Such a fun time for the kids!! The facility was clean and the staff was polite. The food was kid-friendly, obviously.

The only thing they really have going good is the amount of bounce houses and the entry price. The food is not worth the $ and the staff could use a little more training. Theyre not very friendly or professional. Some of the games didnt work in the arcade and for some reason there were grown men bouncing in the bounce houses with children. Creepy.

The only reason that this place has 2 stars is because it is nice on the incident and I came on a day that little to no people being here.. Attendants only stand at the counter and watch the door.. Youre better going elsewhere! The food is DISGUSTING like all of it was not edible... We threw it away.. I want my money back how they tried us with that disgusting pizza.. The drinks were no better.. we received sprite that was diluted and tasted like seltzer water, had to have the attendant redo the drinks... Little Caesars pizza would have been a better choice! The 12 inch pizza is enough to feed 3 kids a decent portion.. The 9 inch is best for an adult but I warn you ALL OF THE FOOD SUCKS sis if you like the taste of card board, youd enjoy the pizza! They dont allow birthday cakes and minimal table decorations soo honestly just skip the place if youre interested in throwing a party I wouldnt pay the party price for the garbage food.. Just get yourself a Groupon for money off or go on the website for coupons.. I can not stress that this place is just simply for a day of fun.. DONT buy the food and DONT book a party!

I dont understand...this place closes at 6 pm and they are already closed the toddler zone at 5:28 pm.. Y did I have to pay for my twins to enter at 5:14 so the can play for 14 mins... This is ridiculous.. I have a membership and I will not renew... This is the third time it happened.. Tables are up and there is nowhere for the adults to seat.. Its a safety issues there are small kids and tables are off the ground.. And it only 5:38 pm.. Last time.. I use to like here thats y I paid membership.. Not renewing...

This place used to be fun, now that someone bought them out, it completely sucks. More than half the games dont work and theres no true bounce houses. I wont be coming back.

People were rude. The employees closed the food place early and employees started cleaning and hour before they closed while people were still there. Spraying cleaning chemicals and vacuuming while kids were still playing. Isnt that supposed to be done when the place closes? I wonder if management is aware. We pay our money for our kids to play. Not right. Very rude.

It would be nice if the hours on Google were accurate! Brought the kids on a Monday, to learn at the door that they are not open Monday if school is in session. Left with two disappointed, crying kids. Thanks for that!

Nice, fun place to take the kiddo. I prefer it to Monkey Joes because its not as crazy and doesnt have the pay-to-play arcade games.

I absolutely love the idea of this place but its not as enjoyable as a parent. The attendants dont walk around and monitor the play zones so as a parent of my own children I have to tell other peoples children that they are too big to be in the toddler zone or that they shouldnt be jumping out of Windows or running. Only because of the safety of my children do I say anything other than that their parents should be more attentive to them. There is sometimes wet floors near the game area and trash all over the floor. Other than that my kids love it. Of course I dont have peace of mind while Im there because I have to make sure that the elephant like kids dont trample over my 2 and 4 year olds in the toddler area. Wish they had better staff and owner

I celebrated my baby 1st birthday Party at the Tamarac location, everybody enjoyed a lot, I loved that place because they have a toddler area where your kids under 5 years old can enjoy and also over 5 years old can enjoy the rest of bouncers that they have on their facility.Amazing birthday party packages and very affordable, the pizza is from Sals restaurant so Yummy !!!, please get the magic show is really good and keep the attention of all your children and guest and Joy the mascot :) also, I loved Nadia who is the manager of this location also Susanne one the associates, both girls are really friendly, nice and have an excellent customer service, they made me feel so welcome since the first time that I booked my party and helped me to get an awesome birthday party experience for my child.Everything there really meet my exceptions!!! bounces are in a perfect conditionso I highly recommend Jump A Ross, you wont regret on going there !!

ITS AN AWSOME PLACE!I PERSONALLY PREFER A BIRTHDAY PARTY AT JUMP A ROOS THAN MONKEY JOES. MANAGER IS ALWAYS AROUND MAKING SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS GOING SMOOTH. I HAVE ALREADY DONE 2 BIRTHDAYS HERE.

It was awesome. Some of the bounce houses I could take my 3 year old kn. Some of them were not safe for a 3 year old. Particularly the ones where the ladder to the slide was nearly vertical. The toddler area has a slide that leads to a shallow ball pit . It is so awesome. My children didnt want tl leave.

Tons of space, great price and all the equipment was clean and in great shape. My kids all lived it. Perfect for a rainy day.

Kids had fun but I wish that they had someone controlling the toddler area. I had my 1 year old trampled on several times by 10 and 12 year old kids while she was playing in the toddler area, they were throwing balls in the ball pit and one hit her right in the face and left a red mark on her cheek. There were older kids running in and out of the toddler bounce house that my 1 year old could not even go in it. There were camps there while we were there also and the camp kids were out of control and the counselors didnt do anything to try and control them. Plus the security is not good at all. No one checks wrist bands when you leave and kids can just walk right through the swinging gate they have and no one stops them. I honestly dont think we will be back. Monkey joes is right up the street and they charge the same and offer more, and they have staff making sure kids arent in the areas they dont belong.

The Managment is listening and very nice.Many token games for kid + jumping inflatables.

Paid full price to see that all the bounce houses were deflated. when I asked why she said they dont inflate them all until more people show up. They turned on only half of the bounce houses for us. I feel cheated. I will never come back, and I suggest you dont either.

It was a good experience for all of you. The service was pretty good considering they were very few people working at the time. I will go back soon.

The staff was super friendly the place was very clean and didnt have that chuck-e-cheese foot smell.Its budget friendly and super safe someone is always watching the play areas and the staff is also interactive with the children without being harsh or rude my kids loved them will def. return to this place

It was a really fun Place to go up until the last two visits. The old owner did not want to take any responsibility for my son falling below the Trampolin in the Toddler Area, we approached him several times, the last time he turned around and just left us cold blooded... then they announced a new ownership and we thought we give it a try. I am here right now actually scared for my children to play. There are Tools on the ground, a bucket with old dirty water where they apparently cleaned the new games, our favorite bounce house is gone, the Toddler Area looks like unfinished business, the Trampolin is still not fixed and they now start to hire people that dont speak a word of English.... not to say that most of the games arent working... if I wouldnt have a Groupon left I wouldve asked for a refund .. this place is going to hell so sad as this was a real alternative to playgrounds outside .....

This place needs better staff the girl in the front is soo rude.... I came in with a coupon for a pizza and drinks and I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. 1 hr later they still did not have my Pizza and when I asked the girl at the front about my Pizza she said yes I know you are waiting I asked her where it was and she said they were picking it up from pizza hut so not only is it not cooked here but someone had to go and get it.... horrible place horrible service will NEVER be coming back.... if u want to take ur kids to a fun place dont come here ur better off a Monkey Joes.

Totally dissapointed. I know this place since over 3 years. I went at least 2times a week to jump a Roos. In January the new owner took over. We went the first time mid of January to check out the new things. It was a total mess ! Tools, buckets with dirty water, open power plugs ..... Open for every little Kid to grab.Ok the place was in maintance and construction but still a place like this have to take care that its safe for kids !We went back today to give this place a second chance. What should I say most of the issues arent fixed. They made a new and bigger toddler zone which is already broken (after not even 3month) balls are laying around in the whole place. It is dirty in every corner. The trampolines. Are open on the sides my little man slipped once in between. One of the swings is so tight next to a pole that my kid and other was hurting their hand. The little room in the back with that video play is close and full with trash and construction Material. They replaced the bounce house which is nice but instead of 7 they just have 3, one bigger one and 2 identical slides. Half of the whole place is full with acarde games where you have to pay extra. If I wanna play acarde games I go somewhere else where I dont have to pay entrance!The girl in font not just came late (after opening hours) she was complete overwhelmed with everything. I would not recommend anyone to go there this place was awesome now its just a joke !

This place was alot better when it was jump a roos it was very disappointing has less bounce houses most games arent even working and staff lacking professional image they look like they dont understand what going on no menu or prices on food they should remain closed till all renovations are complete it is now JC s monkeys not a very original name
