Had a great experience here. I had to get some arrows built on the spot and the friendly staff was so accommodating to me. Will definitely be back. Appreciate the attention and patience answering my questions and getting me set up appropriately.

The staff at Big Rock is awesome. They have a great selection of products, and are able to set up a bow perfectly. The 3d range has a great selection of targets that you can move all the way out to 30 yards.

2 visits so far. Great place to shoot. 3D and target range. Everybody is friendly and helpful. My daughters Girl Scout troop is planning a meeting there for archery practice. I think the prices are $12 for an hour range time and 6-8$ to rent bows. You get 3 arrows. Thank you guys for having this great facility in my neighborhood. I also shoot at top gun next door and like it there. The attitude at big rock is relaxed and friendly.

Ive been here 4 or 5 times so far. These guys restrung my bow and did a great job. I bought a whisker biscuit from them a couple days ago, then went back today to shoot. For some reason between shots, the metal mount that holds the biscuit just broke right in half and fell off. They replaced it at no cost, then told me I could keep shooting until my arms fell off due to the inconvenience and lost time out of the hour of shooting time I paid for. They have great customer service and theyre always friendly. Ill keep coming back as long as theyre in business.

This place is inexpensive and offers a wide variety of both services and products. They replaced my string when it snapped and they have some great targets to shoot at, ranging from your standard bullseye targets to 3D animal/dinosaur targets and an upstairs shooting deck

The Guys here are Amazing!!My 22yr old Son who serves in the military was home on leave before being deployed. We stopped here to see if we could have an outing with family during his last day in town. Man, did these guys go over and beyond everyone’s expectations, they even stayed open later just to accommodate us—Who does THAT?! My son thoroughly enjoyed his last day home and these guys made his last day very special! Can’t say enough of how pleased I was with their customer service.Rickey even threw in some comedy for free lolWhat a great time had by all!! I recommend this place to everyone. If nothing else, go because they guys really know how to treat people. We’ll be back, Thank you so much!!!

I took my 18 and 10 boys here to enjoy some bonding time, as first time shooters they were so patient with us . I am hoping to have a fundraiser here for the south gate Vikings in the future, we had a wonderful experience and I am eager to share it .

Took to bows in to get sighted in, the 2 young in- expeienced guys say we can show you how to do it but they wont do it!? Aint that what im paying you to do? Crazy how the doors are still open!, both looking at me like they have to work huh...

Got a bow there for a good price. Arrows were kind of exspensive but it is what it is nice guys nice range

Amazing staff! I was in from out of town and stopped to get some arrows cut. Ended up buying some tips, and a sight as their prices were better than the big-box store down the road. Super friendly and very helpful! Next time Im in town well have to do the 3-D shoot.

Great facility that includes a target range, 3D range, equipment, and a service/repair area. Staff is helpful and very friendly. 5 stars for these guys. They know their stuff...

This is my favorite place. Between the awesome service and pro staff, i cant speak highly enough of this range.

Clean store, friendly staff. We were all first timers and Rick was very patient and great with the kids.

Guys who work there are nice enough. Not a big selection of products. Wanted to get another matching set of arrows--took what I had into the store, they said they had to order them. They came in and I went to get them cut and set up, they said they didnt have an outsert for the arrow that was on the shaft I gave to them to order new ones, then at the very end disclosed that all arrow sales are final, even before being cut down. More worth making the 70 mile drive to the archery shop in Jackson than the 5 mile drive here.

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and have exceptional customer service! If youre in the Downriver area and have any archery needs, I highly recommend these guys!

Love the range. Awesome staff. If I had one complaint it would be that theyre not open 7 days a week so I can shoot every day..

Pretty friendly however I have had 2 adjustments made to my bow that were done incorrectly and needed to be corrected at another bow shop.Very dangerous to not have an expert working on your bow.

Very helpful. And the range is so close i used to drive 45 minutes to a range. Dawg was very helpful to get me started i appreciate him for getting me all set up to get out in the woods.
