We stopped in on 9/26 for my sisters bachelorette party. We were greeted by am amazing employee who asked for our IDs upon entry and asked Julian to assist us. We didnt know what a treat we were in for. He took us on a tour. Spent time with my sister and showing her many different things explaining what they did and why. His personality was great. He had us all feeling so comfortable and encouraged us to look at other items and why. All the girls are still talking about how much fun we had and a few left with new purchases to explore and play with. Customer service is always awesome here but Julian truly went above and beyond to allow us to enjoy and learn at our stop. Thank you so much!!

I have been to this location many times and they never ID me. Today I came in with my wife and I didn’t have my ID. The “manager” Lee told me she needed to verify I was over 18. I am 37 and look like I’m 50. I asked if I could show my debit cart with my picture on it and give her my phone number that was in the system. She refused and rolled her eyes at me. As I’m sitting in the car waiting for my wife I see a guy and his wife come in. They didn’t even have the couple show their id’s. I came back in and asked the 3 ladies behind the counter why they didn’t ID the couple. They just laughed at me and said they looked old enough. Like really?!?!? Super rude and unprofessional. I drove 30min to get here. Will not be coming back to this store.

Wish i could do no stars for sassy male manager in charge as well as sassy female cashier, called in advance before driving out to this location about a size difference and everything sounded good so i drove out from east Mesa to Tempe (25-30 minute drive) only to be told in a “disgusted” rude way, no exchanges were allowed, could have heard that as a heads up on the phone when i explained i bought one size too small and wanted a size up but no :) also received nasty attitude when it came to them explaining 1X is equivalent to XL, not according to their tags though, there is a size XL and a size 1X, that is what i was referring too lol overall bad experience for the 5 minutes i was there.

I had an issue with a pushy sale yesterday that didnt work out for me at all. Today, the sales associate with black hair and bangs (a Bettie Page vibe, Im kicking myself for not getting her name) was *super* sweet and helpful when the manager, Jessica, allowed me to get a different product. Im really happy with my new purchase and with how the store and staff handled my issue. They were also super quick, no more than 24 hours went by before I had a resolution. I really wish I could leave this place zero stars. After being disappointed with the costume selection at Party City, my girlfriends and I decided to give Fascinations a try. I ended up finding a cute costume for a decent price, however I was unable to try it on at the time due to the line for the fitting rooms and the business being low staffed. So I got in line to check out. I confirmed with the man at the front that I did indeed have 15 days to return any unworn clothing item as long as I have my receipt. Ok- cool.I get home and open the package only to find out that the zipper to the costume does not zip. It’s stuck. Clearly had been broken and returned previously. Without even trying it on, 2 business days later I showed up to the same location to return the broken item that was sold to me.Receipt in hand- I am told by the “manager” at the front that Halloween items cannot be returned past the 24th. Today is the 26th, and the item was purchase the night before on 10/23. I explained that I was sold a broken costume by them and that I was also told that I have 15 days to return. Which is also stated on the receipt. No where on the receipt or in the store does it say returns can’t be made past the 24th!! She told me she can’t help me.I called the customer service number listed on the website MANY times today and left numerous voicemails but I have yet to get a call back. How can a business just makeup a fake return date!? Not only is this unethical but it’s also unlawful to sell a customer a broken product and not allow a rerun. I will certainly be taking this to the BBB. This business should not be allowed. Patiently waiting to get a response from corporate...

To be short, September of last year I was diagnosed with depression and severe anxiety. My marriage was on the rocks. Fast forward to Christmas time. I was feeling like myself again and wanted to reconnect with my husband. Stopped by fascinations one afternoon and grabbed knickknacks. Two days later, I realized I didnt like what I purchased and returned them the next morning, with everything untouched and receipt still in the bag. I was given a return receipt and a gift card with the 50-something dollars on it. I told my husband and he joined me a few days later. He helped me pick out a really gorgeous piece of lingerie and we got this sex book or whatever. Get the register and handed the cashier my gift card and return receipt.After a few tries with the gift card, I was told that the system was having trouble verifying money on the card. So she took down my name and number, put my items to the side and told me that I should hear back within a few days from a manager about the card. Few days pass. No phone call. A week later, I still didnt hear anything. I called asking about it and they had no clue what was going on. I had to explain everything. Again was told that my information was taken down and to expect a phone call soon. Weeks passed by at this point and I heard absolutely nothing. I grew extremely frustrated. At this point what we picked out that day was probably not there anymore.I waited a few more weeks and decided to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. My bank mailed me a packet which I filled out detailing the incident. Less than a week later, my bank mailed me a packet with fascination claiming that the purchase was indeed valid but no mention of a return on the merchandise nor a gift card being issued. I had to use time off from work to go to my bank in person to have copies of the gift card and corresponding number along with the return receipt faxed to my credit card company. My bank finally sided with me and refunded me the money.My issue here wasnt the money. It was the fact that I went completely ignored for WEEKS and even after I submitted the dispute with my credit card company, I still didnt hear back. I was extremely disappointed. To be quite honest, that entire experience of waiting for someone from fascinations to call back and dealing with the credit card dispute gave me severe anxiety attacks which was unbearable. I vowed to never give this business my money. I just wanted to be treated fairly, like a human being. I just wanted something beautiful to make me feel like a woman and to be able to make memories with my husband.Needless to say, just be cautious with how you shop. Always keep receipts just in case you have to prove anything. I ended up going to another lingerie store and was extremely happy with my purchase and customer service experience. We are all aware that clothing at any sex shop runs smaller than advertised, but when an employee offers clothing that can not be returned then they need to notify the customer before purchase. I understand that underwear is an intimate piece of clothing but we only had it for a couple days. Needless to say we werent offered our money back as a return, an exchange for another size or store credit. My recommendation dont purchase from here, keep looking.
