(TTFRC) I have enjoyed my visits from first visit to present day. That includes the new visiting systems they have adopted because of the Human Virus Transmissions (HVT). Which I appreciate.I want to thank the staff for returning during these difficult times. Your cheerful welcome and smiles are appreciated but Im a vet and I know a small change in your work schedule could translate into a major change in your personal life. And it does not matter whether you are a first response or maintaining daily events of the system you are a part of, you are putting yourself at risk or worse a love one. So wear your mask with pride and I will continue to wear mine.Your humanity is appreciated and with that I simply say to each of you. Thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU. Be blessed.

The rec center is a family friendly place to enjoy sports the pool and playground. Amazing instructors for swimming and gymnastics. My son loves the rec center just like I did as a kid growing up in temple terrace.

This is a great facility with so many amenities to choose from. It is for everyone in the family. I love that they have Camp Gladiator there for an outdoor workout now!

Place was really nice. Was decked out for Halloween but could have had a couple of more things for the kiddies. Haunted maze was really cool. All in all was worth it.

Wait til you see the awesome renovation! The dance studio is now enclosed with glass doors and seating outside of studio to watch your child dance. The gym has completely been relocated to the front of building, next to dance studio. It has doubled inside and features a second floor with exercise bikes, treadmills and perfect view of the new flat screen televisions.

They take care of their neighborhood. Great selection of things to do. Accommodating staff.

Great family recreation center.My wife call it temple terrace resort center. Specially after the new opening last month .Very nice and professional staff from the lobby to the pool and gym area .My kids enjoy and love it and we are proud part of this community center.

The gym has a great selection of clean equipment. The staff is always kind, encouraging, and helpful.

I reserved this spot for a baby shower I was having. The process seemed smoothed when I originally started the reservation. I paid a $50 deposit and was told that as long as I kept the facility clean, that I would receive it back. No problem. Than I come back a week later to find out the room I reserved was not even supposed to be given out. Originally, the staff attempted to steer me down the road to a different facility to have my shower however I spoke with Phil who set all the accommodations and helped very quickly in resolving the issue.Come my baby shower — I was advised I could have the room 15 minutes earlier than the reservation date. When I went to check in, a blonde haired lady at the front desk was very rude and said I could not have the room at 10:15 but 10:30 and that was that. It’s standard policy and I couldn’t go in. I asked her why her staff would advise different as I needed to set up and she stated she didn’t have an answer and I wouldn’t be getting in the classroom till 10:30. Fine — had my baby shower. Afterwards went up to receive my refund for the deposit and come to find out that information was also wrong! I don’t receive it on my card as advised, I have to wait 6-8 weeks to get it back.I’m truly upset about the misinformation I received from several staff members and how rude they were when inquiring about it. The facility is nice and clean in general but I won’t be renting from here again. It is a hassle and quite honestly, if I wouldn’t have checked on my rental, I wouldn’t have had a baby shower... the staff was very misguided and rude.

I love the rec center, my friends and I have had so much fun there. There are lots of activities to do; swim, gymnastics, basketball, and more. They have a swim team and tons of other sports teams to sign up for. You can also sign up to be a member, to get some good deals on activities to do while you are there. If you have children you can sign them up for after school care during the school year, and for summer camp in summer. Additionally, they have places to throw amazing birthday parties.

I have never seen a rec center so well staffed or equipped.

My kid had a JV basketball game at 5:30. My 1st time at TTRC and wow what a great facility!! Basketball courts are awesome just need to fix the nets. But yea great place!!

Did you know you can rent out the entire pool area, including the slides for birthday parties? Its true. You can have as many people as you want. Both of my kids have had birthday parties here and its never been a let down. If you kid wants to have a pool party, and you dont have a pool, this is your place. Life guards are provided and they are very helpful. Hint: buy pizza for your guests and relax.

Great place to exercise, it has really grown into a fantastic family oriented place to go. I used to go and play racquet ball 40 years ago when all that was there was the racquet ball courts and a pool now there is a complete gym plus there.

My grand daughters enjoy the open gymnastics on Saturday mornings. The girls are friendly and the coaches were very helpful when spotting the girls or giving them little hints to correct any errors.

Just finished a tennis competition. It was odd to have split courts by a mile but it seem to work out well. Liked the civered seating at the hard courts.

What a gem! Glad to be a resident! The staff is kind and professional; facilities are clean; theres a spot for every activity youd like. Wish there were more hobby classes, but there is pickle ball!!

The basketball court is very dusty none of the people that are playing can even play ever one is sliding I find this very annoying I’ll definitely be going to LA fitness from now on

Love the staff. Very clean and tidy lobby, bathrooms, facility in general. Plenty of options for kids and adults to enjoy.

Looks like a good facility. They have most amenities, people need. They should allow, like other places, a few free or guest visits, to get to know the clubs intricate derails, like, is the tennis times all taken, is there too many in line for pickleball etc.. $10/day, for a non-member... Way too much..

Stopped by to play pickle ball with my wife and two year old for a couple hours... only one of us can even play at a time as one of us watches our two year old. Wanted $28 for two hours :/

This recreation center is truly about the family. The prices for members and non members cannot be beat. I am constantly amazed at how affordable it is to have my children participate in sports and activiites that are of such high quality. The staff are helpful, welcoming, and eager to assist with any needs or questions. The grounds are well kept but the work out equipment is a little out dated. The summer programs are amazing and the field trips are a plus. I have been pleased with my experience.

The facilities are dated and in need of a remodel but the staff is friendly and the programs are excellent. My 3 year old was swimming on her own after 2 cycles of their swim classes!

Good and inclusive community team, staff is mostly helpful and nice( pool people have some very helpful but sadly some so-so) facility has a bit of an old feel in its building and equipment of gym was a bit dated.

A hidden gem in the city of Temple Terrace. Best rec center Ive seen in Tampa so far (compared to Brandons). Gymnastics and Cheerleading programs are awesome! Nicely priced as well

Overpriced for daily nonresident pass. Gym is depressing at best. Equipment is rusting, etc. They claimed they were going to update the gym October 2017 and nothing yet.

Went there for the fireworks show, alot of people were there waiting, and no fireworks show! Someone should have at least came and made an announcement. Wont go there again.

Its nice tho the people there arent always friendly.

I only use the fitness center (weight room). Not the prettiest place in the world, but they have a wide selection of equipment. Staff is very friendly and the pricing cant be beat.
