Nice neighborhood, mostly quiet, great staff.

I have lived in Yes Communities for almost 4 years! Ms. Pat, Ms. Carol & Ms. Analy have always been so understanding & amazingly helpful with anything and everything!We started using the resident app so we get notifications say if maintenance is working on something & they don’t have time to notify everyone or put a paper on all our doors....that’s where the app comes in great use so that we are notified about what’s going on in the community! It’s amazing! I love living here cause it feels just life family

This mobile home park seems to be fairly clean and fairly well kept. If you need a place to stay its a pretty good place to stay.

Terrell crossings is an awesome place to live. Terrell crossings is always kept up and clean, the neighbors are nice and polite. The maintenance guys are really nice and are always ready to help with anything you might need. And the sales ladys are the most awesome of all. They take you through everything you need to know and dont leave nothing out, they work with you any way they can, and there always there for you when you need them. I have to give a big thanks to Analy Herrera and patt. I just closed on a house here at Terrell crossings and had no problems with it at all. She breaks it down for you and youll understand it perfectly.If your looking to move out of your old house and into another or if its your first time moving out on your own Terrell crossings is the way to go.

Clean, safe, atmosphere

Terrell crossing is an awesome community because of its awesome staff. Ms Pat and Carole are the sweetest ladies who genuinely care about their community. The community has lots of brand new homes that they brought in a year ago. A++

I have been living here for a year now and cant say anything bad about my house, the property or the office staff. The few times we needed something fixed it has been done that day. the ladies in the office are such a joy and the property I well kept. Im glad we found this place and were able to get a home here cause I cant see myself living anywhere else. Keep up the great work :)

Great Management team, rapid response time from maintenance to any emergency issues, clean streets, well kept yards, and landscaping, family centered environment with respectful neighbors. If I ever returned to Terrell Id consider living within the community again.

Such a wonderful place to live! the women in the office do such an amazing job and are always willing to help in any way they can. the community is always very clean and well kept.

I have alott of issues here, place is not quite by all means. People think they can do what ever they want around here. People drive on my grass all the time right next to my trailer. I asked the office to do something about it and after them doing it a few more time and me going out there and yelling at them they stopped. Office people are very busy all the time and i feel like they forget some times about issues you have.

Great place to call home. The ladies in the office are great and very sweet. The maintenance crew guys are awesome and do a great job.

It seems like a nice community and in a great location close to easy shopping areas.

Just finished the Approval Process. We could not be more please with how this all went! The staff was so helpful!!! We are looking forward to moving in very soon! Could not have had a better Experience!

The office staff is always very friendly. The people living there...ehh.. You got your typical trailer park people I guess but the mobile homes look nice and are affordable

They told me something about a buy for. Where someone else can buy the home for you. Never heard of it before. Looked it up and find nothing on it. And they dont do that paperwork properly before they turn it into their financial company.

I have lived in Terrell Crossing Community for almost a year and find the staff to be very nice and polite. If I have a problem with my property they get a work order in and maintenance gets it taken care of promptly . Have enjoyed living in the park

Really nice trailer park very clean and quiet but there are thieves that live there, among some really awesome people.

Great mgs. But,current owners, Yes Community, are not keeping the park up to standards, e.g.: Roads have a lot of cracks and potholes, and my parking space has no drainage, so I have standing water in majority of parking space. With me being handicapped in a wheelchair/walker, its very slippery when the water stands for awhile, mold and slime are present. I have a metal ramp for my wheelchair and walker, but the deck is wooden and has rotten wood and needs to be replaced, but I cant afford it. Because I rely on SS disability also disiblity from VA. Ive lived here since October 2004,

This place is horrible! My family got sick from mold growing inside the walls behind a shower and by the water heater. When we reported it they raised our rent $200 and kicked us out. That was year ago and we are still struggling to get healthy and replace our belongings that became infested with mold. And after we left Pat the property manager went around telling people that still lived here they found drugs and parafanlya that we left behind. Im guessing to discrete us and cover their ass. I even called the yes corporation main headcorders and never made it past the operator that really didnt give a rats ass, and never got a call back. If you value your families life your best bet is to run away screaming and never look back.
