Theres an amazing selection of Halloween decor! The best selection of indoor and outdoor decor. A bit pricy, but I suggest buying it the day after Halloween.

My lady visit they didnt seem to have many sales. One of the employees was a bit snappy and rude. I love the stores seasonal selection. When you have a coupon you can potentially save a high percentage on your purchase. They have a wide variety of craft products to choose from.

The store was stocked with Fall decorations and Halloween items. It was neat and clean throughout store and not very crowded. The employees are nice and helpful.

Ordered curbside pickup, sat for 4 min on the phone finally provided order number and parking spot. Then employee comes out dumps stuff in our trunk without any confirmation, greeting or eye contact at all. She moseyed beck into the store leaving us wondering is it done? Is that it?Guess so...

It was dumb they were metering how many could enter store. Only one we saw doing that.

I love this place. Anything and everything you need for projects. Theres so many different sections that I tend to lose track of time searching. Prices are a little high but they usually have a coupon available to use on most things.

Another location, another slim to none in picking from any resin materials or molds. Forcing me to shop online from other places that offer more options. They also wont take competitors coupons right now which is extremely disappointing.

Its like any other Michaels, but maybe a little messier. The check out line also has a wait just like any other Michaels. However, the customer service is excellent. So far, everyone has been exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was able to show them something online and they old me exactly where to find it. They also gave me tips on finding it in the pile. For those reason, I would say this is a 5 star store!

Nobody in the back of the store to help but they had what I needed after wandering around.

I like this Michaels very much. It is a little out of the way for me, but it is worth it to take the time to go there, as the selection is so much better than the store that is closer to my home.They keep their paints restocked, so they have pretty much all the colors you need. Also, the brushes and other craft supplies that I could not find at the other store were in stock here.The staff is friendly and helpful.

Typical Michaels, nothing special with customer service or items. Messy store with items in the wrong place EVERYWHERE. TALK about guess a price! THANK GOD for those price scanners or people would be EMBARRASSED at the register. The item I was looking, white milked paint, was out of stock and the store was not restocking them. Instead of offering ways to assist, they simply said sorry and that was that. I went to Lowes and an employee actually THERE went on his phone and found a location within a mile, NOT HOME DEPOT, carrying EXACTLY what I needed. Mind you I have been looking for months! Now, THATS customer service if you ask me. I left Home Depot and went to quire my paint. Came back to Home Depot for brushes EVENTHOUGH the other spot had them. #LOYALTYSo yeah, the employees at Michaels didnt give me that extraordinary vibe. Michaels has Rose of crafts spray paints and home redecorating Isles. You can learn from specialized classes and I prefer Michaels over the book Barnes and the craft stores inside the local. I go to Michaels because its everywhere. And theyre not the barn Google people. I go and Michaels has always been my main choice when I want to get creative.

Friendly staff always willing to help. Best to get those high ticket items with their generous coupons. The art supplies here are kept neat and dont feel rummaged through like some places. Open stock brushes, paint and markers always appear in great shape.

After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, I was told the item that I wanted was 40% off. I told her I thought it was 70% off. She did not offer to check the price. So I said I didnt want it.Just to be sure, I double checked. The signs all said 70% off. Also the item wasnt just a misplaced item by a customer as there was a whole stock of the item in the location of the 70% off sign. Disappointed.

The line moved really fast at this store (unlike the Michaels near me) - even though it was only a couple of days after Christmas and many of us were happily shopping the Sale! The employees were very kind and patient (totally understood when I had to run back to my car for my phone). I will gladly shop this store again!

A total fail. Went to framing desk to ask a quick question. Waited for 10+ minutes while technician helped someone else, and with someone waiting somewhat patiently in line ahead of me. Technician never acknowledged either of us. I left without any answer, and wont be back.

Visiting Michaels is like going to Disneyland for me theres so many items to choose from that youre mind just run wild with creativity I think I walked in there one day and try to to buy some paint but ended up spending almost $300 because theres so many options there to choose from they change up their Decor every so often and you can get caught up with the checkout line at they have baskets full of options of things to purchase random things stuff animals bubbles candy sodas and little trinkets but its a Well Visit I probably visit this location Maybe every season but every time I go the people are always friendly and the line moves pretty quickly
