My first impression was not good from the outside as it was hard to find but once we were inside I was blown away by the great sound and visual look of the room. This was our first time listening to anyone play the piano here and it was amazing how well teenagers could play the piano.

The Katzin Concert Hall is a wonderful place for concerts. The accustic is great, the seats are comfortable. The only problem can be parking, if something is going on at the Gammage Auditorium at the same time.

ASU frequently has recitals by both talented students and faculty in this Hall, often for free. Its a wonderful way to enjoy and support the talent at the school.

I have been to this concert hall several times to watch ASU students perform. It is hard to beat the free entrance. The performances have been very good.

Great acoustics and seating. Went to a piano and woodwinds recital and could hear perfectly from both front and back seats. Wish parking was easier when Gammage is in use.

Katzin Concert has some fantastic performances, however the seating leaves something to be desired. It is a bit crammed, even if you are short it still feels a bit tight.

Ive been here many times for free classical music performance by ASU students. I usually pay to park at the ASU Art Museum or if none available there, at the ASU Ceramics studio. Then I walk next door or about a block, respectively, to the music building. Lots of lovely evenings with friends and family. Clean and free.

I saw a string recital there, it was great. A small, intimate venue with great sound. Im not a musical expert but I enjoyed it greatly, and it was free. Ive been to a few symphonies downtown, this place was better in some ways!Couple of things. Parking is confusing, but you can park nearby in gamage for free most nights. Second thing, please follow rules for concert! no noise, cell phones, no coming or going except between pieces during applause.
