I really like what they have done with the place, they really updated it. The staff is really nice as well. I saw them walking around cleaning the machines as they saw people using them which was good. They werent wiping them all down but you can tell they are doing their best.

Had my sons 5th birthday party here and though the price for the party was kind of steep it was well worth it. The kids had a blast and the workers were all very nice including our host who 100% took care of us the entire time we were there.

My family and I had a lot of fun, lots of games and activities, the staff were polite and helpful. The prices for the establishment was a bit pricey, but overall great time and staff.

We were not aware or informed that there is a 15 minute time limit in the attractions. Will not be returning and as advice to people id go to revd up fun in woodhaven because you pay 8 dollars for 15 minutes at zap zone and at revd up your kids can play as long as theyd like in the playscape

Bryce the manager was extremely welcoming and really keeps a well run facility. All the staff was helpful and friendly. We have a blast every time love the new upgrades. Our son had his bday here and could not have been happier.

Great, friendly helpful staff. Thoroughly enjoy bringing my daughter and her friends here...would recommend this place to anyone with children looking to burn some energy.. winter spring summer and fall. Tuesdays are half off all the attractions.

Only thing I didnt like was now you have to buy a game card to play video games! Go next week for sure!

Kids loves this place . All our family does . But the prices is a bit high . There is should be a kind of affordable packages for regular customers like us more affordable then the current one available. When there is unlimited play for 25$ starts at 09 it is too late for our kids 8.6 and 4 years. Despite price concerns we give atill 5 stars because of the facility and friendly staff . Thank you

Zap zone is amazing. The staff is very friendly and tons of stuff to do. The arcade is amazing. Its great that you can win tickets so easy.

People looking to play laser tag should look somewhere else. Everyone waiting to play laser tag had to wait over an hour and 20 minutes when I was there for the first game! No Zap Zone employees gave updates on when the next game would be or even checked on us. During that hour and 20 minutes the entire laser tag line was cut off by Zap Zone employees who brought in a Birthday party in front of us. Worst customer experience Ive ever had at a laser tag location. No apologies from employees once we got in. I hope this location improves its customer service someday.

I went to ZapZone today for my friends sons birthday today, let me say I had a very great time there. It was a little busy but they were still quick with there service. Mike at the front was very helpful, my son wanted to play a couple more games so I had got him another card, and they explained everything fast and easy. The food was good and my son had fun with his friends today. After an exciting day here we went to the ticket counter to cash in and the young man there was very friendly to my son and he even gave him a couple extra pieces of candy. Overall a good experience and I would definitely go back. Thank you to everyone at zap zone

Amazing employees, especially Jake, he played expert on guitar hero, super skilled, put the guitar behind his head, turn around and played looking at the reflection of the screen, hit all the notes. Super nice, this establishment is the best place to go.

Very fun...played laser stage a few times and the virtual reality. The place is kept clean. I often noticed games being wiped down with Clorox wipes.

Love, love, love. Every time my children and I come we have a blast of endless fun and the food is delicious. Just wish the prices were a little bit cheaper.

Great place for kids and gamers. If you have a birthday party room, watch your stuff in the room. Donnot leave it unattended. We had $40 worth of tokens come up missing while the kids were playing laser tag. Overall, good fun.

The jump zone is pretty cool for younger kids. The arcade is great for older kids. The attractions are fairly priced and fun.

Kids had a blast here and its more reasonably priced than similar attractions in the area. Clean and spacious as well.

It was a good time, but the construction for the place seemed to still be on going as there was ladders and materials still laying in the open for people to openly see and access, so safety concerns are still in question but other then that I still love Zap Zone.. just would keep even better eyes on little ones due to the loose material!

I had a very great time. Helena is a very respectful employee and makes every customer feel special and she definitely deserves a raise.

The glo golf was fun but it was really repetitive with alot of reused assets. Some of the stuff want plugged in but everything did work as expected. If you are expecting a first time mini golf experience this is a good place to go. But for someone wanting a more unique and memorable experience I would recommend Midway sports and entertainment.

It was nice especially for the $25 deal price! My only problem was the food! I waited over & 1hr & 1/2 for something that should have took 10mins!!!! Also after waiting that long guess what..... I ended up with food poisoning!!!! I will NEVER eat there again but I will go for the fun & attractions!

Great improvements... as far as the ninja course and trampoline park allowing 30 minutes per ticket.The arcade is way too expensive and the games break down easy to often.. only one VR ride was working and that only had one of two seats available

I stop in for the basketball and golf from time to time. There is plenty to do for the kids but also some fun for the adults that just want to relive a bit of childhood.

We stopped in last night to just do some more stuff to celebrate my oldest son’s birthday and they had a lot of fun and didn’t want to leave. They got the one hour unlimited of games and did the ninja zone jr, bumper cars, and VR attractions because we got free attractions cards from the Taylor’s winter fest/parade. Ryan and Jordan were very, very, very friendly and helpful and i really appreciated that because you get a lot of bad customer service at a lot of different places lately and it’s sickening to me because I’ve worked in customer service for at least 15 years and it’s so terrible to see how it’s so hard for people to just do their job and be nice. We come to this location every once in a while but Ryan and Jordan made it very special for the birthday boy

Horrible wait time for lasertag, over an hour and 20 minutes and being passed up by parties. Already member with ZapZone but had to pay full price. Memberships didnt even register, but you can see our accounts listed on the game board after the fact. First and last time visiting the ZapZone here, if you want a true ZapZone experience I recommend the ZapZone in Lansing.The tech was where it needed to be, location was just severely understaffed.

Went for a birthday party.. what they provided for the party was great.. but let talk about the amount of tokens(payments) to play a game.. lets see to play halo a one player shooting game required 8 tokens.. i repeat 8 tokens.. lets see a token is considered 25 cents.. thats $2.00 to play one game.. i even purshased a free hour of unlimited game on the machines that do not produce tickets, however not able to use on halo game or picture games.. the price to play games varied from 2 to 8 tokens to play.. to get a picture is 12 ridiculous..

Took our son here because the VR place at Southland Mall is unfortunately closed down and they by chance had a crazy deal today. $20 for 3 hours and he gets unlimited laser tag, glo golf, VR, ninja zone, and adventure park! Awesome!!!

Took the grandkids on their day off school, they had a great time doing VR games, laser tag, bounce house, and bumper cars. Staff was awesome - friendly and helpful.

It started off okay, but then things went south. We waited for food for a while, then my card said I had zero attractions left when I had only used two out of the three and then during one of the laser tag games another families child said not nice things to my child my child. It was her birthday weekend and I felt it was just one bad thing after another. But when I expressed that I was frustrated and upset a young man named Bryce made sure that he made it right for me and did everything that he could to make me happy and make sure that we would like to return for another visit

My son had his 10th and 11th birthday parties here! Loved it!! We always do it on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday for the best deals.

I frequent this zap zone location with my daughter and she’s been saving her tickets for a long time trying to get a big stuffed animal. The last time we were there she was still short a couple thousand tickets and she was so bummed she still wasn’t able to get the giant stuffed animal. Hailey who was working behind the counter went above and beyond when she realized my daughter was upset ( my daughter has some special needs and can be very hard to please and is only 6 years old) Hailey decided to go check their storage for an alternative stuffed animal for my daughter and was able to find her a variety of choices. My daughter still couldn’t decide and she even offered to write her name on and save a stuffed animal in back for her for when we came back next time. I seriously can’t thank Hailey enough she was beyond amazing and really turned around what could have been a complete mental break down for my daughter into a very positive expirence. Hailey deserves a huge raise for her wonderful costumer service and patience she has with children. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Hailey you really saved the day I hope I spelled your name correctly and you get the recognition you deserve!

Miniature golf was incredibly miniature (it was the smallest course Ive seen). The prices are astronomical. Fun time had by all.

This location is great! Theyve made some needed updates and now they fit in with the larger entertainment centers in metro Detroit. Overall they are smaller than your Allegiant Non Stop or equivalent, but they pack so much activity into the space. Arcade, laser tag (best in the area in my opinion), bumper cars, VR zone, ninja course and glo putt putt. The games have mostly been updated and there are many huge games. All the theme decoration has been updated to the cleaner neon and blacklights and got rid of the modified Chuck E Cheese look vibe they once had. My wife and I ordered some pizza and it was really nice as well. Go see Bryce, Marissa or Jacob to set you up with your token and attraction passes! Perfect place to have the kids run around for an afternoon. Time flies and its easy to spend three or four hours there without feeling bored.

Only reason I am giving two stars is because my host was really nice! I will start off bye saying if your thinking about booking a birthday party here, re consider it. I paid $492.00 to stand in front of the door and welcome my guests and tell them what room to go too (a,b,c,D!). They have 32 inch TVs above the party room doors with letters, Don’t you think if your not going to have someone at front door hosting guests at least put the child’s name somewhere( the tv would be smart)I booked online, complete waste of my time considering the employees were clueless to what drinks/kinda pizza/ add one such as tokens (play cards) appetizers exc. they have no way of printing it out so don’t waste your timeRushing people and telling them when your going to do this (attractions) or that let them decide= not coolBye the end of it my son had a good partyBut I didn’t because I was too busy doing what should have been done for me

My kids had a blast here and I love that a $20 bill gets you 100 tokens. I just wish my 6 and 7 year olds didnt go through them so fast. Most of the games cost 4 tokens to play.

First time going to Zap Zone. The stuff was really nice and very helpful! The only thing that was off is there was a man walking around in a trench coat. At first I thought well maybe he is here with his kids or someone else. So of course I keep a close on eye him. ( I trust no one around my children at all) as my son and I where leaving. It turn out he wasnt with any kids just him and another grown men.

Wtf.Im highly upset.Old pizza slices after I told him I wanted some new ones.No company should tolerate staff standing around doing nothing. To boot I had an autistic kid with me but luckily she was patient today!!!!

This place is rundown and extremely dirty and unorganized. Also, is very expensive and most games don’t give you too many tickets. The bouncy houses are extra as well as other sections. Other than that the bumper cars are in a small corner not a lot of movement.
