The popcorn wasnt to good. And had limited seating and had us choosing seats close to other people. Still it was nice to go to the movies. Hopefully more movies come out.

Really great place to see new movies. Enjoy it everytime I go. Normally pretty clean. Tuesdays are best day to go tickets are cheap and most people are at work or school.

Nice to see a movie that hasnt been on the big screen in almost 30 years. Plan on seeing other older movies as they are released again.

Other than a problem with the room temperature, good place to go watch a movie. Bring a jacket in case its cold. If youre wearing a sweater or hoodie, wear a loose shirt under it in case its hot.

This place is alot of fun. It always has the newest movies coming out, so I know I can always go here if there is a new movie coming out that I wanna watch. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to have fun and enjoy a movie. The food and drink was pretty expensive, but thats how it is with every theatre so Im not holding anything against them.

The new updated seats are so comfortable! The prices for tickets are low compared to bigger cities. The prices for concessions are outrageous so I suggest eating before or after your movie. All around a good theater.

Super comfortable chairs and the lighting and sound was quite comfortable during the entire showing. If I lived locally, I would definitely go to the movies more than I do now!

My wife and I have the cinemark membershiops and use our free movie every month here! great service and a good rewards program for our snacks too! I dont think we have ever seen a dirty theatre either!

We watched the Angel has Fallen. Full of Action, suspense, make you laugh and cry movies one of the best movies Ive seen in a long time. Since we went to the late movie there wasnt a lot of people there running around, it wasnt noisy and the line for the concession stand wasnt long.

Not a great first experience. Out of butter at front concession stand in both dispensers. Checkin ticket station was out of ticket paper. This forced us to wait in line 15 people deep to have tickets printed. Defeats the purpose of buying our tickets on the app on top of paying a surcharge. Please do better Cinemark Texarkana!

I have never had a bad experience at this theater. Today being black friday they were Incredibly busy and and embarrassingly I left my phone with my movie club ticket and coupon for a free lg popcorn for my birthday month at home. Justin went above and beyond to help me recver my ticket and gave me my popcorn. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Went to watch frozen 2 theatre was small but movie was good and food and tickets were at a decent price

Theater I was in was hot. The sound wasnt working and the lights were on even after the previews started. Many patrons had to keep getting up to go find an employee to get it fixed.

The staff there is really friendly, and the place is spotless

Saturday night was the first time I have been to the movies since The Game Plan. I got invited by a friend to go see Avengers: Endgame, the friend that invited us ended up running late, so the three of us ended up sitting in random places instead of together like we wanted. This was due to the success of the movie. The movie got over a billion dollars just on opening weekend. The bathroom was not that clean either because of Avengers: Endgame, especially using half of the screens to play it. I do not like automatic flushes, but it was a good thing they had them at this theatre because of the movie. There should have been an intermission with how long Avengers: Endgame was: three hours one minute. I get restless after thirty minutes. Concessions stand prices were through the roof, so be prepared to pay $15 for a large popcorn and large drink. Next time I come to the movies, it will be shorter movies and at a less busy time when the tickets are cheaper.

Movie price, better then anticipated, the seating, is still 1st come, pick your own.Yet the seats recline the old fashioned way its still nice, & cozy.Overall had a pleasant time, nothing negative to report.Strong police presence inside, & out.Makes you really feel as if you have nothing to worry about on a Saturday night out with your wife, or your kids.Id definitely go back 2 thumbs up !!

My wife and I had an amazing time they just need better cashiers at the concession stand they were playing around a lot and not taking care of their customer the manager came quickly rectified the situation and we left with a smile

They have installed new seats that are larger and more comfortable. A popcorn and drink (#1l) was almost $16.

This theater is always clean, and comfortable. The staff are friendly, and it has always been a safe and comfortable place to see a movie. My only complaint is the outrageous prices for things. I understand everyone has to make money, but its a $50+ affair for a couple to watch an evening show with popcorn, drink, and candy.

Jurasick World was a really good movie.

Every time I go here people are talking. Its much worse than other theatres. Also, old people get really mad if you ask them to please stop talking.

Waited in line forever to get my ticket, before purchase I asked cashier if there were many seats left, Bc I didn’t want to sit at the very bottom. He told me that the theater was not full yet and still had good seats available. I purchased the tickets and me and my friend went in to a full theater and NOWHERE TO SIT. I asked for a refund to watch the next showing, which was an hour out, and was assured we would have good seats. We waited in the lobby for an hour. Seen people start to go into the theater and so we asked the lady taking tickets if our movies was seating yet (because it didn’t show on the board that seating was happening) she told me “Yes, it is we forgot to tell you”. We still go in the theater and it was full again. Ended up with cold popcorn (bought from wanting to see the first viewing ), and having to watch a movies in terrible seats after being told we would be first to know when the movie was seating. Probably will not be coming back to this location.

Theater was nice and clean!! Only reason I didnt give a 5 star is because they tried to charge me $6 for a cup of tap water! Which is crazy because it wouldve been cheaper to get the same size cup of soda.

Finally get a date night, drive 30 mins into town. Just to find out the movie that was to played according to the website Saturday, and on the signs above the ticket window was not playing. If the movies on your site and in your display are wrong how is one suppose to know what is playing?!?

Hosted a birthday party here. The party room was just the right size. Our host was exceptionally nice and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Our seats for the movie were reserved just for the birthday party. The movie theater meal was the right size to last through the entire movie. I was pleased with the service from start to finish and will be using their services again in the future.

Overall, the theater is pretty clean, employees are very efficient and i go often and enjoy it. Just saw the Avengers 2 opening night and everything was great; only complaint was having to sit in the VERY front row bc it was completely full. Mostly my fault though, i bought the tickets ahead of time but just didnt leave early enough to find a good seat. Popcorn line was CRAZY but also to be expected.

This was my FIRST time in a regular theater in over 2 years and I was reminded why...I came in with my wife and 10 year old daughter to see an afternoon movie... It was not busy and we got there just in time. I went up to the Concessions and didnt have time to look at prices.. I got 2 large waters and a small icee with two small popcorns. It was 30 bucks... What.. the tickets were only 6.48 each but they charged me 5.74 for tap water. I understand paying a dollar for the cup and many .50 for ice and water but almost 6 dollars... No way. The small sack of popcorn was 6.44 each.... Anyway. The movie was good and we had fun but I will continue to go to my cheaper theaters and not get robbed at the concession.

Busy when new movies out packed areas but good theatre

They were truly the nicest people. They had a system malfunction, which sent us all outside. Fire department checked it out, we were all good. We went back inside, they offered free refills, started the movie up were we left off and then gave everyone free movie passes. They are a A+ in my book.

Had fun watch Grinch. My son was so excited. Prices are kinda high oaid$27 for two drinks and a large pop corn. Wow! Otherwise great place.

Great movie theater. Only had one problem where overhead lights were not on prior to show and we couldnt see well. We told an employee. I hope they figured out what happened and correct it.

My husband and i have been enjoying mivies here since they opened. Our son is now old enough, and enjoys going and watching movies now. Always friendly faces here.

Clean, staff is pleasant, and seats are moderately comfortable. Concessions are a little pricey but that is the norm for theaters.

This theater is pretty good, mostly what you would expect. I never had a bad experience that I can think of. Good selection of movies at a reasonable price but of course the snacks are where the money is made. This theater always has a good amount of security so you know that any parking lot drama is squashed pretty quickly typically. The staff are pretty nice, they get the job done. I havent walked into many movie where the floor wasnt clean.All in all, you wont be disappointed but its no luxury theater.

I could do a very mixed review on movie theater. VERY OVERPRICED, for a large popcorn which we know is almost $9 you would expect it to be good, saying that it may be flavorful but everytime I go there its cold, sitting for to long. If you are gonna charge that much keep it coming fresh and warm. After a while like a fast food, throw it out and start fresh. Secondly I remember going to a movie I bought tickets online ahead of time, got to theater, oversold tickets, had to come back 3 hours later and was not told OH BY THE WAY WE HAVE 65 SEATS RESERVED FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY OF KIDS UNDER THE AGE OF 6. I was so angry to have to come back and then sit thru that. To me thats not something that should ever happen. Those are my only problems with this place.

Not a normal movie goer but really did enjoy going. Easy ticket purchase. Nice comfortable seating. Had 3 of my grandkids with me and was able to purchase a kids deal that had a drink, popcorn and a fruit snack.

Was packed when we went to go see Black Panther. It was a decent theatre though. It was really cold in there. I would visit this theatre again to see another movie. Just recommend for you to bring a coat or a jacket.

Management was not responsive to a customer who sat in front of me next to my teenagers drinking alcohol and talking loud through the whole movie. When I complained during the movie they did nothing. Afterwards I complained again and got free movie passes. Other than that, it is a great place.

Sadly, their minimum wage staff doesnt give two hoots about true customer service, at the concession stand. When ordering the extremely over priced food and drinks, they act like they could care less if you are there. My son and I stood in line for 15 minutes only to find out it wasnt even an open line and even though it was right next to another line that was moving, the worker never bothered to say anything to myself or any of the other 10 people in line. When I finally realized nobody was going to take our order, I looked him straight in the eye and made the statement, I guess this line is closed? to which, he never even made a comment. They need to pay a little better so they can get better help.

Worst movie theater! The lady at the concessions was so rude and had such a bad attitude and wouldn’t even speak up. And she rolled her eyes at me. The water bottles cost 4.50 and a junior popcorn was 5.00. This place is way to exspensive and I sure as heck ain’t comin back.
