The Rio Salado Rowing Club hosted my company for a morning of team-building activities and it was a great experience! The instructors were friendly and patient and got 14 people with no experience out on the water and rowing together by the end of the morning! They had everything covered from the detailed itinerary to the equipment to breakfast at the end.

Gotta try it! Words cant describe the physical mental spiritual emotional changes you will receive. The longer you stick with it, the more you will understand its not just a sport.
