Ive been apart of this organization for 5 years now, and its just incredible! such a welcoming and family-like group, it couldnt be better :)

I was part of this group for 6 years and let me tell you it does wonders for your childs confidence, poise, public speaking, dedication, responsibility dance and singing skills and the ability to get up in front of thousands of people and perform. We performed at such venues as Disney Magic Kingdom, the Womans Final Four, for Presidential conventions, HSN and the Orlando Magic Halftime show. My daughter is 7 and has been a member of the group since she was 5 and absolutely loves it! She goes through life singing and dancing and this is the perfect group for her and she loves all of her ER sisters. I cant wait to see how much she continues to grow in the group.

Great chairs

We drove over an hour to be a part of the ER family. Missed one rehearsal because of my 10 year old having the bad flu and needing urgent care for the respiratory infection, and Cynthia cut my daughter out of the show! After I told the director and the group mom by email and voice message that we were in urgent care and sent doctor receipts and prescription paperwork, my daughter comes out of the next rehearsal sobbing that the kids told her she was cut out and her solo was given away. I called the group mom to see what was going on and she confirmed that my little girl was cut out of the any part she missed while she was sick when it was an excused absence 2 weeks ahead of the performance. Devastating! Cynthia threatens to kick kids out of the group if they dont do well during rehearsal, even girls as young as 7. The group is more about what the girls can bring to the director than what the director can bring to the girls.Aside from the meanness, the communication left much to be desired. Lots of times having to send in the same paperwork because it was lost, billing miscommunication, guessing whether its okay to attend a show or where the stage is on the property at the venue, whether to bring costumes to which rehearsals, etc.
