This was my 1st time going to Michaels. Brenda Kay was my cashier. She went out of her way to help me, she was amazing!!!! I plan on going back for all of my craft needs. Its really nice to experience such great customer service in a world where hate is celebrated.

A good store. Better priced than Hobby Lobby and nicer staff. The lines can be a little long if its busy but worth the wait. The selection of things they have is great and the isles are well organized and well stocked.

They literally NEVER have what Im looking for AND then my car was hit in their parking lot and of course they dont have surveillance cameras outside lol. Wth

We had a wonderful time making crafts for free today.

Wanted to buy potpourri for fall. It was half off and the floral picks for fall were 40% off so that was great! Clean store. Nice employees!

Justin was extremely helpful and got our diploma framing needs met in record time. Found a clearance frame we liked for $100 off. Very pleasant experience.

A woman who works there approached me when NOONE was around me. She told me to cover my nose with my mask. I do not cover my nose because the danger to others comes from our breath. I did pull up the handkerchief, even though there was noone anywhere near me (the store was nearly empty). As I began to shop, the woman kept coming to check that I was compliant. I felt completely harassed and will NOT be back to Michaels. I left the merchandise I was going to purchase in the cart and walked out. I spent my money at Hobby Lobby instead.

Business is very clean, and follows all COVID-19 business recommendations. Great selection of various art supplies and even some none art supplies. Reasonably priced and friendly staff. The only downside was on the upper wall in one area was marked food art and it was full of ribbon, nothing food related at all. Other than that, its a great store for the artistic!

The employee we interacted with did their best to help us find the item I was looking for. The store was clean and well taken care of.

Great place to drop off the ole ball and chain for when I just need some time off.

Overall a very good experience. The cashier was very helpful when the item I wanted was discovered damaged prior to checkout. Some of the aisles could have used some tidying, but overall, I would be happy to shop here again.

They didnt have anything on the shelves in one whole section, and of course it was the section of the particular item I had gone in there to buy. Michaels is always great, if not a bit high.

Like it, but did not have lots of merchandise, not really good specials, bought so little.

Arts and crafts store, that sell Christmas decorations during the holidays. Can you believe it.

I love this place it has an AMAZING variety of things for every arts and craft project I need.

Store has most everything at 60% off. If you are going to get anything for the 4th of July, then go here. Great prices . Much smaller than Hobby Lobby but prices are great.

Love this store. Every time i go into Michaels i find some craft that is fun for me and the family.

Its been awhile since Ive been in here. One thing I dislike about Michael is how close everything is to each other. 2 normal size adults cant be in the same aile. Its a pain trying to find someone to assist you and today to top it off every employee seemed to be having a bad day. I only went because I was crafting and ran out of something I really needed and it was Sunday, Hobby Lobby was closed.

Very small store with compact isles. Hard to navigate with a wheelchair.

One of the employees was extremely rude to my wife. We left and spent our money elsewhere.

This is my second time visiting this store. I had a pretty good experience. There were lots of arts, crafts and frames to choose from. A lot if items were on sale (40%) off. I also got a great deal on picture storage containers, exactly what I was looking for. In addition, I appreciate the military/teacher discount of 15%.

This is my favorite store!!! I have yet to come in and ask for something they dont have. The staff has always been very friendly and extremely helpful. I dont have a Michaels in my town and I drive almost an hour to get to this one.

The selection of craft materials was decent. I was surprised by how high the prices were given the average quality. I would think you could do better with a little shopping, but if you are short on time, Michaels might be a good option.

Great store, its like a mini Hobby Lobby. This location has easy parking. Employees are nice had seen decent prices. Just not a lot of inventory. It was clean and maintained. Only one cashier avaible when I was there.

Great place to go. They always have the things I need. And at a better price then other big stores such as, Wal-Mart, and Target.

Management has become a joke. The state opened up today. Yet this place is still closed.

Best craft store Ive been in. Better at religious neutrality than Hobby Lobby, so I dont feel like its in my face. Has a better selection of craft supplies as well. Definitely prefer here and reccomend it to others.

If the store is closed its closed, just say its closed. The website sets you up for curbside delivery, takes your money then leaves you in limbo waiting. Customer service isnt accepting phone calls just sends you to online chat, which does nothing, they just try to convince you to pay delivery fees.

It takes longer than Id like to check out, but considering that they usually have what i need, its worth the wait.

Always has good sales like 40% off or you can use a 40% off coupon on one item.

Found everything what we need

A few staples like fabric iron on tape was impossible to find. And many items on the clearance aisle were not clearance. A little frustrating.

They do not have good customer service. I couldnt find anybody to help me look for something and when I ask someone that the register she seemed annoyed and just called somebody else but I never even saw,anybody

I have been waiting for a family of 4 to finish their shopping at you Temple, Texas location and you only allow 10 per customer or 1 but no more than two family members in at a time.

They didnt have much of what I needed like they use to. What happened to all the planners? I miss the variety they once had. Shelves were bare. Not one employee asked me if I needed help. The cashier was helpful but I was beyond ready to leave by then.

Im a paper crafter and dont find Michaels a great place except for cardstock and the occasional journal. On a general note, I feel very crowded here - the aisles are narrow and merchandise often spills out of the shelves and impedes traffic. However, the staff is uniformly nice and helpful

Not bad, the addition of being a UPS pickup drop-off is a bit tedious since it didnt come with a lot of training and forethought apparently. Not Hobby Lobby...

The cashier seemed to hate her job. She didnt even tell us our total, we had to look on her screen while she just stared at us. No small bags, long lines, and just an overall bad experience. Wont be back.

Well organized, but many of the artificial flowers appear to be really inexpensive looking. Perhaps I expect too much. But prices reasonable, polite staff.

I absolutely HATE this place for being so close to me!!! THEY ALWAYS SEND me the BEST coupons any craft store has to offer. Their EVERYDAY deals are the BOMB!!! I cant go a day without looking at the site at least once a day... And it seems as if I only work to give my hard earned money to them!!! Then THEY HAVE THE MOST AMAZING freaking customer service, its ashame theyre still in business because who has customer service skills anymore... Oh thats right... MICHAELS IN TEMPLE does!!! This particular store and their employees are amazing, no matter the problem, or the question, they will do their BEST in helping you. MANAGEMENT ON DOWN!!!

I love having Michaels in my area. I love doing crafts. Michaels has such a large assortment and I have found there process to be a bit less than another local craft store in the area. Oh and the classes that they have. It is just awesome!

Between Hobby Lobby and Michaels, I am always find everything I am looking for. Michaels employees always has friendly, truly caring and knowledgeable attitude. It makes happy that there is always a visible employee available to ask for help.

Michaels is always great they have the best picture frames that man hobby lobby they also have a wide selection of other products that my wife can buy there for homeschool use.

Very organized! Most everything is in stock. Their shipment truck comes on Fridays so that would be the best say to go. The sales are great and they are vert rarely sold out of anything. I dont really care for their T-shirts although they so go on sale alot.

This Michaels was just okay. No employees greeted us at all, yet they saw us walk through the door. There were things on the floor in different areas, a lot of stuff out of place, and they were kind of limited on the stock of a few things I was looking for.

I really like this place, also if you like to save, download their app. Deals are always happening, they even take competitions coupons. Love this store.

Well I was really upset. I am doing a baby shower and they had nothing I needed. They use to carry everything you could use to do mums and stuff for games. Bring it back.
