owner to fix it, but that was never done. I pay y’all so that we can enjoy ourselves comfortably, not to feel like I’m in a sauna! Will not be returning!

Kids had so much fun!!! Lots to do to keep them entertained. Even have Friday night date night where parents can drop off their child for $22 and then go out and have 4 hours to them self for a date very awesome

Paid for a birthday space and was disappointed that it was just a table everyone was still in our same area. Kids had fun on the trampolines though.

First time there and loved it. They have neat things to do for kids of all ages. The ninja course needed to be fixed, but other than that, we had fun.

Today was not a good experience at G-force Texarkana. First of all, customer service is definitely not key here. The workers were rude. They allowed other children to tell my children what they could or couldnt do and what they could and couldnt play on. Also seems a bit ridiculous to have to pay full price for a 2 year old. Why did we have to sign a waiver releasing them of all responsiblity for any injuries, if they are going to tell me I cannot jump with my two year old. We will not be going back.

I give them a 2 because. The employees doesnt watch the kids very good both times I took 3 boys. Two 8 years old and one 5 years old. Both times one of tge boys got bullied by a older kid.
