Love this theater the seats are the best and so comfortable. Every seat is a full size leather recliner with a tray for all your snacks and drink. Also plenty of space with lots of leg room. Ticket prices are very fair. Highly recommend the unlimited pass. They have also now switched to Pepsi products im very happy about that. The screens and giant and the sound is perfect.
Love this theater so much I hope they stay open. This pandemic has hurt alot of businesses and I hope they can power thru I have missed them these passed couple months.
This is our favorite theater. Glad they are open again. Leather reclining seats with plenty of room. You also have your very own tray table. Yummy popcorn too
Been here a few times and never had a problem. Tonight I was really, really disappointed. When we bought our tickets (as the movie was starting) we had our choice of all the seats but two (i.e., only two other people had purchased tickets for the movie). As we walked into the theater, a few teenagers were walking out goofing off. Oh, oh! Excuse me, they said. Do you know what movie this is? Weve been in watching the ads. We told them. Went in and sat down in front of about 5 or so more of their friends (none of them were sitting in the two other pre-purchased seats). When the movie started, I left to talk to a manager about the situation, was met by a member of the custodial staff who said he came in because he could hear the teens. He went to talk to management for me. Custodial staff occasionally checked on the teens who were fairly quiet for the first half of the movie, but were in and out, loud and disrespectful the rest of the show. After the show, I approached the man at the front door to ask what their policy was. He said they had tickets, he looked at them himself. Total lie! Those kids did not have tickets and Im horrified that he would say they did. I asked him what they would do if they hadnt. He claimed they would have kicked them out. I dont know why they didnt, but obviously this theater cares more about something other than my experience as a customer. Tried to support a local theater and Im regretting it now! Oh, and the other couple who actually had purchased tickets overheard my conversation with the guy checking tickets and said it was a bad experience for them as well. Ridiculous, they called it. Oh, and no offer for complementary tickets. No more theaters for me!
Food was so delish. I will be back with my relatives. This place has a great feel to it. Feeling here is similar to a place in Columbus I liked.
They use to be great. Popcorn no longer is good and now they switched to Pepsi, why?? Sound was decent. Only good thing there now are the seats. Havent been back since. All went downhill after COVID.
Went for the new showing of Tenet, great movie horrible sound management. Through out the movie scenes that had ZERO action were producing well over 100 decibels. Several times myself and those around me had to cover up our ears because the sound was so sharp and over 110 decibels. Some people had to walk out because the sound was so loud that you couldn’t understand the dialogue. I’ve been to action packed movies several times but to be blasting 110 decibels for a boat floating in the water with no action is just uncalled for and very poor sound check by management. Left with a pounding head and ringing ears. As recorded below almost the whole movie was over 100 decibels even for scenes where two people are conversing. Will not be returning again!
Small clean theatre. Recliners were very nice. The swinging table over the seat was very convenient for snacks and drinks. Weve been to other theatres with slightly nicer recliners but only drink holders in the armrests. Having a place to put your popcorn and snacks is so much nicer. The screen and sound were great. The only negative was the cold air coming from the ceiling. So glad I wore a heavy sweater plus had my coat to snuggle and keep warm!
Cheaper seats overall but the nicest ones around! Even cheaper on Tuesday and snacks are decently priced. I can sit near the front and still have a great view. Love this theater!
They serve Pepsi now. Wont be going back since one of the reasons I loved Regal was because of the delicious Coke!
I love this theater! Every seat is like being comfy at home in my recliner. They are assigned seats, so you dont have to worry about waiting in line or anything like that. There is this perfect tray that you can bring in front of you or keep to the side of you with a drink holder for your snacks and goodies. Next time im going to bring a small fleece blanket and I will be in HEAVEN! we had SO much fun.
The seating is first class. Also the popcorn is great.
The design and flow of this theater is terrible. Who decided it was a good idea to put the self-help soda in the opposite direction of the entrance to the theater?I know they poured butter on the bag of popcorn, because it was on the outside of the bag and got all over my clothes. I just wish the popcorn got some. It would have tasted better. The seats were comfy, but a little close with the tray. The movie was great! 1917.
Ive been here a few times. The first time I had their tacos.. big mistake.. the steak was more like rubbery tofu. This time the mens restroom was a nightmare. Half of the urinals were out of order and the other half were overflowing.. I guess if you like wading through other peoples urine then this is the place for you. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the movie was good. Do yourself a favor and find another theater.Side note to management.. stop offering items that you cant keep in stock.. having to settle for my third choice is not a good way to start the movie going experience.. supremely disappointed with this location.
You can never go wrong with a good time at a movie theatre, I love it here are Regal. The theatres are so roomy, I especially love the big cushiony seats with the swing out trays for snacks and drinks!
I love that you don’t have to pay an arm and a leg to have reclining seats. The isles are big enough that if you aren’t sitting near the stairs and scared that you might have to climb over people just to go to the restroom, that YOU DON’T here! Employees are friendly and they keep the theaters clean!
Comfy seats! So glad to be back to the movies!
I would give it five stars, except for their popcorn. Its odd. It has a slightly odd flavor, and kind of leaves a film on your teeth.I like the recliners, even though they dont fit me, as I am pretty short. However, this I understand, because they have to meet somewhere in the middle for heights. This theatre is always clean, which is a big plus. It makes me feel more comfortable there. Also, about employment here. They require you to sign a paper when you apply, allowing them to get answers from your previous employer that normally, under the law, the previous employer is not supposed to give. I understand doing this, but I dont like it. This was my daughters experience, not mine. I am not sure if this practice is legal, or a legal way to get around employment laws.
It had been a long time since I went to a indoor movie. Big big difference from when I was a kid. Then they made theater smaller but a lot more movies to chose from. But now the having lazy boy chairs. But that not all the sound. You can really get into the movie Home DVD player just not the same
This is a great movie theater. The chairs are comfortable. The seating is stadium type so there is rarely a situation where someone gets between you and the screen. The chairs recline. Even when the chairs are reclined there is plenty of room to walk through the rows of seating. The staff is friendly. I have seen a few occasions where the manager has been working with the staff and making sure the customers are being very well taken care of.
Worst movie experience in my life! 25 minute wait time for the single concession stand! They should make a single line for concessions so every customer can receive equal service. Instead each register has its own line causing a cluster of people and some lines move faster or slower depending on the person serving the line. I was early to my movie and yet missed all the previews and almost missed the start of the movie. Manager seemed clueless.
I absolutely love regal. Reclining seats are the best and I don’t have to pay extra. They are affordable and clean, very kind staff. Love love love I haven’t gone to a megaplex since regal opened
The best theater in the valley. Reclining seats, lots of better food choices and $5 movies on both Mondays and Tuesdays. If they allowed their specialty viewings of movies for $5 it would be even better.
By far my favorite movie theater now!! Id never been to this theater till today. I really enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and the theater room we were in was really nice it has reclining chairs and even a little table attached to each chair for your drink or whatever like hot dogs, or popcorn you can put on it. I wish other theaters would do this. The little tables really help if you have smaller children with you.
Clean, good spacing. Workers masked, love it!
I went there recently for my first time. Super chill place for a first date. I was super Nervous and Marjane someone who worked there was so friendly and kind. So impactful that it set the whole mood for me. Great customer service and a nice place for families.
Great theaters. The bathrooms need to be cleaned more regularly. The unisex bathroom especially. There were multiple complaints about as well as needing a serious cleaning. You could smell it from the ticketing area to halfway down the hall.
If youre hungry, you can order specially-made sandwiches and tacos from the theatre by an in-house chef!Only you will butter your own popcorn as there are buttering stations. Each theatre is equipped with recliner seats, each with their own tables with a drink holder. Each theatre has digital projectors with amazing digital sound. My only complaints include:When this theater first opened, they did not have tables to sit at or serving trays for their menu items. As a result, I want to report that this theater has resolved these previous issues and is the ideal destination for seeing new movies.I will definitely visit Regal Crossroads Theatre in Taylorsville on a regular basis!
I have loved this theater. I love the reclining seats and ever movie I have seen here has had great sound quality and picture quality. Seems to be well maintained and always looks clean. The reclining chairs seems to be changing to the new standard of theaters and Im not sad about that.
Very comfortable and spacious seating. Cheaper seating fees than other premium facilities and great rewards kickbacks for free concessions. They also have unlimited monthly passes available for movie fanatics. The only downside is that it feels like the screens arent wide enough when you compare to other theaters. Overall, my new favorite place to see movies though.
This is my new favorite theater. The seating is extremely comfortable and spacious. Refillable drinks?! Refillable popcorn? Mini-corn dog meals and similar? Love it.
The seats were really nice and the staff was helpful and friendly. The bathroom was very messy with toilet paper everywhere etc. We arrived early and waited for the theater to be cleaned. When we went in, the freshly cleaned room still had popcorn all over the floor and all the garbage cans were overflowing with trash.
Its a nice theatre and all but the staff.........not the best. Slowest concession line Ive ever experienced. One of the only reasons it moved was because people kept getting out of line to go to their movie so they wouldnt miss it. Took 20 plus minutes just to order popcorn
I love the seats that were installed here. A reclining seat with w moveable table to set your food, drink, popcorn. Their speakers for their movies are quite nice, havent heard any blown speakers or anything like that. Their service desk quickly resolves any concerns you may have. Parking is great for its location.
Really nice theater! The luxury loungers recline further than any theater I have been to and the seats are super comfy! Great prices on movie tickets too!
My favorite theater by far. We go almost once a week. I love the $5 Tuesday’s. The concessions are a little more than some of the other theaters in the area, but their rewards program makes up for it. We earn rewards very quickly and love getting free popcorn frequently. I wish there were more Regal theaters around, but for now my husband and I drive the extra 10 minutes to go to a theater we love.
This is the best place I have ever been to. Cheaper tickets, good food and all seats are luxury seats at no extra cost. Love it
Glad this is the theater closest to me. Such an awesome and up to date spot. Totally worth the time spent here.
Danny S, the manager, was very helpful to us. Super good customer service would definitely recommend. Comfortable seats also!
I’ve been trying to call for a lost and found but it always says that they’re having a problem with the system. I’ve tried to call for two days and the same thing happens.
Very nice theater, but the only seats they had left were on the front row...I honestly dont even feel like Ive ACTUALLY seen Frozen 2 with my little girls.(We should have arrived earlier)
Dirty! I loved this theater when it opened. It was quickly our favorite and we told everyone about it. Two weeks ago I went and the theater floor, seats and trays had popcorn on them. It had not been cleaned. On my visit today, we had the same experience, but it was the first showing of the day, which meant it had not been cleaned the night before or in the morning before they opened. Sad I will miss this place.
Not one of the employees working in concessions knew how to use their system to redeem a coupon that was included with the giftcards they sell. The person that was ringing up our order asked for a manager to assist with the coupon but the manager never showed up. After 15 minutes of waiting we ended up telling them to forget the coupon and to throw it away. If you offer promotions, you should teach your employees how to redeem them and a manager should always be available to assist the staff.
This place was filthy!! If I could, I would give it zero stars. Looked like it hadnt been cleaned for weeks! The bathrooms were atrocious with clogged sinks and no toilet paper in the holders. Popcorn and trash littered the floors from the front door to the bathroom stalls! What in the world? Do they not own a broom or vacuum? The heating and cooling system was bad, we froze and then we roasted. They sold us tickets on the 2 front rows when the movie was actually only half full and the best seats in the house were empty! And, we were two hours before the show, in person, at the ticket office! One of the worst theater experiences Ive had.
If I could give the a score of less than 1 star I would. My girlfriend and I wanted to see Harley Quin for a date night. It was our first time to the theater. There was no indication of where to go to get information, but we quickly figured it out. When we went to the concession stand the tv menus were changing so fast we were unable to read a section before it would change. Then once we did figure out what we wanted the cashier was extremely brusk and unwelcoming. She then informed us that they were not doing anything fried from the menu and wouldnt elaborate any further. When we got our order she simply thrust it at me and turned around to continue a conversation. I had to interrupt her to figure out where to get our drink filled. The ticket taker was also more interested in the conversation he was having than taking our tickets and being helpful. I dont plan on ever returning to this theater
First time trying Regal- only gone to Megaplex- but was really impressed. The tickets were cheaper, the seats were comfortable and reclining, and the theater was really clean. Only issue was one of the speakers had a crackling noise throughout the whole movie. Would go here again though.
Great prices and usually not busy.
I have never been to a theatre as dirty as the Taylorsville Regal location. There is popcorn on every square foot of flooring throughout the entire theatre, soda spilled on all the countertops and don’t even get me started on the bathrooms. We went to a movie on a Sunday afternoon and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the previous Sunday if not longer. The seats are comfortable but not worth the filth. Will not be returning.
Im currently A member of their loyalty rewards program and I have No issues with the cinema staff, Im partially deaf and frequently use the subtitles specs (I dont know the exact name for them, sorry) Ive never had A bad experience with the cinema staff in regards to using the subtitles specs, IF youre an avid movie fan like myself Id highly recommend signing up for their loyalty rewards program
When we got there there was issues with the popcorn machine and they told us that they would bring our popcorn to our seats but that never happened.. when we got out we asked about our popcorn and the manager was incredible, he was very professional and made sure that we were taken care of, he made sure we got return tickets and our bucket of popcorn for our next show!! Was very impressed and wowed!! Hands down with the staff from Regal theater in Taylorsville you all really worked as a Team!!
RPX RULES!!Went to go see Star Wars the rise of Skywalker. This theater was very nice to the employees were nice and clean and pretty big. The RPX sound system made everything grand and real!
I got my tickets fast, the seats were nice and clean. They had a great choice of snacks
Popcorn is ALWAYS burnt and it looks like you always get the bottom of the bucket with all the crumbs. Not to mention its was more expensive for snacks than other places. Bathrooms are a longer walk than most other theaters, which sucks when you want to make it a quick trip. If you have an option, save your self the trouble and just go to another Theater.
Great movie theater the seats are comfortable I went to see a movie here with my friend and the only thing I didnt like was in the middle of the movie there was a kid on her phone watching YouTube sitting in front of us and the parent was allowing it i couldnt hear the phone but the small bright screen was very distracting it was hard to pay attention to the movie I got up and told an employee 2 min later they send someone in time check it out all the employee did was look at them in the row of seats they were sitting in and left the kid was still on her phone watching YouTube they didnt even approach the parents to ask the kid to turn off the phone the kid stayed on her phone until the movie was over It was very irritating
Took Granddaughter to see Onward. I had two $10 certificates for concession that they gave me when I bought $100 in gift certificates for Christmas. My wife and I havent seen a movie we wanted to see so we hadnt been since Christmas. Was told the two certificates were now expired!! The coke was all carbonation and we had to pour it out and find another machine that was brixed properly. There were no lids anywhere around beverage dispensers, had to go to counter and fish one out of a beverage cup. Popcorn was cold and tasted like it came from one of the large 3 foot bags from the grocery store. Granddaughter loved the movie but overall it was a bad experience. $46.00 for three people is a little steep considering we got a medium popcorn, large drink, 1 candy for granddaughter and 1 icee.
Love this theatre! Nice comfy seats and a great food selection. This theatre is where its at.
Love the recliner chairs. Overall good movie experience. Bathrooms could have better maintenance.
We watched The Lion King in 3D and it was so much fun! The chairs recline and we each had our own tray for drinks and popcorn. Plenty of room between rows no awkward moments trying to make room for a stranger to get down the row. I gave 4 stars and not 5 because the arm rests dont move so that makes it hard to cuddle and the lobby was a bit messy.
Very comfy seats, and I like the tables in front. However, the smallest bag Ive ever seen for Cheetos popcorn??? Seriously??And the arcade area is very unfortunate. Two actual games for older kids, older than 5 anyway, and then just claw machines. The food variety is nice though. Soda machines are outdated though. Most every other theater has the freestyle machines.Overall. Nice theater and seats, but the lack of kettle corn, and too small bags of other popcorn options have me going to Century instead.
Been here a million times, always a good experience. Food is a little slow but that’s expected since they keep busy. Always clean and staff is nice.
I absolutely love this place! The chairs recline and I just love the smaller feel of the theater. Most of the time they are pretty clean but not going to lie, there are times when it is messy. Anytime we have had an issue they always fix it.
Todays experience doesnt even deserve a star. POOR customer service. Had to go to the cosessions line to purchase a ticket. Long lines. At least 5 cosessions workers and no box office worker. It seems that Regal is more concerned with making concession $ than serving customers that just want to go to a movie. After waiting 10 min. in line, ask to speak to manager. She just said sorry but you have t o wait in line to get your ticket... Walked out. Poor customer service !
No very busy due to COVID
Awesome seats! Friendly staff and fast service. Great first time experience. We went back for 2 more movies!
This theater has some of the best reclining seats I have found in a movie theater. They have a decent selection of concessions. One of our favorite snacks is the unlimited pineapple whip. Overall the concessions are a bit pricey but their reward program is actually pretty good. We always seem to be able to get something for free with rewards.
Best movie theater in town! Megaplex chain has ruined the movie going experience for me, but Regal has restored it to something I look forward to each time we go see a movie. Great seats, love RPX, great staff.
Love this theater.. they have recline seats and its also New, clean, and huge.. highly recommend it
The theatures all have reclining chairs with trays. The staff is always nice and never have a sour face. A really fun place to go with friends or even by yourself. I honestly felt like I was spoiling myself by going here. I loved it.
Very comfortable environment with recliner seats and good sound system.Popcorn and snacks prices are outrageous. The popcorn tastes odd, like they need to clean the machine.
Went to this theater for The Last Jedi, and Brad Pitts Ad Astra. The place looks fun to look in the inside. Great seats, and the food is good. Good early bird ticket prices
The snack bar lines are very long everytime I visit this theater. The floor and soda area is a mess. Need to have someone clean this area constantly. The ticket taker made me wait too long to go inside the movie. Need more theater cleaners.
Great seating. Comfy recliners. Easy online tickets. Enjoyed the movie experience
Popcorn here is just awful. The seats arent that comfortable. The service here however is really great. Hope they fix the popcorn soon!!!
I love the comfortable chairs. And the tray in the front was nice for holding the treats!
I love this theater! Great recline seatings and leg rooms. Popcorns and drinks are reasonably price like any other theaters but I love it here for the chairs.
Wish I could rate 0. Me and my family went in to watch a movie and bought our movie tickets and food went to go back and they said we couldn’t take my nephew in after they sold us our tickets seen us holding him said nothing bought our food holding him said nothing and then complain an argue with us that we couldn’t take him back they did nothing to satisfy us just refunded tickets. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DEFINITELY WONT BE GOING BACK
I live really close and have always enjoyed going to this theater. The recliner seats are great. I like to go on Tuesdays for the 5 dollar tickets. You do have to download the app and have a regal card now though so be aware of that. I cant comment on concessions as I dont like to spend the money on those but they look like they do a good job. The only thing is sometimes they only have one person out front selling tickets so it can take a minute to get to your movie tickets but I dont think it has been longer than 5 minutes.
We usually go to Megaplex, but came here to see Star Wars because it was sold out at Megaplex. From what I understand, all if the seats are recliners which is a huge bonus! The price is decent at $8.55 for an evening show. The theatre we were in was a decent size and the screen was big. The rows all have tons of space because of the reclining chairs, so you dont have to climb over people to get to your seat. They could probably keep the theatres slightly cleaner, and the concessions have less choices compared to Megaplex. Overall, I would come here again.
Best movie theater in Utah, hands down. Same price as others but excellent r client seats and CLEAN!
This is one of my favorite theaters in the valley. Reasonable pricing, nice theaters with reclining seats, and an open concessions and lobby area.
This place looks great from the outside but the insides look like its been through a tornado bathrooms are dirty as hell floors havent been cleaned nothing put away this will be the last time may come to this place
I like this place because its close to my home. I dont like the trays that they have on their chairs they get in the way.
This place is really comfortable. Nice and new. My only complaint is that your concessions employees are very slow.
Seats were comfortable and give you a table to eat on. Have lots of different options to eat. Popcorn wasn’t the best and was a little burnt. The bathroom fans weren’t working so I had to use napkins out in the hall to dry my hands.
Unreasonable and a joke. $9 for a popcorn and its not refillable? Give me another bucket for the $9 I paid, or discount it. Unreal!
Love their comfy chairs! You actually have leg room! Theyre leather seats that actually recline. You dont have to pay more for good seats. They also have a better theater food selection. Awesome movie experience every time!
We saw Star Wars... in a theater where the sound quality was awful. The speakers buzzed every time there was even a little bit of bass. It was distracting and ruined the experience. I contacted Regal and, despite them claiming there would be corrective measures, that apparently does not include attempting to get my business back. I have not heard from them or the theater in almost a month. Paying full price for a movie with defective sound is not acceptable in any circumstance.
Great seats and tray tables. Love coming for the comfort of watching a movie. The theatre could use a janitor for the bathrooms and lobby.
This place was actually pretty good, the prices are the same as always, first time was the RPX screen and the sound was awesome not too load but enough bass to vibrate the chairs, reclinable chairs with swivel food table (didnt have to put my popcorn, drink or snacks in my lap at all) the chairs are thinner than Jordan landing but still comfortable. Discount Mondays!! Theater was pretty clean and free refills per visit. Ill be visiting this place again.
The movies are good, but there was so few seating that I had to crane my neck up to see the movie.
Awesome lounge chairs, clean theater. Good rewards program with a special coupon every month. I would really like them to add more drink options, like a Coke Freestyle.
Its super clean its not horrible waiting time to get your food or to get into the movies the its simple elegant and its almost perfect place to meet people to watch movies
Awesome sound quality and easy to navigate. The staff was really helpful and kind. Seating was luxurious and some of the most comfortable Ive sat in. Went and saw Dark Phoenix and they had the earliest showing starting at 6:10.Would recommend
The only drawback I had from my experience yesterday at the theater is the Caps or lids to the soft drinks. I have limited hand function and I have a really difficult time getting those lids out of their little containers to put on my drink. I finally had to ask someone to help me which is okay I dont mind that but still kind of a drag. I want to suggest that the this person who gave me my popcorn was really nice she carried my popcorn all the way into the theater with be so that I wouldnt spill any which I usually do when I try to carry my drink my popcorn and whatever else I might have on my lap into the theater. But overall it was a good
