Found what I needed but too pricey without no coupon. Found myself paying almost over $200 for a few items, overall it was a good, easy shopping experience

Quality is decent. Selection is ok. But today, July 2, they stop all their promotions effectively doubling their prices.Also required me to wear a mask, yet no hand sanitizer in sight while they had the same pen to every customer and handle cash. But wear your useless mask.

(During the 4th of July) After waiting in a extreme line.My family n friends agree we will never shop here again. They priced gouged during Covid no promotion said promotions was emailed & wasnt staff rude & no PPE ...instead we all went to a tent and got super savings, any tent will beat there new pricing. Nvr ever again rip phantom

Had a great and positive experience at the store. People are complaining about staff asking questions and asking for your drivers license. They are doing their job. Safety first. As for my shopping experience, it was informative and helpful. Ora was a great help and he knows his store and the fireworks. Thank you to all the staff. We enjoyed our fireworks as we are not allowed to have these types of where we live.

This place just sucks I been a phantom customer a loyal customer at that but the way I got treated by the manager was just nasty I cant believe the way I was disrespect talk to .none of there managers want to owe up to there mistakes so theyll just disrespect you to the point that youll get mad and they tell you we aint giving you nothing if you going talk like that well hello yes yes Im going to talk like that cause you talk to me like that first ..so on that point Ill just go to Ohio and Im from Michigan but I get way better service

Phantom sucks. They want to see your license and ask if u have matches or a lighter. Then they try to babysit you. Also they didnt want us to split up in the store when shopping. Dont come here. Just go to pro fireworks

Very surprised that they had such a wide selection on the 4th of July. As busy as they were they had plenty of staff to accommodate the customers also had a sufficient amount of cashiers to take care of customers quickly.

Phantom has Great Products and Awesome Prices, my only discrepancy is my African and African American friends stated they get weird and negative vibes from the staff at this particular location. It may just be a downriver Taylor “Tucky” thing. I will highly recommend the Sterling Heights Phantom location.

This is the worse Firework Store In Michgan!! Big Rip OFF!! Way over priced Like come on!! Pro Fireworks is My Spot They are way cheaper and Better equality &The same the stuff that Pahantom have just way Cheaper!! I also visited Red Apple Firework Store In Monroe! I was amazed at how much cheaper they are!! They wear selling cases of 500 gram Cakes 25 shots for 80$ 4 cakes in a case. 15$ Cakes, 60 Grand finales tubes! just a great stroe! Phantom Fireworks is Rip off!! Too high! They loosing to many customers!!

Prices are wayyyyy toooo high the tent in the reps gym parking lot(CWFireworks) is like half the price on a lot of items and they really do take care of you and give you great deals going to them from now on!

Havent lit my all off all fireworks yet but the customer service was fantastic I had someone by my side the whole time guiding me and didnt give any attitude. Its kind of funny coming through the front door because you feel like youre going through the TSA at DTW they could be a little Kinder and asking questions.... I understand having a lighter in your possession is bad on accident but cigarettes dont make any sense... cigarettes dont lite themselves on fire so that was kind of weirdn. Other than that it was definitely a good experience. Watch the prices because the Chinese firework tents on the roads you can get cheaper smoke bombs. No pun intended 95 percent of all is made in china but at least Phantom bavks the profuct and if it does not light or fails take it back no questions asked. Kind of like Lowes or Home depot....Sears. The smoke bombs seem to be a little bit high on price atPhantom....Other than that overall was nice. Piranha hundred dollars we got a nice selection of sparklers morning glories firecrackers fiery frog Roman candles snappers jumping jacks and a few other accessory items some good fountains as well that on sale.

The customer service was absolutely terrible. I came in with my father wanting to buy plenty of fireworks, very excited, and as soon as I walked in my excitement was diminished. The employees were starring at us as if we were going to steal something, little did they know we were planning on buying the 16000 fire cracker set and everyone knows how much that is. Everyone there was absolutely rude, I rather much reccomend going to Pro Fireworks in Taylor instead.

My experience here was horrible. I walked in and I received no greetings nor did they ask if needed help finding something either, not that I did, but it is common courtesy. Later, I asked if someone could help me find something they never came to help me. Everyone was rude and unpleasant. When I was being checked out, they were very rude and had very sarcastic comments about my purchases. Customer service here was very disappointing, unlike Pro Fireworks in Taylor.
