Wamesit Lanes

Extremely disappointing to call asking about bowling and when we got there 10 min later, they told us that there was no more bowling for the rest of the night. I feel as though instead of telling us to come, they could have informed us that there was very low or no lane availability. It was supper disappointing for our son when we had gotten there to tell him we had to go. The atmosphere seemed really fun, but the girls were not very nice and not informative at all.

Very fun place. They have ten pin and candle pin. Although there are usually a bunch of people here, Ive never had a problem getting a lane.

Service is poorWe were ordering a pitch of coke, I asked can I get some without ice.She said No, but I can get one separate. But she never brought it .Funny thing she brought the pitcher with 4 cups when we are five...!Do we calm this coincidence???

This is the worst!!!! If I can give it a ZEROOOOO star I would!! Do not go here if you’re a Hispanic!! They treat you like you don’t belong! NOT NICE AT ALL !! Never coming back

BEST BEST BEST bowling place I have ever been to!!! Thanks to my company, we had our holiday party here within this giant private bowling room with 8 lanes. Can you image how I feel when I first saw this place? Awesome!! The facility is pretty new and stylish. They even have bumpers on the lane for beginners like me. The food and drink is also great! Especially the steak tips. The staff is also very kind and helpful. Would definitely come back with my family.

Awesome job with the Fish Tacos, great quantity of haddock and chipotle aioli sauce.. Will definitely be getting again on the next visit!

This place is such a fun and amazing place to have a relaxing day out with friends or family. The food and service is excellent! I come with friends at least once every other month if not once a month just to hangout and relax. Back to the food while youre on the lanes if you want food I highly recommend getting service right at the lane from The Links. Also ask for Kertrina, she is very professional and friendly making sure everything is good and that you are enjoying your time. She has definitely made this experience an even better one!

Perfect entertainment center for the area. Has everything for everybody. If youre a competitive person, there is more than enough here to keep you busy. Outdoor seating is AWESOME and everything is designed so well. The wait is crazy on weekends and vacation weeks usually, but thats expected. Love seeing what theyve done for the community. The staff is top notch and the place runs smoothly because of them! Other entertainment/amusement centers need to take note!!

My husband and I came in tonight with a group of friends to bowl and grab a bite to eat. We all decided to go to the bar first before we bowled and despite the fact that the bartenders were busy at the time, they were attentive from start to finish. The female bartender let us know she was new to wamesit but we would have never known. The male bartender kept things lively with his bar tricks. As this being our second time here after tonight we will definitely be coming back for more fun!

We had a great time at Wamesit Lanes. The bowling lanes are clean and orderly and the whole family had fun. The kids also got to briefly enjoy the arcade, (which I secretly wish they didn’t have because it’s noisy and the kids blow through their credits pretty quickly). The down side is that it gets pricey for a two-hour time entertainment, not an outing we can make a habit of, but a place we’ll keep as an option and with an eye open for any specials, so we can return.

Love this place! I bowl in a league on mondays and they always accommodate us very well! Highly recommended!!!

I Bowl in a league at Wamesit, and Jessica Aubin isn’t just our waitress, she is part of our league and part of our family. She is nothing less than outstanding. Everyone loves her. Wanesit is a great place to spend a Wednesday night, Jess just makes it better!

Absolutely fantastic place! Bowling is always fun here, our server Kertrina was so nice and so sweet. She checked in on us after giving us our food with a huge smile on her face. I 100% recommend coming here and requesting Kertrina as your server!

We came in with a very large party for the tavern. 30+ people with a mix of kids. Julia took excellent care of us, despite also having to work the large Birthday party simultaneously.

We love coming here for family time or friend hang outs! The arcade is a favorite when my cousins come in from out of town. The patio is such a great spot for dinner/drinks and corn hole! I also love that the menu is always updating. The BBQ chicken wrap is my go to, but recently the new taco options have been drawing my attention.

Great entertainment venue with something for everyone. Love the bowling and the restaurant. Hoping to try the virtual golf soon.

We hosted our company party there and it was great! The servers, food, entertainment was all we had hoped for, for our group of 60 people. Great job! We will definately be back!

Possibly the worst experience from the start I’ve ever had here . Came in with a family of 10 people. Was told we cannot get another hour which I entirely understand is policy. However when people walk in and get a lane next to you and you’ve already spent 400 dollars it seems Rediculous to me. Speaking to management got me literally nowhere .. extremely clueless and did not help AT ALL .. beyond disappointed ... you could not pay me to come back!!!!!

Its a very nice place for a family. They have candlepin and regular. Also you can set up your name and bumper preference right ay the lane with the machine. You can also get food and drinks. (No outside food and beverages are allowed). I got pizzas and it was very good. The kids loved to play bowling. Also, they are not dark. Musics are somewhat loud to me, but it blocks others noises, I guess. They have arcade game area.I payed 13 or 14 dollars for each different pizza. Pitcher beverages was about $6.5. (Food taxes and tips will be added.) For the gmae, it was $26/1hr per lane. And shoes are $3 for kid(13 under) and $4 for adults.

Definitely not coming back any time soon! Had an awful experience tonight with Vickie P and Sherry G. Vickie was rude, aggressive and with an unacceptable attitude. When I walked in at 7:15pm to bowl with my family (5) I asked her about candle pin or 10pin lanes, she immediately responded with a rude attitude that all lanes were occupied with her league and they paid her much more than we did to be there. Simple as that. I than asked about my choices, and she provided us with a lane #3 at the private room, the only lane that has the bumpers broken, even though there was more than 2 other lanes available. When I noticed the issue and told her about it, she was not surprised and said that is what I had. I then insisted to be moved, and she insisted all lanes were occupied when it was not. After almost begging her, she than accepted to move us to another lane. Er bowled there for 1 hour and moved to the candlepin when her league ended aprox 9:15pm. She had no rush, no effort to provide us with the lane. I literately stood beside her for a long time waiting for her to take an action, and all she would say is that I had to wait, but the lanes were already free at this time. Finally we bowled for another hour and left. my night was ruined and I spent over $200. Sherryl is a waitress, miserable and unhappy, that needs to know that she is there to please the customer, that is her job. She is not doing me a favor, by coming to me to take my order. She was rude, no greeting, questioned about the ID that she had already scanned and finally when she came with the 1st beer, all she said was “ it’s $5” and asked us to pay at that time, no questions about it. Honestly, I had great experiences in the past, but now, seems like that customer service is the last thing they are worried about.

Went to the tavern for dinner. The food was good but the service was terrible. It wasnt that busy either. Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Food came and we didnt see the waitress again. I had to bring our empty cups to the bar to get water refills. Waitress finally came back 10 minutes after we finished our meal. This probably will not stop me from going back but next time maybe I just sit at the bar.

SO MUCH FUN! Visiting from Buffalo Ny.We went with our 7yr old tonight and had a great time! All staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Kiarrah(spelling might be wrong) at the front desk, she was so wonderful! Games, Bowling & Food and more games! We had the best time and looking forward to going back soon! The whole place was immaculately clean, food was good( we ordered Hawaiian pizza and Mozzarella sticks at our Lane). Mixed drinks were perfect. Great fun for all ages! Date night or with kids this is the place to go!

Be careful with using your Credit Card/Debit Card, I had an incident that they experienced a credit card machine issue (Point of Sale) issue, the server requested for me to pay in cash, so I paid in Cash per the request, and the server stated that the payment did not process, a few days later I see the funds in fact did come out of my checking account, Wamesit Lanes management had me run around trying to resolve this issue on my own to my bank. Wamesit Lanes provided paper work and sent me my way, with no formal apology or a gift card for my worries....nothing...I wonder what Mr McClaren would say, if I were to inform him how the management staff treated me. At the end of the day, I provided more than enough proof and information of my situation, I left feeling if I did something wrong, this should of been handle differently and treatment was shameful, Shame on you. Pay CASH people and be vigilante with your Credit Card transactions with these folks.

So when they say it will be 2 and a half hours for your lane, its more like an hour. Right when your food gets served at the restaurant. We were told we had a lane, our server Kristy brought food to our lane. But our lane was taken from us. Sent back to the restaurant. It was a mess. They have no idea about time. Yeah your lane is ready but by the time your server brings your food to your lane its already taken by someone else. The only good thing out of the experience is our server. Kristy I think her name was. Very nice and apologetic on behalf of the idiot receptionist. She was very sweet and made sure we were happy.

Amazing place to spend some time with the family or friends, enjoy a nice bowling game while having some drinks and snacks. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent Sunday afternoon with my brothers after a week of work. Should be back soon.

Feels like you are in a casino and is a lot bigger than you will expect. Only issue is if you like to bowl on the weekends it’s like a club scene with loud music and flashing lights everywhere. Regardless it’s still a great spot with everything from bowling, arcades, shuffleboard and a nice bar area to watch the games.

So went here with a large group of friends and family. First time and last time never again had will I be going there. I love going to Wamesit - especially for bowling and the golf simulators (which are great in winter). Ive had a couple of group events at Wamesit, including one coming up in May. Ask for Loretta Ryan if you are planning something she is fantastic. Super enthusiastic about Wamesit and the new Escape Room and very attentive to event detail.

Food is good, not 5 star, but I wouldnt expect it there. We have had company events there that were fun, buffet style. Large facility, lots of space, games for the kids too. Definitely recommend for a fun time. You dont have to bowl if you dont want to. Bar area is large.

Lmao this place is an absolute joke service is insanely rude. Manager might be the most condescending person I’ve ever met. 100% the last time I will ever come back to this so called “establishment”.

Stopped in to check out the Firewater Tavern and were quite impressed with the entire place. Its a cool combination of Kings Bowling with modern 10 pin and Candle pin lanes, Dave and Busters amusement games, and a upscale (for a bowling alley) pub. Good appetizers, drinks and food at reasonable prices. Courteous staff. I would recommend checking it out.

Great place to take the #family #friends #business etc. considering the amount of children that occupy a space this size, and for the facility to actually be clean and sanitized. This looked like a great place from the website, and advertising materials, yet it was a complete let down once our party arrived. The bar ran out of glassware (on a tuesday at noon), and shut off one of our party members after two drinks, an hour apart saying he had broken the law for asking to use the same glass. The beer selection was atrocious, and the food was just tolerable. Look elsewhere for your bowling entertainment, and save yourself the aggravation.

This bowling alley is quite nice. There are plenty of lanes and the bar is huge. The bowling side sometimes gets busy, and usually has a wait, but the friendly staff will gladly assist with your needs. The bartenders are usually quick and do a good job. I would highly recommend people get there earlier in the day as it does get very busy later. All in all I would suggest checking them out.

My friends and I have gone to ladies night multiple times all summer and have always enjoyed it but last night our waitress Isabella was the best we have had so attentive and great personality! We always enjoy the DJ and their ladies night deals

Went on a Monday night. It wasnt really all that busy, yet it took them 10 minutes to get our drinks and 45 minutes to bring out our food. We ordered a soft pretzel and a BLT. In what frickin world does it take that long to prepare those. Should be 10 or 15 minutes tops. At least our waitress was very nice!

Great place! Been here a few times with friends, played some arcade games, bowled and ate at the restaurant. Really fun place, with a good atmosphere and games to play. Wish the arcade had a few more games but it’s still a lot of fun. The food is good and the bowling is great too. It’s also 5 minutes from my house which is a bonus. Better than having to drive into Boston to find fun things to do.

Lanes where not slippery enough to slide while on approach to throw the ball. Expensive for a night of bowling. Score board kept freezing up. All in all it was just an ok time

Very crowded. Very long wait for bowling so had to leave. The arcade is fun but the games are pricey and restaurant there took $12 more than we authorized. When I called about it they said they would look into it and call me back but its been a week and I havent heard back or gotten a credit on my card. Watch out!

We ate at the Firewater Tavern. The food was pretty good, and appropriately priced. They have a fair amount of beers on tap which was nice.The virtual golf is great. The 3 of us managed to squeeze in 18 in just over 2 hours. The bar staff back near the golf was good even though they were busy. Especially Courtney, she was very nice. Overall, this place is great and well be back for more golf and some bowling.

Just had a company party at the lanes, it was awesome. the staff was great. atmosphere was fun, I had a great time. I cant wait to go back and I will, after I tell all my friends.

Stopped by for some appetizers and a couple drinks. The place is really nice and immaculately cleaned and maintained. We got seats at the bar in the fire water tavern, drinks and food were served quick, enjoyed my steak and cheese spring rolls.

There r no signs posted if pets r aloud or not aloud we r on vacation mind you had my dog in her carrier was told she’s not aloud inside then proceeded to ask if she was a service dog an were her paper work was .. if wamesit was up on service dog rules an regulations they would know they r not aloud to ask the questions they asked so my family went in but I was not alllowed in Becuz of my dog who was in her carrier was not treated fairly !!! READ YOUR ANIMAL RIGHTS WAMESIT !!!! Feel I was treated very poorly !!!

Had a great night watching dueling pianos and Isabella was an awesome waitress!!! She kept checking back and made sure we were set the whole night.

Worst experience i’ve ever had at an establishment like this. We were told it would be 55 minutes for a lane but it would be 25 for a lane with broken bumpers which is understandable because it’s February vacation. We finally get to our lane with broken bumpers after an hour and we wanted to get some food. We kept requesting service and the server walked right past us to help the people next to us. We finally got service after 30 minutes in our lane and the food took even longer. The staff here doesn’t treat you with respect at all, shocking considering how expensive it is.

I came with a group party of ~100 people, the staff provided top notch service for the entire event. Every requested detail was executed perfectly. Most importantly, everyone had fun. I couldnt have been more impressed with how well the day went. Thank you!

Lots to do and eat. My 20 month old son was able to bowl with us thanks to a ramp they provided us. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

One of th better bowling alley around the area. A good selection of arcade games, food options, plenty of bowling lanes. It can be a little pricey in comparison to some of the other bowling alleys and you should definitely call up to ask about wait times, before leaving the house, because the wait times can be excessive.

Great night out. Bowling - both 10 pin and candlepin. Bar with indoor golf simulators. Private party area with bowling lanes. Good food in the restaurant/ bar area. Outdoor games area. Honestly cant go wrong. Game room is large for kids.

Its a very nice facility with plenty to do! Last time we went during the day the wait for bowling was over 2 hours, hampering our experience. But obviously a very popular place.

I was there today with a group of people. We made a few orders of food and it was terrible. Soup tasted bad like straight out of a can. The chicken wings had no salt or seasoning at all, I suggested the server and nothing was done. The food for the rest of the people was bag too. Over all bad exp today

Great place, havent been bowling yet since they said it was a 3 1/2 hour wait, so we went somewhere else, but the bowling alley looked in superb condition, restaurant was good, and we were treated with great respect. Granted my brother was allergic to peanuts, so the lady got mixed up twice, and got a chocolate topping first one, and then came back with chocolate ice cream. But over all it is loud so I wouldnt blame her. Anyways it wouldnt be good if you are a minority if you are going here as one. Would come back here again for my birthday.

Nice place for family before 8 pm

Very nice inside. Everything is nice and new and the lanes have nice electronic interfaces. The beer list is really good, there are plenty of bars throughout, and the food is pretty good.

We had a company party here! What a great time. Our server, Netty, went above and beyond in service. A great time was had by all.

The food sucks here! I wouldn’t recommend it. I had more lettuce on my plate than steak and any other veggies. If I didn’t mention anything about the 3 pieces they served me they would’ve had me pay full price for the steak tips since it’s not included with the salad. Steak was chewy as hell! My man’s buffalo wings were soggy & as if they js thru sauce over the wings and called it buffalo wings. Glass of water was dirty as if they didn’t wash it before serving us. You can see the left overs of others on the rim of the cup, so gross! Ugh! Never again! First and last experience! I would suggest Kings Entertainment instead in Burlington.

Great atmosphere and accommodating, friendly staff. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is I think everything is extremely over priced and having to pay by time instead of lanes that you bowl is a bit much. Who can relax under that condition.

This place is hands down the best family entertainment center in the Merrimack Valley. Everyone had so much fun. Age doesnt matter in this place. There is something fun for everyone!

Very nice bowling alley. Great service with decent food and drinks. Expect the pinsetter to slow down when you or your group plays faster than management wants.

Had my daughter 9th birthday here, there was confusion when we arrived about what to do and where to go. Only the people in red shirts know anything about birthday stuff making all of the desk people useless. It wouldnt the a problem if the red shirt people werent so busy working with other birthday parties that were going on. We were told to be there at 5:15 for shoes so we could start at 5:30 with bowling. We werent able to do that and stood around for an extra 15 minutes not knowing what to do. Our red shirt person Casey was great! Once we got in contact with him everything worked out well, we were the last birthday for the night so every thing being delayed worked out okay since Casey was able to get us some extra bowling and room time to make up for the delayed start. The only other issue was that people get the party room for a half an hour. That seems too short for kids to return shoes, grab jackets, eat pizza, and cake. I would suggest expanding it another 15 minutes.

Candlepin and Tenpin bowling. They still appear to be working out the issues with the computer scoring system, but the lanes or okay. We had the food from the restaurant very early on when they opened and it was relatively poor. They have hopefully improved the food options. The arcade is great, but getting the kids by the arcade without spending money is difficult.

If you go to Fire and Water Tavern, make sure you ask for Isabella. She was awesome and super patient with our large party. Food was ok, but the service was excellent. We will definitely go back
