I had an amazing experience when I went here. Amazing customer service and and overall excellent time. The great thing about platinum city gaming there’s a bar there. When my kids are in the bumper cars I’m sneaking having me a drink.

Love to go to Platinum CityGaming to have drinks they also have Smoothies and the drinks are wonderful. Very clean and all games were disinfected between use. Great place for the whole family. We had an amazing time. Definitely will go back again.

What a great place for tournaments and for Birthday Partys there something to do for all ages ! Check Platinum City Gaming out ! They also have great Drink Specials !

Great fun for family, dates, or friends! This place is such a hidden gem, my 5 year old had tons of fun with the arcade games and could’ve stayed on the bumper cars and virtual reality game all day long if I let her!! Great vibes and great variety of games, drinks, etc.

So fun!

State of the art video games. Clean and they have hand sanitizer available everywhere. Highly recommend this place to rent out for Birthday partys. Kids will love it and adults. They have a bar

Took my kids gaming to Platinum City and they had a BLAST! So many fun games and options. Being a big kid as well there were plenty of things that me and lady could enjoy as... we enjoyed ourselves as while the kids ran rapid lol! Great family fun and good hosting.

First time at Platinum City Gaming...it was my grandsons birthday today and he been wanted to go to this place since we moved to Taunton in March. Pandemic hit so we wasnt able to come until today. He loved the place and so did we. Definitely recommend this place for a family day or hangout...

Great place for all ages and they have a bar . Also the owner Rashaud is a great guy .

THIS PLACE IS A MUST GO !!! I celebrated my sons birthday party at Platinum City Gaming few days ago and we all had a blast ! They have so many options to choose from. From bumper cars to basketball court, to gaming systems. The kids including myself and the adults enjoyed ourselves so much. The atmosphere was amazing, so friendly, kind and clean. Definitely a family oriented place. The entire staff was super friendly and very helpful. Very attentive. My son had such a great time on his birthday. They also have a full bar for the adults while the children play & run around. AND they have great prices, which is always a PLUS. We will definitely be celebrating more birthday parties here and visiting more often :)

The guys were super nice and extremely helpful

I can’t stress enough how great this places is ! Being a single mom of three hyper energetic kids it’s the perfect place to let your kids burn their energy up. The options vary from arcade games to basketball to pool table and so much more. They even have snack option which is perfect after a long day at work and kids at school they can grab a quick bite their pizza is amazing by the way did I forget to mention they even have a bar!!!! So I can sit back watch my kids from a safe distance and have a glass of wine I’m so happy I checked them out thanks to a friend who recommended this place defiantly check them out everyone because I will be returning. Thank you also to the great staff who where friendly and welcoming during our first visit. See you soon guys they boys has a blast.

Awesome place to bring the kids especially if you have a group! Great prices and tons of fun!

Great place for all ages !

Drinks were nasty and they cant make anything on the menu would not make food on menu waste of money and time would not suggest to go there..

What a wonderful safe atmosphere for both children and adults very friendly team of people. I’ve had the pleasure to meet one of the owners Rashaud extremely nice guy he made sure that everyone was pleased with everything. Not to mention the drinks for the adults yummy! My kids can’t wait to go back!

One of the best gaming places I’ve been to my favorites are the vr zone and basketball

Great place for all ages and there a full bar .

My business partner Andie and I met Mr. Rashaud Garner after we conducted a webinar for the Taunton Area Chamber of Commerce, and he was one of the participants. Mr. Garner owns Platinum City Gaming, Entertainment One Stop Shop, LLC, and the non-profit SIYPNOW CORPORATION (Step In To Your Potential Now), where he serves as the President and Director. We were very impressed with his level of commitment to the community and its youth.Entertainment One Stop Shop LLC tag line is “You set the date – we set the table.” This company is a one-stop event planning business; all your needs will be taken care of; music, decorations, transportation, and catering.Platinum City Gaming is a heaven for all levels of gaming enthusiasts. The atmosphere is very inviting and friendly. Everyone HAS to wear a mask, and there are bottles of sanitizers everywhere.Mr. Garner every so often would stop our meeting to proudly introduce to us some of his employees who happened to be young Taunton residents that mentors through his non-profit SiypNow.If you are ever in the Taunton area, stop by Platinum City Gaming and say hello to Rashaud.

Just a big room with a lot of stuff crammed into it without much thought. It looks like a place that is just getting started and hasnt had a chance to customize the space yet, but has clearly been open for years. They should rethink what their goal is with the place and pursue that one avenue rather than just tossing whatever in and calling it an event space.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Place is huge with plenty of options to choose from. You can purchase snacks and food and there is even a bar! My kids had a blast and we will definitely be back!

Love Platinum City gaming great place for all ages, also there something to do for everyone here at pcg . I had my brother birthday party here and they was awesome. You will love it here !

Great service great drinks great games.

Had a birthday party here was a great time the owner Rashaud had the kids going ! He also played basketball with the kids to show them some good moves what a great place and the staff was great as well. They have something to do for all ages plus a bar and great smoothies, great coffee!

Great Place .

Awesome venue! Nice place if you play fighting games, some arcade games here and there, and drinks/food also.

We went to a birthday party here. It is 100% my 14 year old gamer sons new favorite place. The staff is super friendly and we DEFINITELY will be going back often

Very friendly great experience awesome events and tons of fun definitely a place to make friends for younger kids for families and outstanding place for parties and events

Bit of advise since it doesnt seem anyone has done anything about it...please update your video showing the establishment. I feel like thats a motion ride onto itself. A quick speed walk through the place using a cell phone to record low quality video isnt what I call professional or fair for promoting yourself. The pics are of similar quality.

One of the best businesses in the area hands down! Video Games, Arcade Machines, Bumper Cars, VR and a Full Bar!!!!

It’s an amazing place for children, teens and adults to hang out, play games, and chill.

Wonderful staff, great venue. On my way to my second visit here. Its hard to find a fun, well maintained dance machine. Dont forget to google the modifier codes (Dancing Stage 2 euromix)

Rashaud was hella nice and kind. Love this place

Super nice and understanding place, great for gaming. Only little thing is the price of drinks because of the dollar store right next to it

Great place for all ages ! Full bar and great smoothies ask for Rashaud he makes great smoothies!

Great as usual. Richaud and Van are very pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend to parents that it is a well kept and supervised area. I have no concerns about leaving my 13 y/o soon there for a couple of hours to play video games. They actually have an upcoming over night outing for 13 -17 y/o this coming weekend. Its an opportunity for kids to play video games and make new friends in a safe environment.

1. Update the sign so it is popping from the main road...!!2. Air filter system needs to be updated...(to much lint & dust can be seen on black surfaces)3. Art work and renderings need to be completed..... Thats pretty much it....

Pretty disappointed but dont know if Im the demographic. 7 dollars per hr per person for a small TV to good around with friends is way too much. Staff was friendly, but took 15min to get us setup which seems unnecessary.

Really good place, a lot to do, and friendly staff! Definitely worth it, and will be going again.

Go check it out you will love it

A truly great arcade. The owner is always alert so whats going on which prevents trouble. Always a tournament of sorts. Definitely a great Hangout for kids and teenagers. Nerds of the World Unite. This is your kingdom

We are a non profit group and we were able to rent the space for our yearly get together. The owners were very receptive to having a group of challenged children they made sure everyone was having a great time. I recommend them for anyone who likes to game.

Great place.

Went there a few times. For 15$, you can play all the games you want with a friend or on your own for 3 hours. From consoles to PCs, even consoles dating back to the Atari 8600 all the way to the modern Nintendo switch. Staff are helpful and a good place for a party.

Great place for a kids party. Gaming systems up to date, clean, well lit, safe layout, very attentive staff and reasonable pricing for the value.

The Owner Rashaud is very pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend to parents to check this place out they have something to do for all ages. I have no concerns about leaving my 15 y/o soon there for a couple of hours to play video games and more . Also they have some great Bumper Cars, and Bounce House for the little ones . if i can give them 10 stars i would. Great work guys

Awesome place! They have every kind of computer game system including VR. Theres even bumper cars. The staff was amazing too.

My 8 year old attended a birthday party here. She had a blast and didnt want to leave. Great place for kids.

Plenty of games and different consoles to keep yourself entertained. If it was closer to providence, I would go there more. Probably the only place you can find tournaments going on regularly around.

Great place they have everything for all ages check them out and the workers are really nice !

Very cool VR. Helpful staff

I think its an amazing place i love the gaming pcs their the best Im going back today if my cousin and brother go,the staff are nice and kind i love everything about the place!!!!

Great place one of the best gaming lounges in mass something to do for all ages.

Great place! Great owner! This place cant be beat!

Great place for family fun and just fun in general. Great prices on everything. They have a little bit of everything. Just missing some pinball machines.

Great place all around! The owners are amazing, the staff is friendly, they have every game imaginable, a bar, fun events, and its just an all-around great atmosphere!

For what my son does GREAT Smash Bros. Competitions, as a gaming place so so

Great place for all ages !! Also they do wonderful birthday parties, great staff.

. All the employees are very nice and respectful. I really recommend going there for a birthday party.

Very cool place.

I just wanna say that this place is awesome !! I had my son’s 10th birthday party here and he’s already talking about his birthday being here next year lol . First and foremost the staff was awesome and very accommodating . If you have kids that are gamers like mine and like all his friends ... this is the place for them ! If YOU are a gamer then this is also the spot for you !!! They also have a bounce house & bumper cars that is also suitable for adults ! I happened to enjoy them both AND they have VR (virtual reality) which was ridiculously insane in a great way !!!! They also have a mini bar with great drinks and options . I would say keep the little ones at home and bring the big kids here ! Age appropriate I would say is any kid who enjoys and actually knows how to play video games . I also was surprised that at the end of your party, the birthday kid gets to go in this inflatable ticket machine that you stand in and it blows the tickets, you grab as much as you can and my son LOVED that too ! He got a lot of great tickets . Free hr, gift cards, free game, etc . Again, I highly recommend this place if your kid or if you yourself are big on the video games ! They have every console you can think of . They even had the Switch, which I didn’t know was available here . Again, thanks to the staff for making all my guest and myself feel very welcomed and comfortable ! We will be back this summer cause we aren’t waiting a whole year lol . Oh and they have a big sized connect four & Jenga . Plus pool tables, ice hockey, stick hockey table and all those type of fixings !! See you soon Platinum City Gaming .

Great place for kids party

This place is an amazing time with family and kids. You get to spend time doing what your kids love. Theres fun for the while family.

Love this place. Fun night or day out.

This place is sick! A must-visit for electronic entertainment fans.

Great place, fun atmosphere, could use a better game selection but overall for a newer place it has a lot to do and my friemds and I had a lot of fun.

Great place for kids and adults also great staff and the owners are awesome. Must check out!!

Had so much fun hi pcg people

Great place!

It has Tourneys and Kids partys and other great stuff.

Unique video game experience with an exceptional staff. Bonus, they have beer.

Certainly have stepped up their game since moving. Probably the best place to go for tournaments or just to play in the area.

The Legend of Super Metroid Bros. And Knuckles Mansion Unleashed in the Breath of the Twilight Princess Odessy

Rudest people on the planet.

To the owner of PCG who left a response, you cannot reply to responses left on reviews, or at least, I dont see a way of doing so. I went to a couple tournaments before the location in Taunton closed. Really the only problems I had were the lack of space, sitting, and the heat (However it was incredibly humid that day.) I hope this helps!

Good PCs but the owners/workers were horrible didnt seem nice and poorly run with very dark place and food was trash

Very fun hangout spot and Ive had a great time at the fighting game tournaments

Very fun, will recommend going

Great place for all ages !!!

Always a fun time to chill with my PCG fam!

This venue is amazing

Great
