Such an amazing place for kids and anyone who even kind of likes trains. I’m not a train person and I LOVED this place. It’s huge, plenty of space to distance and the people are amazing. Highly recommend.

Very nice lil place for kids who love trains

Had my sons birthday here and had a fantastic experience! The room they provide is nice and private with lots of room. The kid area was a hit with both the adults and children. All the staff were friendly and over the top accommodating-- definitely recommend this place! The only downside I would add is that it is not wheelchair or stroller accessible (no ramps and a few set of stairs to enter in the building)

A great see of model trains with an additional area for kids to play with wooden, build-your-own train tracks.Pros:- Variety of model train sizes (G, O, HO, N) with a number of trains in each size- Three of the tracks have one train that you (or your child) can control- Viewing stations at most tracks for little people- Host was interactive, providing history and details about the models- Would be a great place to spend a rainy or come day- The setting within the warehouse is nice- You can step outside and see a real train on the tracks behind Taylors Mill if one goes byCons:- Might be hot in the summer- Still a work in progress: not all viewing stations are built, theyre adding features

This was so much fun! I love that while there are some really complex and intricate models there are still a couple of places for kids to be Hands-On and to control the trains themselves!

Great kids play area for all ages.

What an AWESOME idea! Cool place, lots of cool engineered train setups. My 20 month old LOVED the kids play area!! I think the adults loved it too! Coloring, basketball, corn hole, train play area, etc. Oh and did I mention how AWESOME the actual TRAIN area is!!!

We had a birthday party here, and it was perfect! We celebrated moms 60th, so the grandchildren could all run around and enjoy the display. All the adults enjoyed it too because its so unique and fun! Additionally, if youre having a party, they are incredibly accommodating. They let us bring whatever food we wanted, they will provide table cloths or you can bring your own, they take care of the trash, and let us set up early even! Awesome, AWESOME! Consider this a rave review!!

Cool place! Worth a visit. The conductor, Bob, is very passionate about these models and patiently takes the time to educate and demonstrate many of the intricate workings to kids and adults alike. It’s got a very personal feel to the whole experience. Very impressed, and I hope it continues to receive the funding necessary to make it thrive!

Great fun place for the whole family to visit

Dont let the pictures fool you. Check out the website. This place is awesome. My autistic son and I went and he loved it. Conductor Bob is so passionate about the model train sets there. Lots to see and do and they are trying to expand more. This place needs support and help to grow into its full potential. Please go if you or your kiddos like trains. We will definitely be going back.

This was a great day trip. After our tour of the different scale model trains we were given alot of interesting details about the railroads. After the kids spent time playing with the train tables in the childrens area.
