Loved this we were camping at Taylor Park and did the trail hike through the woods. Read the spooky tail of this old bridge and learn what lays at the bottom of Lake Grainger

Were from Granger and we came here because we were interested in the history of the bridge. My mom & granddad told us stories about the bridges past. Its a nice little bridge. The creek it goes over is cute. Lots of monarch butterflies and dragonflies. Theres a metal grate crossing the creek but its flimsy, so be careful. Still a fun place to go for history, spooky stories, camping and fishing.

Not a far walk from the trail head. Neat little piece of history, however the bridge itself is closed to foot traffic. There is a trail around if you want to continue the hike.

Not ideal access. Interesting bit of tragic history. Pleasant park, with outdated and inadequate amenities. Helpful and friendly staff.
