We were guests of a resident and went there for lunch. It was so nice. The wait staff were charming, the service was great, the food was delicious and large portions. Afterwards we took a walk around the clubhouse area and took in the beauty.

A great place for events, food, and golf. We went to s Roaring 20s fundraiser there and had a blast. The staff was great, the location beautiful, and the facilities are top notch.

As always, Golden Eagle Golf Course is the most gorgeous course in Tally. The layout of the course is perfectly designed. They are doing a great job updating some of the holes so go check it out!

The location is good, perhaps if I earned more I could enjoy the place a bit more, but as a blue collar worker I only worked there.

Everything about this club is fantastic! From the delicious food, amazing events to the golf course and staff, you cannot go wrong here. The staff is always working to provide the members or guests with everything they need!

Nice scenery and views. The catering could use some work as well as the cutlery provided. Its kind of hard to cut steak with a butter knife. Also, the white rice with carrot and celery could have been cooked a little longer with more water. The buffet layout was nice and the wait staff was polite. Id recommend this place for an event only if they improve the food quality

I called and asked about tee times and the guy at the pro shop asked for my member number which I’m not a member. I didn’t realize it was a private course. He didn’t give me any details about the membership and basically hung up on me. I won’t be getting a membership there...

Pretty wedding location... if more than 60 in attendance must reserve two adjacent rooms. Still nice but not as cozy for large parties.

Definitely a nice place. Ive been here 3 times now for a company Christmas party & I enjoyed myself each time. You can easily get lost in the neighborhood if youre not really familiar with it. No the Country Club isnt open to the public. No invite by member, NO ACCESS. Ill definitely be back.

We were there for a wedding. The banquet hall is very dated and needs a complete, more modern remodel ASAP! For as much as people pay to go there, youd think they wouldve kept up the place better?

Beautiful location, the golfcourse grounds are so peaceful and the clubhouse is very accommodating.

This is the most demanding of all Tallahassee golf courses and it is the one that the serious golfers in town all like to play. Designed by Tom Fazio and situated around several lakes in the Killearn Lakes Plantation development, the Golden Eagle golf course is always a challenge. The country club offers dining swimming and tennis as well.

Always in great shape, and a really great design, you need to play it at least once. The finishing holes (on the front) 9, (and the back) 17 & 18 are really great. Its a private club, but they run promotions like gift certificates at local events from time to time to help you get on.I would recommend bringing in snacks and drinks. The cart staff is usually MIA, and they have no good concession for a turn snack/drink pickup. The bar and restaurant is great, but not setup for anything quick.

We had a wonderful meal. My husbands Filet was cooked perfectly and the Grouper was delicious. Did I mention the warm Peach Cobbler to die for? Friendly service made for a great experience!

It seem nice from the outside, never been inside. I drop my boyfriend off for a wedding.

I used to live near one of the gates, with a friend living just inside. However, they continually changed the rules about wether guests were allowed to enter that gate. Usually I would have to go to a different gate adding 10 minutes to a 3 minute trip. Its ridiculous. Since often times people just follow another car in, no real security is provided.

Worst experience i have ever had dealing with the security at the eagle ridge gate..absolutely awful very nasty guard..no kind of manners ...the area is awesome. Brilliant neighborhood. But again the guard was very rude.nasty person..never been treated like a criminal till this day like this un lady like guard.please check in to this..

Ive been to several events here including weddings and corporate dinners. Nice rentable facility with good food. There are separate areas like a lobby, library, banquet hall with adjacent room, and a covered veranda with good views of the lake for various entertaining needs. Full sunken bar in dining hall and the staff were engaged and helpful for the most part.Drive through porte-cochere provides easy front access, regardless of weather. Additional outdoor space includes a green by the lake.This is in a gated community so expect a few extra minutes when you visit or if you are hosting, then make sure your guests are given extra time to arrive.

This is a beautiful place for Weddings, however, as our local in neighborhood Country Club, the food is horrendous! I am a great cook, I make everything from scratch to keep our food fresh, and us healthy. Fresh vegetables, fruits, I make our own bread, ice cream etc. Having to eat at this Club to pay for the quarterly cost; makes my husband and I very irritated. They buy everything pre made, frozen, full of sodium, and perservatives, it is extremely frustrating having no choice, we have to eat it. I do not recommend this Country Club for its food! We have belong to the Country Club for 20 years, the best thing use to be brunch on Sunday, however, even then, the chef used some fake bottle of egg mixture, I will only eat the waffles. The hamburgers are excellent, except they forget whatever you ordered, ie: cheese, bacon. We have noticed it is worse than it was ten years ago. Their club sandwich is now on two pieces of bread, not cut into quarters! As a neighborhood Country Club, being in Florida, there should always be fresh vegetables and fruits available, fresh Shrimp, that taste like Shrimp, there is a steaknight, it is a waste. I am honest, and truly am sorry for having to say these things, however, they are the truth, this is the last place I would eat, if given a choice! We have no choice! We have been praying that someone with integrity would buy the place, update it, and certainly bring in a better Chef! The Course is beautiful, as is our neighborhood.I do not recommend the Club for food. Thank you!Carolintallahassee

Great layout, perfect setting. Love this course!

Over priced with terrible service. It took an hour on a slow night to cook 5 rare steaks. The sides with the main course were cold because they plated them way before they served them. We never got refills on any drinks even water because all the servers were too busy talking to each other to ask us how we were. Holes in the walls in the hallways and dirty silverware
